Nice front store cashiers & manager. Pharmacy employees are helpful. Prescriptions have been done quickly. Recently needed a prescription and I called to see if I could pick it up before their meal break. 20 minutes later I received a notification that it was ready to be picked up. Yay to the pharmacist and staff.

Pharmacist lost over $5,000 in monthly sales from us! We are very new in town and had planned on transferring our prescriptions to Walgreens, but not any longer. The Pharmacist chose to not sell needles to my Type 1 Diabetic husband who had ran out of them. Her only reason was it was the “Pharmacist’s Discretion” if he wasn’t filling a prescription at the same time. She did not ask questions and she made it clear she was not open to discussing the situation. Since he has never had a problem purchasing Diabetic supplies elsewhere in the past 50 years, we were both shocked and taken aback by the situation and her lack of compassion.

If I could give this pharmacy - zero I would. I have given them chance after chance. When you call 1 person tells you your prescription is in and to call back in an hour. You call back in an hour and a half, and they tell you it's not here and that it was delivered to Sunfield. and then they tell you they have delivery and you have to use doordash. When you try to use doordash, there is no prescription delivery. Then I call back and the girl says they have Walgreens delivery!! This place is a mess!don'doordash. And it's gonna be another 2 days for my prescriptions. This place is a mess!!!

Awful pharmacy experience. Sick with the flu and had to go to the store 4 times in a day. Multiple staff mess ups. Manager and staff are rude and don't have any empathy. Will not recommend to anyone or return to the location.

Have been trying to get through to them for days. Been hung up in three times. Tried the website and chat which did not help at all. I guess I have to go there just to find out simple information. I’m disabled so this isn’t the easiest thing but I need my meds

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Very sick and had to visit the location 4 times in 1 day. Didn’t receive orders that were sent twice, long wait for fill, charged for correct medicine and given the wrong medication. Will not return.

Pharmacy is a joke. Said it would be over two hours to find a common flue medicine. Went to a different one they got it in about 45 seconds.

What is it with cashiers and employees talking on the phone on their earbuds while at work or at the register? I just left this store and that’s what the male cashier was doing. Talking on the phone all the time while checking my order out and even complaining to the person on the phone how he had to work on the weekend. What happened with good customer services these days?

I have no problem with the pharmacy and the store. But the red headed cashier that works in night is most rude! She always have her foot up on where the shopping bags are kept. She doesn't say any pleasantries (thank you or have a good night). She walks off in the middle of the transaction. She is always coughing. No good customer service at all!

I have only really used this Walgreens for the pharmacy because of its convenience, but I will definitely be switching to another one. Most of the pharmacists are incompetent and extremely rude. They have made many mistakes on my prescriptions and it always takes a very long time to get anything filled.

Pharmacy is rude and helpless. Called twice. The first time got through quickly. I said I wanted to pay for a prescription over the phone and was told I had to do that on the app. Downloaded the app, but despite robust research there is no ability to pay through the app. So I called back. I was on hold for 5 minutes before getting a representative, was then placed on hold for 3 more minutes, then finally spoke with a person. I explained the whole ordeal again and was told I couldn’t pay over the phone because you need an ID to process a payment. They again told me to use the app so this time I asked for instructions. I was again put back on hold, and they just never picked up again. I held for 20 minutes. I am patient and polite and am asking for a very simple service. Either the systems are terrible, or the people need to be trained how to use them. Very disappointing experience. Take your business to CVS.

This pharmacy is one of the worst. They are not informative, very demeaning, and outrageously rude! The pharmacist cant even come talk face to face, she just screams from the back computer she is on. I won’t ever be going back and don’t want anyone being treated like they are incompetent. These people shouldn’t even be dealing with the public. They need a whole new staff. 0 stars!!!! If I could do negative I would.

Have dealt with this pharmacy for 9 months and must say the management is the worst I’ve ever felt with. Out of 9 months they have NEVER ONCE had my prescription ready through auto refill when I showed up. Quality control needs to step up big time.

Cody went way over the the normal customer service expectation.I presented him with some pharmacy challenges. 0 stars!! WORST pharmacy I've ever used! I've been on the SAME medication for 6 years now and I made the dumb decision to let Walgreens fill my prescriptions, just to have them turn around and call my Doctor and tell him these medications are not good for me. Excuse me but when did the pharmacist become a Doctor?!? My medicine is the only thing that gets me through my day to day life (non of which are opiates) and to have this pharmacy try to take that from me makes me SO ANGRY!!! HIGHLY ADVISE FINDING ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!

I do not understand why a sick person would be told they have to wait 2 hours to get a prescription filled? It’s not a good way to do business. My doctor told me she can’t call ahead to see if you have Tami Flu because it takes too long to get through on the phone. Do you need more help or less business? Very frustrating.

The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and patient during their no cost consultations. Rebecca and Jibby are the best. We won't take doctor prescribed meds without their verification of side effects due to interactions or allergies.

The photo department messed up my gift for a birthday party. They put the book backwards and was grease all over it plus the order was all wrong. On top of that I had to wait hours to get it because they were "running late"

Didn't even attempt to help me with something so simple. Went down the road to CVS and they put in the effort. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 1 minute.
