Have used this store many times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked the pharmacy a few times for help find something and they take the time to show you where it is located. The front register employees are very personable and helpful.Happy Days Sunny Skies

First off, location is bad. I know that’s not the employees fault but it’s located on the corner of the busiest intersection of the villages, hard to get in and out of. I filled a prescription yesterday and the gentleman behind the pickup desk was pretty cordial upon the first interaction we had. I told him I was picking up a medication and mentioned I had a GoodRX coupon (I don’t have health insurance and every dollar saved means a lot); so he rings up my prescription and I present the coupon to him, and he tells me we have to move to another P.O.S to do a refund/rebill… At this point there were 5 people in line behind me, so I opted out of doing all that for a whole $3 off, but I wanted to mention that he had his phone on and open and was scrolling through social media or something when I first approached him at the counter. I don’t think that’s very professional, especially working in the pharmacy with peoples medications. Otherwise, the process was quick and painless, but it would’ve been nice if employees actively listened to the customers, especially considering most of us are on fixed incomes or low incomes. Just a thought. :/

Pharmacy only- There was confusion around GoodRX and prices for my Prescriptions, but the issue was the customer service. No one was explaining the issue to me. Everyone looked miserable as they do all the time. They even spoke to each other rudely. I don't know if they need more staff, or if there are other issues at play but their attitude toward patients need improvement.If there's a price variation and I need to contact my insurance or otherwise, say that, instead of just saying "this is the price idk what you want me to do." There is 0 desire to actually help people at this pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is terrible they tell you one thing and then do another. Turn the pick up the stuff to dinner. Set me yesterday 2:00 after he told me to go pick it up. They still didn't have it ready. Lady, tell me that it would be expedited and ready by the end of the day and they would call me. No one called me came out the following morning to pick it up, still not ready.Lady said it's gonna take another twenty minutes just doesn't make sense to me.

Do not go here, they will overcharge you for everything. I used to go to the Windixi pharmacy and my medication cost under $6. That pharmacy has closed and the refill was transferred to this CVS. The exact same medication now cost $21 to refill, and that's after they "applied their discount".

I am writing to specifically praise one of your front-end workers named Lorree. She bends over backwards to be helpful, and is enthusiastic about her job. OShe exudes a kindness that comes across as very genuine. I have noted her behavior to be positive and consistent over multiple visits. She is an asset to your store.

I went in for a flu vaccine on 11/1/22, there was a gentleman standing in line as 3 women behind the counter were talking. I assumed they were helping the man until the pharmacist had to tell one of them to help him. When I asked about the flu vaccine the person I talked to gave me a look like I was crazy. I had asked if the vaccine was preservative free. Again, the pharmacist has to answer the question. When I asked for the vaccine I was told to schedule an appointment. When I asked if they had any openings I was informed I would have to go on line to schedule. I have just moved to the area and I will never go back to that CVS. Other than the pharmacist not one of them was helpful or friendly .

When you call who ever is there at 06/22/2023 at 9:15am is picking up and pressing the fail pad then hanging up the phone! Very unprofessional. The slender man with gray white hair very rude!

December 15th. Stopped in to buy a Florida Fast Pass. One register open, and it was a couple buying numerous gift cards. Clerk was having a hard time processing the transactions. 3 employees were right there, watching as the line grew longer, but their conversation was more important. After about 15 minutes, one woman walked past us and told us to use self checkout. Told her I needed the Fast Pass. She had the clerk hand her one, which she tossed onto the counter in front of me. The lady behind me required something behind the counter as well. Obviously customer service is not their priority. I’ll find another store to shop.

This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy you could have. The staff and manager is rude, slow, unprofessional ect… I never write reviews but my experience every time here is awful. I’m sure other cvs in the area are better but this specific location has repeatedly been rude and we are always waiting over 30 minutes in line whether it’s drive through or going inside. I hope someone can see this and improve because I hate to say bad things about businesses. However this place really needs to do better.

It was quick and easy to get milk...BUT they only have TWO "self checkout" lines. And the one staff member was running back and forth to help the elderly customers get moving and stop holding things up.NEVER going there again. You have two, unused, regular checkout lanes...use them! You're already paying someone to attend the silly self checkouts.

First time coming to this location & will be my last time going to a CVS in general. I attempted to utilize the self check out to try and save time as the cashier looked tired and had another customer.I picked up a crossword booklet in an area where there were many things for only $1, including this item. It flagged on the scanner and instead of calling someone else to assist, the cashier made me wait until she was finished with another customer to see what the problem was.. ok fine.We learn this puzzle booklet wasn’t in the system. I explained I got it from the dollar area, it’s $1 but instead of verifying that information, the cashier goes by a price of $4.95 marked by the original manufacturer, which by the way, if accurate, would be a complete rip off because the exact same puzzle books, by the same manufacturer, are available at dollar tree for the amount of, you guessed it, $1.Ok then I don’t want the item. Letting out her exasperation for 30 seconds worth of detective work, the cashier had a difficult time trying to figure out the self check out and ended up voiding my entire purchase, went back to her station and told me I would have to check out with her but I had already scanned my items again and was on my way to payment.My point of all of this is... she was rude & I can excuse that in most scenarios because I understand that her job is frustrating but I cannot make an excuse for not going to check the price or asking someone else and instead making me out to be a liar in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. How many people under 55 go in there to scam CVS on a crossword puzzle book? 🙄

