First, she stopped what she was doing to greet me, then took the time to lead me to the area she had suggested- and further explained the area (which I was previously unaware of). It is so refreshing to experience such exceptional customer service. Thank you, Rhonda, you are an asset to Lowes Home Improvement Center.

I went into the lumber department today. I was quickly approached by an associate by the name Chris a young gentleman who was very polite. Well he was very informative on my project on installing gutters. I had put the front side of the house gutters and was informed incorrectly by a pro-desk associate who told me the gutters back side go in front of corner flange which I think that's what is call. Now I have to go back and reinstall the whole front. But luckily I ran into Chris who told me the correct way to install the gutters. Not only did he provide me excellent service but also got me to buy more things I needed. Chris keep up the good job you are very needed there with your knowledge. Thank you so much you save me from more mistakes and additional work. Lowes manager please give this young man a big raise for well job done. Thank you again.

We are in the middle of getting our floors replaced, carpet, tile & LVP. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with a Lowe's contractor (Legacy Flooring) who then sub-work out to other contractors who then sub it out to more contractors. So far, we have dealt with eight different contractors & one doesn't know about the other and they are still trying to complete our job after almost two months. There is zero co-ordination between Legacy, their contractors & Lowe's and there is no apparent project manager either, just dozens of minions trying to help, who can't. Currently they are tearing out the kitchen tile to redo it because of an extremely poor install. So far they are refusing to replace the two bathrooms which are so bad you can cut your bare feet on the edges plus the grout is at varying levels and different colors. Oh, & then when they deliver the wrong items or deliver more supplies than needed, YOU have to take them back to exchange & get the correct items or a refund!! Why is that our job?? Then the final insult was from the mess that the tilers left who told me what to use to clear up all their wet tile dust! Then their delivery contractor, yes another one, who does the deliveries promptly put a gouge in our finished driveway by dragging a pallet of tile across it! My advice is, if it involves Legacy Flooring RUN, they are just middle men! I will never ever use Lowe's again for anything that involves their installers, they have none on their payroll as they are all sub-contractors who then sub-contract it out again. Update: After lengthy discussions with their reps we have come to the conclusion that despite all their fancy adverts Lowe's doesn't care about doing a good job they just want the money. Their estimate certainly was not the most reasonable but we went with them because we assumed they would stand behind their installation.They didn't, they have zero credibility with us and are just trying to con a couple of seniors. Disgraceful! Update #2. It is now the 1st of May and we are still trying to get reimbursed for the damage done to our property by their delivery team. Despite us sending them multiple photos, PO numbers and Project numbers, now they can't find us in their system. That's very strange as they keep informing us that every call is recorded yet they found us quickly enough when they wanted $7,000 !!

I love Lowes but you have 2 men working back where lawn mower supplies are..One of them is a great help and the other I believe may be older is useless and helpless, is customer care skills a awlful. If I need something from that department I go elsewhere because of him...all other employess are extremely helpful especially in the paint department..Do yourselves a favor and hire someone who cares for the previous mentioned department

Our most recent shopping experience with Lowes. It's usually enjoyable, I'm a crafter and enjoy looking around the garden department. But at the checkout,there's a lady who's been there a long time(employee) . Our register was not working with the hand scanner,and we told her. She says nothing. The whole time, not a word! We bought a large bag of plaster of Paris, it had a leak,and was floppy. So it was hard to manage and getting everywhere.. She didn't say she was, sorry,or lets tape it either. She could have been a robot..If things keep going this way, we will simply not shop there anymore. We feel disrespected and not wanted as customers.We even had to call her back a 3rd time for the vets discount card to be put in

Lowe's is my go-to place. I have a lot of different hobbies and this is where I go for my paint and miscellaneous wood and screws. The help was all around to help me out if I had any questions and I know how it is to stand in the store looking stupid because you don't know where something is and there's no one around to help. Most of the time there was always somebody around. I'd recommend this place.

I've lived here since May. This is the SECOND time I have purchased a used item at this particular Lowes.My latest purchase was an EGO blower and trimmer combo. First, they had all of them under a price that said 169.00. Well, surprise, it was actually 329.00. Dis not even argue.When I get it home, it had no battery and someone was kind enough to try it out on their lawn a few times first. Dirty, grass, used trimmer string.... AND it was re bound AT THIS STORE. Not taped up. Manager who spoke little English, no offense, said no worries, just drive back here and return it. 30 minutes one way..

