This Dollar Genral is terrible, my little brother needed to use the bathroom after a long trip and was crying so I asked a lady working if she could open one of the doors because they were "out of order" she told me no because an accident happend a while ago so nobody is aloud to use the bathroom. She then suggested that I take hime to pee on the side of the building, I told he that was disgusting and she said oh well.

I frequent this store a lot. Forgot Birthday cards when there after work yesterday. I went to the website to inquire hours of operation. The web sight stated 7:00 AM for the following morning so instead of going back out before preparing dinner I knew I could go in before work. No such luck! The man working (with door unlocked) stated "we're not open until 8. Would not give me an answer as to why the website stated differently. So yep late for work but got Birthday cards for employees elsewhere. Very frustrating

Worst dollar general EVER! I will never go back ,seems the manager had a long day or either was short staff..so I wanted to purchase air freshener,and it ring up $4 more then what the original price was so the manager at the register said oh well things happen mam people do make mistakes,I said I understand sir but I don’t want it it seems to maybe be in the wrong spot,he then gave me attitude and said if I removed this I will have to cancel your order with a sigh,I said it’s fine not to mention he was in the phone and said while on the phone”Nah man Wateva I don’t care “ I said if it’s a problem I’ll leave,All because your item had the incorrect price and I refused to buy it??? Sir your customer service is horrible an your a manger I will never mistreat a customer because of my mistake,I will apologize and fix the issue,clearly he didn’t want to be there,I said maybe your having a bad day if so you probably go home…he was the only one working ever time I go this store it’s always a new employee behind the register I see why he can’t keep anyone,his attitude is Horrible and he needs to be fired,and replaced.

It's a cleaner store then the rest it's adequately stocked my biggest problem is not just with this store but all of the DG is how tight the isles are. This place seems to have better help than the others usually and stocking more organized... Unfortunately this last trip there was some new faces and the shelves were a disaster. That being said if I'm daytime shopping that's still the one I'll use

Very Friendly Clerks here. Very helpful, clean store, always getting new merchandise, seldom sold out! I shop there once or twice a week. They have Deli Meats, Dairy, Eggs, and lots of Cold Drinks! Also lowest prices on Candy too! Recommend this store to everyone!

I just love my $$$$General Store! There's always a great bargain and the employees are super nice and always helpful! During Christmas the aisles are a bit overstocked and it's hard to get around inside. Other than that, it's a wonderful shopping experience!

Employees are friendly and helpful. Shelves are well stocked. I always feel like I saved money when I shop there. The omission of the 5th star is because the store is always crowded. They need more floor space.

This store is very disappointing. The staff is fine but the management is terrible. Everytime I go to this store they are out of the same thing for weeks at a time. They randomly close way too often. They either need to close or get it together.

Another great shopping trip! Cheryl helped me with an apparel item. And when I finally checked out. Janie rang me up, with so much patience as once again, I had 3 transactions because of their awesome coupons. Spend 25 get 5 off. Then Scott was such a gentleman. Took all my items to my car as I'm on a scooter. So niceSuch a busy store.

It's your typical DG. A lot of merchandise and few Staff to run it. I do shop there as needed since most things are fairly priced but half the time I'm trying to get around fully loaded stock carts evderywhere. Anyway, my dog LOVES a treat I can't find anywhere else and the store is only 5 minutes from home so the convenience brings me back. Staff is always super friendly.

The ladies that worked that day were very nice and accommodating. I had my cat in a pet backpack and it was too hot to leave in the car but they let me bring it in. So Appreciative.

Lots of loaded carts that needed to go on shelves. Two people working and only one was cashiering. Some items I needed were not in stock and had to move carts out of the way to find somethings that I actually did need. Not very friendly either.

Best around, Virginia and Michelle are always going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of their customers have an enjoyable experience. The nicest manager and assistant manager around.

I've never been in a Dollar General that was so crowded in the aisles, could hardly push cart thru. Cashier was very nice and smiled greeted everyone as they came thru door. The store is extremely busy on a Monday nite.

