Always find what I'm looking for. Found a bunch of good stuff for the holidays today at Sam's. I was there early enough to catch them rolling fresh sushi rolls. The fresh meat and seafood counter is great. Highly recommend checking out your local Sam's club.

They had exactly what I was looking for plus a few other things I hadn't thought of. Their Members Mark canned chicken is the best. There are only 3 ingredients: chicken, water, and salt. I drove there for the canned chicken and their chicken salad, which is delicious. Then I had one of the best all beef hot dogs I've had in a long time at a price that can't be beat. The other reason I went was for gasoline, and I wasn't disappointed. Their price was the best in the area. I love the scan and go option, also. All in all, a very valuable trip.

Not handicap accessible!Many times I go here and there are no electric scooters. This is unacceptable for a store that is servicing The Villages area, a retirement community. This store should be catering to elderly because of their location. I asked 3 people for a scooter to shop today, one was the store manager, never got a scooter. If you are handicapped you cannot shop here. The one employee actually said it was the fault of the customers, because people took the scooters to their cars and did not bring them back. Most stores like Publix and even the BJ's down the road actually send someone outside to bring the scooters back in!!!So someone who has difficulty walking is suppose to carry their items and walk to their car or bring their own cart back, and walk back to their car. Does that sound logical to anyone? You'd think you were shopping at some mom and pop store. This is Sam's! Employ enough people to go out side and get the cart once in a while or buy more carts! Stores need to be handicapped accessible especially at this location. This is unacceptable customer service and I believe against the law.

Nice store. Lots of stuff. Amazing how busy this location is. Good gas prices. Friendly cashiers.Synchrony bank that issues Sam's Mastercard has it's flaws. After 4 weeks waiting for new cards, I canceled 1st cards because they said probably lost in mail. They issued new cards and then 10 days later I receive canceled cards and new reissued cards on same day. Both postmarked the same. Evidently the first ones were never mailed. Also signed up for paperless bills and just received a paper bill. Called and they said my account had paperless bill option and must have been a glitch in system. There email communications are good but the 2 errors make me question their process.Also free car battery installation with reasonable battery prices. They do not install batteries under the passenger seat, only under the hood.Happy Days Sunny Skies

Great place to shop bulk items. This was the first time to visit Lady Lake Sam's club. Good customer service. We get rewards from our sams card and save a lot of money. I love the app too. I have never once paid with the cashier at this store. We got the app as we got the membership set up and it was so simple since then. We walk in to the store and then pick up pay on the phone and walk out. I love it.

Always looks so bust but I get in and out pretty quickly. Buy paper goods, butter, hard cheese and bulk items that have long shelf life Great rack of lamb, prime steaks and King Crab is very good here as well.

Sam's Club - warehouse style store that needs a membership to shop. This is a bulk item store. No individual small items can be found . The inventory here has so.e standard options but some inventory changes and you can have a favorite and and they now no longer carry it. The store itself is clean, well-organized and has wide aisles. It has handicap accessible parking, entrance and restaurant. It also has a Car Wash and Gas Station..

Ordered items for pickup the other day. I went to pick up my order and they canceled some of my items. I received “NO” notification ahead of time. Spending gas, time and driving thru traffic to be notified when the clerk comes out and said some items have been canceled due to being out of stock. How can you order something and get confirmation for pickup and nothing. Unacceptable customer service. Very disappointing.

Good place for good products at a good price. I only wish there was someone at the liquor store during all open hours. Also would like to see someone at the auto area. Not seen anyone there in three visits.

This Sam’s Club is the best and the staff was kind and helpful. While the cherry on top was the excellent service from the auto department. Mike and his coworkers were some of the best people to work with, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. This will forever be the Sam’s club we go to, and the auto department I would and will recommend to everyone that will listen.

Sam's club needs to fire whatever company there going through for deliveries cause this is second time I have not received my same day delivery April 24th through 26th never happened till now supposed there was elderly who needed these services non stop excuses too good way to lose members plusYall dont offer refunds

The manager Robert is such an amazing and kind man. Truly the best customer experience I have ever received. He even gave out roses to the customers and said its because he wants to put smiles on people’s faces. Truly the best person I’ve ever met, so genuine too.

Ohh where do I even start?? Sam's club is definitely a one of a kind unique shopping experience that just continues to get better & better!!! There prices are great, the product is very good quality & the amount you get for the price , just can't be beat!! Not to mention if your hungry there is a whole little pizza, little bit of everything diner right inside !!! They always have something new & you can't beat the incentive, keep up the great work sams!!!