The worst customer service !!!Please don’t deal with them . Placed special order for kitchen cabinets in June 2023. Paid in full $11,000.Today is 02/12/2024 we still didn’t receive full order . Kevin Stephen who placed an order does NOT reply to emails or return calls. Spoke with Ms. Nahir ( assistant manager) she keeps collecting my info and my phone number; not even once someone returned my call.Spoke with the manager of Mr. Kevin and he promised me that Kevin will reach out when he comes back from vacation ( that was January 30,2024)Mr. Kevin enjoys his vacation BUT we can’t finish assembling our kitchen cabinets since July 2023 & we are screwed up.Someone replied to my other comment and I called compliance line ( they got my information and promised to return my call). Still waiting!!!Tried to use big company for the first time VS family owned and they failed .Will never EVER deal with Lowes.

04/24: What a joke! Ifvyou place an order online and go to pick it up at this store...and if you do curbside and text them you are here...well, after 5+ minutes three of us waiting in separate cars had to go inside. Once in here at the Service Desk (wow, is that misnamed), I am still waiting 10 minutes after telling the front desk I am here now to pick it up inside the store.Never again.‐-------Update: 2022Their website is cheaper!!! $26.75 vs. $31.33 for same product. Leaving here!! (See pics for hardware cloth pricing.) And unlike what they tout here on Google maps, they do not disinfect between patrons.Previously:A clean store with smiling staff and assistance when needed.

Do not buy AO Smith water heaters from here. AO Smith makes it increasingly difficult for a simple exchange on a 3 week old product. Lowe's won't honor their return policy on 30 Day returns on electronics which the water heaters are listed go to home Depot instead

Was looking for just a shower head a rainstyle shower head and they didn't have what we wanted and then we try to look for one with handheld because we don't need the main body or the control just to shower head and the handheld part and it was not exactly what we were looking for and we did ask people to help us and we were taken to several different places and I'll be very honest with you we were disappointed cuz some of the staff I understand is busy but at least point us to the right direction

Nice store, well organized, however, not many Associates in the aisles to assist customers. Even after Paging for an Associate, no one showed for over 7 minutes, so I left the store and did not find my item.

I did an appliance package order online for delivery 28 days later from the Lady Lake store. We went through an picked items that were in stock so there would be no delays. A week later, Lowes changes the delivering store to Orlando and since that location doea not have everything in stock they change the date on several items. I guess now I have to sit at home and wait on two seperate occasions now to make things more convienient to Lowes. I called to find out why they no longer have the stock and the lady asked me if I wanted her to cancel the order so I could.buy it elsewhere. That is a total lack of customer service. What happened to trying to find solutions for the customer?

Had a good selection for what we were looking for but had no registers open in the front that actually had help. Everything was self checkout which is great when you have a few things which we did not. Trying to get someone to help when we had a question was also a hassle. The 3 girls at customer service were too busy talking to another to acknowledge us waiting.

I like Lowe's but... they have some problems with their self check out, why do they have so many self check outs and not real people working the registers. They say on their PA system they are hiring but not cashier's. Here is my frustration with self check out and then having to go to customer service. Their in store credit from a return you cannot use unless you have the drivers license they scanned in at the time of a return. My exact situation is... My wife made a return and was given an in store credit. She gave me the card and the receipt. I went to buy a tool and went to use the in store credit, punched my license in and the robot check out called for a human as their was something wrong with my number. Attendant came over and said you have to use a different license number. I looked at the attendant and said but I have the receipt that is attached to the in store credit. She looked at me and said sorry their is nothing she could do and that's their system. I said but I have the receipt and that the receipt doesn't have printed on it(anywhere)that you have to have a drivers license to use it. So, I went to customer service, thinking for sure the manager can override but I was told No it's that way because of fraud. I told him I understand but I have the receipt. Again sorry but No. 🤔 Here I am a customer ready to buy a product over 200.00 and a store credit of 24.38 (denied), I said you're going to lose a sale. So, I left without the tool I needed. As I walked out took a picture of the large Return Policy on the wall. You can see that it reads "may have to have ID to use store credit" they acted as for sure it was policy with no work around. This is how and what happens to customer service at Lowe's. So, to all who read this. Make sure you have all the info, picture of driver's license of the returnee. Or the bean counters policy will leave you and Lowe's bottom line with nothing.

Far better than Home Depot. All the staff know their products. If you ask where a certain item is they don't tell you. They walk you right to it. Lowe's, as a company in general, honor and respect the Veterans and even give us a Military Discount. Any of their staff who are Veterans have it right on their name tag or Lowe's uniform.

We had to go to self checkout because there was no checkouts open and we were told that is just the way that it is. well I'm disgusted with that attitude;this takes jobs away from American people and I am not happy with this I will not be visiting the store ever again as customer service is evidently a thing of the past they want to treat you like cattle and shove you in and out the door .

I went in there for a online pickup and there was a huge line for returns, but there is a dedicated online pick up desk so I walked up to it and asked the lady at returns. If this was for online pick ups, she told me yes I stood there for 15 minutes until she finally told me, I have to get in the returns line. I canceled my order. Went to Home Depot and picked up my door. They also helped me load it.