I have never been treated so disrespectful. We all know it’s not only flu season but also the busiest time of the year in the Villages. Is management that ignorant that more staff is needed at certain times of the day? On this particular website it lists busiest times. Right now it says “not busy”. I just called, asked to hold for one moment and 15 minutes later still on hold. I hung up, redialed, and asked front clerk to speak with manager. I was advised no manager on site, only himself, pharmacist and a tech. He transferred me to pharmacy and I asked not to be put on hold. I had 1 question that would have taken 10 seconds to answer but was told.... and I quote.... I do not have the time for you right now you. I’m totally slammed with people at the pharmacy . The pharmacist preceded to hang up on me. You should be ashamed of your pharmacist and his arrogance. If he can’t handle the amount of business your store is generating then maybe management should re-evaluate your staffing and it’s needs.

Been patronizing for years but, holy moly, the pharmacy has gone downhill. Tried to get meds for my ancient father after springing him from the local hospital. He was in tremendous pain next to me in the car as I submitted his prescription. I had no expectation of getting it filled on the spot. The Rubenesque darling sporting the short blond crop smirked as she told me they were "out of stock" with his particular meds. Gave me a blank stare when I asked what my options were. 6 decades on this planet ( 4 of them as a loyal CVS customer) and I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a pharmacy. Felt more like I was at an ear piercing kiosk at a struggling mall. Scary, really. Go to any other CVS in the Lady Lake area, but don't go here until they've fixed the problem. Walgreens up the street seemed to have their act together. Good luck!

This use to be a friendly well run pharmacy. Currently I experience long lines, less customer friendly.Turnover in staff, different people every time. No one available to answer questions. Over worked

I am a new customer to the pharmacy, I tried going through the drive-thru but was told it would be better to come in to setup new rx profile. No problem. I came inside with my daughter and I guess the guy whom was at the counter was due for a break because he was less than thrilled about putting in a 1st time customer with a couple of prescriptions. In fact as if we were not standing there he grumbled to a coworker about it and was sent on his break but wished his coworker luck with putting our information in before walking off??? Noone apologized for his rudeness and it only took the person whom ended up helping us 10 minutes max. I work in customer service and sometimes I clock out and an unknowing customer wanders over and starts ordering from me unknowingly. When that happens I politely help them or explain that I am off and get someone promptly to help them. I dont talk as if they are not standing there about how put out I am by having to help them. If I wasnt tired I wouldve left but that said I will not be refilling it there.

Literally the rudest people, and super unprofessional. As someone who loved going into CVS, I couldn’t handle the body language or the manor they used with their customers. When I go into any type of store I want to be greeted and feel welcomed, not immediately hear about your personal issues with other employees or life.

After reading some of the reviews, I had to give mine. Was there today to pick up 4 prescriptions for my husband. The pharmacist tech John was so helpful and caring. I was so pleased. I have made this our family pharmacy from now on .

Martha has the worst costumer service and has too much power in her hands. And she lets you know it. I know the rules down here are very strict on some meds but she should not be able to have that much power over your meds. Everyone else is wonderful!!

I use to love this CVS, now nobody knows anything and the pharmacist is always answering the phone and he can never get anything right on the computer. You go in and the whole staff is loud talking about personal business, very unprofessional.I will be switching to another CVS

Teresa was my cashier. I wanted to buy 2 bottles of laundry detergent, and with my payment I had 2 coupons. 1 coupon for each bottle. I was told by Teresa that I would have to buy one bottle and use one coupon, then get back at the end of the line to purchase the other bottle and use the other coupon. She said this was the rule because the coupon stated one coupon per purchase. I've never had a problem using 2 coupons on 2 items before at any other retailer. I was not asking her to double a coupon or to use a single coupon on 2 items..... her tone was unprofessional and over something so silly, I didn't appreciate how I was treated. We won't be back to cvs.

Received notice of 40% off posted to my CVS card. Went to buy vitamins at full price. Denied card discount because, if I bought a 2nd I would get it at 1/2 price. However, I did not buy a second package so paid full price for the vitamins I bought! Still no 40% discount with CVS card presented. I asked if I bought the second item would I get the discount! The answer was still NO! What a scam!!! CVS, you need to correct your problem! Spoke with others and many not happy with your process!!

Horrible experience. I have never been treated so rudely when trying to get my prescription filled. I guess they forgot I was a customer/patient.Since they don't actually prescribe or diagnose anything, I don't really know why they haven't been replaced by a machine yet.There are plenty of other places around to get your prescription.... don't waste your time here.

Super slow! I called them to have a prescription transferred and I was told to 72 hours to Henry and insulin. They’re blaming it on the snowbirds. I guess this time with your locals don’t matter. Thank you CVS I will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy

RUDE, argumentative, made rude remarks about what I was buying, wanted me to PRINT coupons rather than scan the app and lied saying corporate ONLY wants paper coupons! WILL NOT BE BACK. It's a nice and clean store every time I go to pick up my medication it's always ready.Also, the pharmacies is very nice person he always talk to me about my medication and he give me advices always and the techniques is so nice too.
