My Dolly had a UTI and I was able to get over the counter drops for her. It was a Sunday. No vet available. I understand that. But I may check visiting pet smart for routine monitoring in future. Thanks again staff.

I came in with my daughter to get some crickets and I was incredibly impressed with this location. It was incredibly clean and well organized, the animals were all very well taken care of and the staff were all so nice! We got our crickets and even looked around for a bit and we had a great time! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Have been here several times for aquarium supplies and dog supplies. Was so very glad to see all the holding fish tanks had been cleaned and updated. It looked like the fish were also. The young lady who helped me was so kind and happy to help as well.

Came into the store to purchase our pup the Instinct Raw boost Mixers ( used as treats )& a Deer/Elk Antler Bone....her " favorites" staff was very helpful to find me the bone she wanted ! Quick checkout with a smile too.....

My pet rabbit JackJack is a very picky eater and will only eat one brand of food and when Target discontinued it the only other place in my whole county that I could find it was PetSmart.Not only is it more convenient but it's also cheaper.

I just have to say this is quite possibly the CLEANEST pet store I have been to. Immediately upon entering this store, you are greeted by a pleasant clean linen smell, which is so unlike most pet stores. There is usually some type of "off smell" to them. This place is CLEAN. Extremely impressed!The cashier was also prompt in greeting me as I walked through the doors and made sure my request to speak to a manager was taken care of quickly.The store manager, Eric, was a pleasure to speak to and helped me out big time with the information I was in search for!Definitely recommend this place.

I love PetSmart. They have great products and good prices. However I only gave them three stars because I do not like there policy of throwing away returned products, and food for animals. I understand they have to throw out animal feed and food when it is about to expire or has recently expired. However most often products stay on shelves and are for sale past the expiration dates and that's ok. Once noticed they pull them cut holes in the bags and dump them in the trash can outside the store. They do not allow what some refer to as dumpster divers to pull these thrown out products from the trash bins. It just bothers me that this good isn't donated to people or agancys that could use it and would use it and after to do so at there own risk. Or even given yo homeless people who have animals or to the poor . I just can not get behind the idea that it's better to waste food by tossing it in the trash then to let it be put to good much needed use. I'm sorry but for the love of God let the dumpster divers dive. It's not taking customers from your store at all. Clearly these people are in need them selves or why else would one commit to climbing into dumpsters to retrieve viable food and products for there pets,?? Ok rant over

Accidents happen. It’s how you recover from them that matters.Yesterday, Fuzzy went for a haircut. Due to apparent shampoo contamination, it seemed he was burnt or had an allergic reaction. The store staff called me immediately to explain. I returned to the store and their veterinarian, to whom Fuzzy had been transferred, spent plenty of time with me. He was politely authoritative in caring for Fuzzy.By the time I was allowed to collect my buddy, it seemed all of the staff knew Fuzzy. I’ll always remember the quick action and genuine care that they showed us both.Identification, Promptness, Notification, Intervention, and a Genuine Expression of Care and Concern = Highest Quality Customer Service.

One of our Preferred Pet stores in the area for our Bloodhound CJ aka (Siege). Clean store helpful and knowledgeable staff great selection of food and shampoos. The grooming department is awesome and has always done a great job with CJs nails. Being a large dog he can be a bit intimidating to less experienced groomers. Even though he is 100% Lovehound.

I came in the afternoon of 9/21 just to buy a tank to start preparing for a bearded dragon. While waiting for the tank I wanted to be brought up from inventory I fell in love with a red morph beardie, even if I was unable to pick them up until later that night (reason was on my end not the store's).When I came back to grab the baby beardie I had questions regarding UV bulbs and different heating options. While the employees who were there for the close shift didn't know the answers to all of my questions they did knew where and how to get the answers (to me just as important as knowing the answer).Thank you again for helping me with my baby beardie and lighting questions! You all have been awesome!

Tried to find some help for a good 8 minutes, walked up and down the aisles there was a cashier that was busy, I even talked to the girls at the vet that's there and they tried to help me but they don't work for petsmart. PetSmart needs to find some employees to work the store. There was all kinds of people in the store but no help.

Well ….. I recently got a new puppy and signed up for the puppy training class. I attended these classes prior with Mindy and it was such a fantastic experience, so I figured let’s do this class again with our newest member. Wow… what a major disappointment. The music was so loud that we could hardly hear the trainer. Then she had one person leave because her dog was too nervous to be in the class. So as the class progressed I was so frustrated because the trainer Alexis, who I found out later, was just out of the academy, didn’t know what she was supposed to be training and stood in a corner and read out of a book the whole class. I would think that if you need to be training a certain way per a manual you would read and learn the manual first. The was really no interaction with the people in the class. Well I can’t say no interaction she asked if we did what she said and then moved onto the next person. I guess I didn’t realize there would be so many dogs in the group. I am super disappointed. I am asking for a refund as I didn’t realize I would be paying the fee so I could do the training myself. I thought when you go to a training class the trainer would actually do training. If I had realized the training class had changed that much from the last time I went, I wouldn’t have waisted my time or money. I could have stayed home with my puppy and watched a video where I could hear what was being said and know that I would teach the class myself. I will definitely be asking to a refund at this time. So sorry to all that attended that class as there were a lot of looks going around as to the confusion of what was happening in that first class. No offense Alexis, not sure what your situation was but may I suggest that you learn there curriculum first then teach training. I’m pretty disappointed with petsmart lately.

If you have a large poodle do not bring your pet to smart, the groomers are rookies. Uneven coat and CHOPS off fur on the slightest mat. I was livid when I picked up my dog, huge patch under the belly. Too lazy to attempt to dematt the small area. TRY WOLF GANG BAKERY AND GROOMING. They are more detailed and professional
