The store is neat and clean. They send me an email and a phone call when my prescription is ready. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Even their delivery option is done as stated. The personal are friendly. and patient.

The only reason I left one star was because it wouldn't let me leave 0. These people r grossly incompetent and extremely rude. I had a appointment for COVID testing they made me wait an hour then just sent me a way because the pharmacist could not fathom that I want to take the flu AND the covid test. I then tried to talk to a manager but she just told me it was my fault and to try making another appointment. Safe to say I'm never going to this place again!

Terrible customer service, and the automated system is a big JOKE that doesn’t even help. I called 4 different times to try and talk to someone about the covid vaccine for kids but every time I kept getting the automated system that took forever to connect to me to a pharmacist. Once I finally got through I was on hold but once someone FINALLY answered the phone I would repeat hello but they just kept hanging up on me every time. I tried to be patient but after repeatedly getting hung up on I gave up calling. I did make an appointment to have my son vaccinated but I canceled my appointments and scheduled them through a different Walgreens instead. I wouldn’t be giving them a star at all but I have to in order to leave my review. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Not sure what some of these older people near this location are complaining about, I drive 3 miles out of my way to go to this specific Walgreens because of the pharmacy staff, I have been going to this pharmacy for at least 8 years and they are always on time with prescriptions, they have the best pharmacy staff of the surrounding Walgreens hands down. I will continue to come to this Walgreens even though there is one less than a mile from my house. Keep up the good work.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They routinely take care of my prescriptions by letting me know when they are ready, automatically filling them each month and calling my doctor when necessary for new Rx. I would not trust any other pharmacy with mine or my families medication needs.

The store is clean and neat. The pharmacy is awful. They do not purchase certain drugs, then tell the customer they were stopped manufacturing. It was a lie. They have you wait, do not have all your pharmaceuticals ready. Have to go back and wait again. I had them tell me they were going to be ready in an hour. Went back next day and not ever made ready. I transferred all prescriptions out of there. They can keep their corner of unhappy and unhealthy because the prescriptions are never ready.

It’s very easy to understand why this store has a 3.3 rating. My conversation today with Pharmacy gave me headache. They’re argumentative with poor customer skills.They had rather argue than fix the problem. (This store has lots of unhappy employees as it’s reflected in their disposition with the customers) It’s obvious some of them do not like older people. Just sayin’

I have had problems with this pharmacy. They are REALLY SLOW, late on filling prescriptions, and just generally frustrating. I can't tell you how many times I have had to travel to the store to pick up a prescription, only to find out that it still isn't filled (even though they confirmed on the phone that it was ready). I deal with this every time I come down to Florida to help my mother out (every 8-10 weeks)

Do not use this pharmacy. They are routinely late on filling prescriptions and rude when asked when the prescription will be filled. They also do not answer their own phones but instead send all calls to a call center located out of the local area. To top it off, no one I spoke with could confirm that the call center's handling of incoming calls meets HIPAA privacy requirements. Stay away and go to CVS.

Great staff! They truly work hard and try their best to meet the needs of the customers despite being short-staffed. Big corporation run these stores so light, but it's not the staff's fault.

Walgreens are always more expensive, short staffed and you must by 2 of the it e ms on sale. I try not to shop at any Walgreens for these reasons.

Had scripts for sick child submitted before leaving urgent care. Arrived half hour later, and told it would be another hour. Waited 90 minutes, and told they JUST printed it out, and would not be ready for a while longer. Meanwhile waiting with sick, miserable child.

the place seems to be understaffed; most of the time there is long waiting and if you inside , competing for the drive trough. This Walgreens certainly does not contribute to healing

It was Walgreens it was clean the employee helped me,find what I was looming for and Walgreens has a lot of exclusive products that is just sold their. Like candy and marvel legends both of those things are y I go to the store

The sale item didn't have a limit in the ad or inthe store was only aloud 4. Manager very rude. Told her there was no limit. She said she didn't care.