I've been a member of Sam's club for 10+ years but we will be shopping at BJ's from now on. This is the third time in a row we've received bad produce. The POM Pomegranate seeds we purchased were expired by almost a week and I didn't know until after I put it in my mouth just to realize it tastes like acetone and needed to spit it out. Pomegranates taste like acetone once they've gone bad. The date is clearly labeled best by 11/26.

Fully stocked, airy, well lighted one floor facility. Lots of parking. Foodstuffs, meat and poultry, household goods and accessories, electronics, office supplies, eyeglasses, pharmaceuticals, men-women clothes. Great place for bulk purchases. Membership is well worth the fees.

Leave it to a bunch of men around retirement age to mess something up. Good luck with their tire center. Say a prayer before ya go. This quality you expect from jimbo’s backyard auto shop. Not to mention the greeter harassing people about their cards when you’re trying to deal with the tire center. Oh and the ATT salesman also allowed to harass customers.

I've been a member of sams club for 25 maybe longer, I have been shopping in the villages sams club since they built it. Well today I went to the meat dept about 4:30 pm looking for 6 racks of babyback ribs none in the meat case, a tall older meat employee came out after ringing the bell looking miserable, I asked if he had any babyback ribs in back. He tells me they close in an hour in a half, I told him I still need 6 babyback ribs. He had a miserable face on and didn't want to go see if they had 6 babyback ribs $60.00 worth of meat in back because they were closing in an hour in a half. He finally walked back to the cooler and immediately back out no way this miserable employee looked..I told the manager with some choice words of what I thought about this employee.. I purchased the ribs at BJ'S plus other items equalling $160. Sams meat dept needs to find employees like bjs who are awesome and go out of their way to help you. No one has ever treated me the way that clown at sams did. I spend alot of money at that sams especially the meat dept but now sams will be last choice this year until my membership expires..I will not renew!!

This was the first visit to Sam's Club in Lady Lake. We are still new in the area. We found plenty of parking, easy access in and out from the parking lot. The prices are reasonable. My husband and I were please to find the fruits and vegetable were in good shape. We would have stopped to have a hot dog, however they were backed up, which is a good indicator that they are doing well.Next time we will eat first, shop after.

I just had a delivery today at about 12:40 PM and today is March 9, 2024. The young lady that dropped our product off set it on the sidewalk in front of our house and did not take the time to walk up and put it in the enclosed porch, this is totally unacceptable as there are people that will steal products very disappointed with the Sam’s Club delivery service!

Been shopping here for five years now and I always find what I’m looking for very seldom the times I don’t. The only employees I see are the cashiers and sometimes stockers but the shelves are always stocked isles are always clean prices are pretty reasonable the place itself sometimes is a bit crowded depending on the day and hour I’m sure. They also have a food court and their prices are pretty good the food itself especially the hotdogs are great.

The store seemed clean and organized. They were out of stock on a few items I was looking for. When I asked for help, three different employees were not very helpful. One of them rolled her eyes at me and was not at all helpful. I will probably choose to shop at a different club next time.

I usually love Sam's, but I had a horrible experience today with my children in the cafe. My daughter went up to order and gave her order to the woman at the register. They were out of everything, so we changed our order and she paid. After she paid they told her one of the things she ordered wasn't available, so she asked to change to another item $.11 more expensive. They told when she couldn't do that because it wasn't the same price. She tried to give them her eleven cents and they kept telling her it wasn't possible because it wasn't an even exchange. I eventually walked up and gave the woman the same eleven cents and asked for the other item. When it finally came, it tasted horrible. We would have done better to go to the McDonald's across the street. Also the people in the cafe need to be better trained in dealing with the public, especially children.

If you like bulk shopping 🛒 this is the place, but can also be an option if you and someone want to split things if it's to much for one person. I personally find that it's not always the best deal on everything, but that is just my opinion and you should see and make your own decisions. They are the only place I know of that sells my favorite cracker however 😊 . Happy shopping!

Grocery pick up is a wonderful idea. Sams club charges four dollars to deliver it to your car. The higher membership delivers it to your car for free. Every time I have waited over a half hour for a pick up at this rate they should be paying me to pick up my own groceries. I walk with a cane, so this could be a wonderful service. They don’t hire enough personnel or personnel that is smart enough to handle it. They should take a lesson from target.

It’s a sams club. Really no employees and the ones you do see are not very nice. Prices are good and there’s a nice selection. Also the hotdogs are good.