The store is a mess. Too much unnecessary product and not enough room to put it out. Very crowded with inventory. BUT...the staff(some of them) will make sure to assist you in any way. Amanda will break her back to insure a good shopping experience. She is funny, too!

They have posted that they are open at 7am but never open the doors until 8 or 9 there is no sign on the doors either and are never stalked with anything

Today, My mom and I went to get some little things we needed. The music was so loud and rapping kind of music, that I couldn't concentrate on getting my things. So I ask a lady that works there if she can turn the volume down on the music. She turn the station to country music, but left the music still loud. That's not what I wanted. So I was leaving out the store told the cashier that it was too loud. And she said "oh well!" My mom said to the cashier that if the store had that kind of music on and loud, that would just turn around and leave. And cashier said that she couldn't hear the music from the cash register. How can you listen to music and hear the doors when people come and go, hear if they are at the register or need help. Even when the doors are left wide open. Worked in a small store for over 15 yrs by myself lots of times. I wasn't allowed to have the music that loud. This store needs help big time!!!

Went today to pick up some toilet paper and the store was pretty packed but they are doing their best to keep it stocked up for everyone!! Just be patient and understand they can only do so much at once.

Very crowded and stock all over the place while shelves were empty a lot. However, I bought 2 cards that had no envelopes so I took 2 that were smaller than the cards. I would of had to improvise. The cashier took the time to get me envelopes that fit. So I will go back after the hectic days are over as I'm sure they were under staffed and just hadn't had time to get things under control.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this store.... I literally haven't been in one in almost 15 years.... Back then I couldn't remember anything there that I wanted or needed... But I was cooking the other day, didn't have enough of dry rice...so I thought I'd try dollar general because it's seriously only about two blocks from my neighborhood. I was surprised that they had a lot of the brands and comparable items that I normally purchase every week...BUT almost HALF the price! It wasn't old, or ready to expire ,like I wrongly assumed. The boxes may have a dent here or there...but who cares! Rhey have everything from groceries to home items and personal care items...frozen goods...magazines...outdoor stuff...even patio furniture! Other than having to ask where or if they had the bags of dry rice I was looking for ( they did, and the associate knew exactly where it was) and the smaller isles, I would have given them another star on my rating. That would be my only "issue".....small and not as well marked isles. But they have a lot of stuff in not that much square footage. I'm ok with that...but it wasn't loaded with people...that could be an issue if it were.

Store is ALWAYS in disarray, bathroom is disgusting, stuff left in aisles, nothing stocked correctly, store is ALWAYS closed during opening hours with all kinds of lame excuses, store needs to be shut down permanently and turned into something useful.

I always find shirts and jackets that end up being my favorite here. Great prices and the only thing needing to be fixed is organization and cleanliness. Otherwise, great dollar general location.

Store is extremely crowded. You can't get down the aisles because of inventory waiting to be put away. The building needs to be enlarged or they need to find a new, bigger location.

Aisles are crowded with stock. You can't get down some aisles and others you can't series or reach the shelves. The staff is Awesome!!

Stopped at this dollar store for supplies. Store can be seen from the highway and parking is good. Clean well stocked store. People working there super nice.

The cashier failed to give me the majority of my changeThe cashier failed to give the lady ahead of me her greeting card and made no attempt to rectifyThe cashier asked the woman behind me for ID for cigarettes. She was 65-70 years old.Ugh. Never going back. Don't need to save a few dollars that bad. And see such disrespect.

Fix your store. It used to be A+ several months ago, but has a new staff and it's ghetto now. I don't even shop there anymore and used to 2-3x a week. Going to Target now.

The store is a mess. Carts everywhere blocking aisles, so many fire hazards, shelves barely stocked. Merchandise all over. Lots of items or of stock.

Aisles cluttered, freight carts all over the pkace only one cashier an she is putting freight away, doors that dont open easy, general view of this Dollar General ill run, lack of concearn not customer friendly.
