We cannot thank VPS enough for loving on our girl during our time in Florida. I had called several times prior to boarding and each time I was met with patience and understanding. Our Ava girl is a rescue and it was her first time being away from us and her first time with boarding. We weren’t sure how she would respond to the new environment but the staff helped ease our anxiety when we arrived by allowing us to help her settle in. We looked forward to seeing the progress she made throughout her stay and she warmed up to all the staff like we had hoped!! They truly love all the sweet fur babies that come through their door and treat them like their own. We were worried, we were nervous, and we were hesitant not being present with her but she did great because of the staff!

We have a Berniedoddle. Our groomer listened to what we wanted for a cut and he came home happy and just the way we wanted. Davos our dog did not come home with a foo foo cut. Could not be more happy.

I've just started using them for grooming and daycare and will also use them for boarding when the need arises. I have a rescue Miniature Poodle Mix who at time gets scared in strange places. She did very well in daycare. I was very satisfied with the grooming service too. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis. I've already started booking for every six weeks.

Sophie had fun at her first Villages Pet Party to celebrate Ms. Truffle's birthday Everyone was very friendly and pups were all happy. I got to tour the facility which was well kept and clean. Nice sized kennels and multiple different outdoor play areas. I would definitely board Sophie here. 😁

I have taken my 2 year old lab Rocky to the Spa many times in the last 2 years! He is a bit of a handful. The staff is wonderful, kind and accommodating. On one trip I shorted Rockys food by a day. They took care of it for me. Look I know it's hard to drop our pets off at a kennel when we travel. But I am always confident they have Rocky's best interest at heart.

Stacey did a fabulous job grooming our miniature poodle. Lovey is a 12 year old senior, and Stacey said she was very good while being groomed. Stacey specializes in grooming seniors. Thank you, Village Pet Spa and Stacey.

We are so impressed with Village Pet Spa! I could tell from the moment I walked in that our 3 papillons would be fine with their vacay at VPS. It’s evident the staff are dog lovers, and also professionals. The person who checked in our dogs asked important questions and listened attentively. The report card provided by email before pick-up was fantastic. Our dogs looked relaxed and happy. We are so glad we found VPS!

The Village PET Spa is fabulous! The staff is superb and always kind and helpful. They always call you right back if you have to leave a message. They are incredibly accommodating. The wonderful groomers are also exceptional! Amazing boarding and spa!!!

OUTRAGEOUS! $85 to groom an 18lb cockapoo w no snarls, tangles, etc. Took less than 1.5 hrs. I think they took advantage of us being from out of state and it would be a one time visit.

My pup has been going for a few months now for daycare and has boarded over-night, and I couldn't ask for a better place for her to visit. Lots of space, lots of friends, and a great staff. I also love that I am able to add credits to my account to pay ahead of time for her daycare. 10/10 couldn't ask for a better place to have your pup hang for the day.

We are a firefighter family and needed to board our yellow Labrador for two nights. Our dog has never boarded anywhere before and I did have some concerns. Upon arriving I immediately observed the facility to be very clean, organized and well maintained. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The people who work here truly seem to care. Stacy was great, accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions. Upon pick up I received a "Puppy Report Card" along with a large blue printed canvas tote, all which added a nice touch. We will bring our girl back again!

Used them for the first time this week for 3 days and 2 nights. We have a 18 pound Shichon. A day in I got an electronic report card letting me know she was doing great. When I picked her up she looked great and smelled great. They had been able to fit me into their grooming schedule even though I requested grooming way too late. I was also happy at the cash register as their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

I have a 7 year old Goldendoodle that has been groomed by a friend all of her life (in Cleveland). Since I am a snowbird now, my Sadie needed to be groomed here in The Villages. I spoke with other Goldendoodle parents and was told to take her to Village Pet Spa, specifically to Michelle. I was worried about Sadie being shaved. I like my girl all fluffy. I was able to make an appt with Michelle for Mar. 22. I had to wait a month to get in, so Sadie was pretty fluffy! - especially since her last grooming was Jan 3. When we got there, Michelle looked her over, we discussed how she was to be cut, and I left. I worried about her the whole time I was gone. When I picked her up, she was cut a bit shorter than I would have liked, but she looked very pretty. Everyone who has seen her complemented me on how pretty my dog was. Can't argue with that! Thanks Michelle for a great experience! I will definitely be back next winter, but will know to make my appointment far in advance!

Nice and friendly service. We've had our 3 dogs groomed and boarded; they did a great job. I recommend them to others!Update: Every time I bring my dogs here we receive the best service. They really care about making sure I feel comfortable leaving the dogs with them. Knowing they are available is making me consider taking more trips 😁

After being in the area for an extended time with our girls, we really wanted them to get a bath and be pampered. I was thankful that VPS was so willing to take in our girls and give them a good scrubbing, they needed it 😀 I would highly recommend them

I am pretty confident about taking my dogs to this place. I heard them talk to others in depth about how their pets did during their stay. I took my dog there who has a rep in our neighborhood for aggression. They let me know my dog did fine!

This place was a wonderful place to put my dog. They took great care of them gave daily report cards and even informed us of his behavior I would highly recommend letting your loved one/dogstay here!
