All staff members at Village Veterinarian are extremely pleasant, kind and compassionate. The office runs very proficient and smoothly. I am extremely sensitive when it comes to my 7lb Morkie Bella and Dr Z. understands my concerns and Bella’s health sensitivities, he goes above and beyond with compassion and explaining to me every thing he is doing during her check up. I would highly recommend trusting 100% of your pet with them as I do.

I have not actually used this Vet for services however I wanted to write a review on their front desk customer service. Holy cow 10 stars would be given if I could. We were leaving a hotel and we found a dog. We searched for a couple hours and couldn’t locate the owners. We brought the pup here and right away the lady was so kind and immediately was loving on the dog. You could tell she has a passion for animals. I watched several different staff greet the pup with love and lots of pets. They scanned his chip and were able to locate the pup’s owners. I am so thankful for them and their kindness to help find the owners! These people deserve all the beautiful things in life!

This place was absolutely amazing during a very sad time. Our house was under renovation we are at a hotel around the corner. Call our mobile vet As our dog is in distress.. No response.. Look on google and there is a four point six review for this veterinarian.. We call and they get us right in.. The staff was fantastic from the beginning to the end of the procedure.. Ultimately, our dog passed away, but they made it.A very peaceful and calm procedure. They never knew us before. Never treated our dog and she was treated with dignity love and respect.. I give this place 5 stars. And this will be our vet with our other two dogs from now on.. Thank you to the vet and all the staff here and Caddy Thanks you too for keeping her comfortable as she crossed the rainbow bridge

Recently moved to the area and had my first interaction with Liz, a vet tech. Unfortunately, the experience was less than positive. I inquired about pricing for allergy shots for my dog, and Liz's response felt dismissive and unkind. A more compassionate approach would have been appreciated. Constructive feedback for improvement: customer service skills are crucial, especially in a field where empathy is essential. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I'm an OTR truck driver and my puppy was due for her next set of shots. Being out on the road can be challenging to take care of things like this on time, but my pups health is very important. Its hard to know exactly where im going to be and schedule an appointment in advance. I had a free day and her next shots were due. I called 3 different places and none could get her in. Village Vets were recommended by another vet, they got us in the same day and got us in and out quickly. The vet and tech were both very kind and warm, getting on the floor and getting my scared pup comfortable with them before doing the deed. Thank you for helping Luna stay healthy!

Village Veterinarian Animal Hospital.Is the best! Their care of my kitty with diabetes for the last 3 years has been wonderful! He is healthy and thriving at 14 years old now! Their veterinarians and veterinary techs Are gentle and kind and you can tell that when your animal is not afraid to let them pick him up, hold him and examine him. Great place!

Took my cat in to be checked for ear mites and to get her shots, was told she is closer to six months old than the 10 weeks I was told. Which is fine, my issue is I brought her in in regards to ear mites, she was paraded around the office after I said I don't know anything about her, I was told she probably has an ear infection but they gave me a free sample of revolution plus that treats ear mites if that is her issue BUT it also treats heartworm which she wasn't tested for and if she is six months I don't want to give her something that could kill her. The vet told me because of her small size it is very likely she has FIV which I wasn't able to test for as it's Christmas time (I agree with if you can't afford a pet don't get it but it was just unexpected as I wasn't planning on adopting a cat right now) but I think that it's terrible bedside manner to say a small cat has a contagious disease when you don't know for sure. She was found randomly and clearly has nutritional deficiencies and I've only had her for four days. I overheard the vet tech say "what do you expect when you get a cat online" which I found Incrediblely rude as I was just trying to do a nice thing and help a feral cat I wasn't offered a rabies vaccine and I left crying thinking my cat is going to die with zero grounds to that claim. I spent over $100 for a prescription for an ear infection and to be belittled when they thought I couldn't hear. I should have spent the money at a vet that actually cared about my pet and not someone who tried to scare me into spending a bunch of money on opinions with zero backing.she has zero symptoms of being sick. I know I don't have the degree but if youre only basing the diagnosis off her being small there are a million reason for that, and if you were just trying to profit off me a rabies vaccine, heartworm testing and scheduling an appointment to get her spayed may have been the better route for that.

I asked the vet if the medication needed to clear up my dog's UTI could be administered in injection form and was told no. I then went online and there IS an injectable form. My dog spits out any pill we ever try to give her. That money has been wasted and I have lost confidence with them. Cefovecin (brand name: Convenia®) is a cephalosporin antibiotic used most commonly for skin infections, periodontal disease, and urinary tract infections.

Took my recently adopted 12 year old Chihuahua to make an appointment for teeth to be cleaned. Was given an appointment for the next day at 3:30. Arrived at 3:15 and was advised to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I was later advised that they were waiting for an exam room to open up. finally called shortly after 4:00 and the technician took me to a room and weighed my pet and advised me that it might be a while before I would be seen by the Veterinarian. So I was frustrated and left the building. I was later informed that there was only 1 Veterinarin in on that day and they were very busy. I do understand but decided that I should have been told that when making the appointment and not having to wait so long.Yes there could have been other reasons it took so long such as an emergency with a pet, but I was not advised that was the problem. Just me, a very senior citizen with short patience !!

Recently our pup, Toby had an appointment. Since the office is under construction tech came out to car with explanations and what they were going to do. Any questions or concerns I had. Took Toby for his appointment with the Vet. The Vet came back shortly with Toby to explain the visit, what he found and answer any questions. Great service. Everyone knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back!

At Village Vet they always take the time to listen to any and all concerns, regarding my Jackson. They treat my dog as if he was theirs. Any time I have needed to get him in, they make sure to accommodate him into the schedule. They are very reasonably priced, and they will work with you to get the best treatment needed for your pet. Their groomer Mary Ann is phenomenal, she takes the time to make your pet really look their best. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and during this time they also go above and beyond to keep everyone safe.
