We were seated by fireplace upon request. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast here this morning. Wish they’d up their game here and offer green tea and cranberry juice. Water was good though and didn’t have that swampy taste it can have. Our server Nancy was super nice. Person seating people seemed to be Russian and there was a language barrier, but she was friendly as well as the checkout person.

STAY AWAY!!! COLD FOOD THAT SHOULD BE HOT FOOD.Dont go here for Thanksgiving!!WHAT A LET DOWN ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE BISCUIT!Cracker barrel STAY CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENTNot sure how they justify a $17 plate when you literally get one tablespoon of each ingredient-- pictures on menu showed full portions. Oh and no gravy!! What the hell this is a mini meal.Nor did they offer you to eat your pie inside with coffee. What the hell.Manager was rude and not clean.

I bought breakfast for three of us. I was not really impressed with the food compared to other Cracker Barrel's and it took a very long time to get our food, especially since we did not order anything that should have taken that long and it was not that busy. The sausage was very dry and the hash brown casserole was not up to the usual CB standards. Our waitress was very nice! I am probably being generous giving 4 stars. I only gave 4 because our waitress was nice. Also got a nice cup in the store.

I usually love coming to Cracker Barrel, but this time I was a bit disappointed. It didn't seem unusually busy, so waiting over 45 min for our breakfast food to come after placing our order seemed way too long. The food was only slightly warm when we got it, so I'm assuming it was probably sitting in the back waiting for it to be brought to our table. The hash brown casserole was undercooked as well. I'm sure we will come back because they usually do better, so hopefully it will be better the next time.

We've enjoyed our breakfast experience here time and time again. This morning was especially nice as we sat close to the fireplace on a chilly 35° Florida morning. Our server, Melissa L., was excellent as always. She was super friendly, has an amazing memory of our previous meal selections, brought our warm food out super quick, and made sure she kept our coffee topped off with numerous warm-ups. The other servers, hostess, and check-out gals are all very nice as well. Wonderful experience as always. We will be back soon!

Updated 11/1/23 11am, seated quickly and order taken quickly but food took a long time, over 1 hour. The food once we got it was MUCH improved over 2 yrs ago. ALL VERY GOOD! One issue with cheesecake pancakes which the server quickly remedied. It is so awfully loud though, hard to enjoy eating, next time maybe try seating outside. Veronica was our server and she did an outstanding job. AAA++++

The last 3 times we visited any Cracker Barrel we ended up walking out due to lack of attention from staff. Several times upwards to 1 hour . Watching others who came in after us being served. This time we had a brand new employee, her first day, and she was perfect. Way to go Molly!Parking: Spots for pick ups now available.

Not happy at all with food quality. "Over easy" eggs came to the table scorched and yolk broken. Hashbrown casserole and pancakes were cold. The server did actually go back and personally cook some fresh eggs for us, but they should not have been served in the first place. So, when we were paying ($36) for our breakfast, the cashier asked "how was everything"?! When we explained our experience, we were not invited to speak with management or offered any sort of discount or incentive to return.

Haven't been in quite awhile. "They can't screw up breakfast, can they?"Well, they kinda did. Ordered Grandma's Sampler Breakfast. Ham, Bacon & Sausage way overcooked and inedible. Eggs (ordered over easy) overcooked but still edible. Pancakes, how on Earth do you over cook pancakes? Congratulations, this cook did!Staff was quite apologetic and replaced pancakes (which were much better). Received comp'd meal, which was more than appreciated.This meal reminded me why I haven't been there in quite some time.

First time trying Cracker Barrel and it did not disappoint. Huge menu featuring lots of American classics. Food was fantastic, large portions and server was very attentive with refilling drinks and checking on our party. They also have an old town store attached, great for wandering around afterwards

Our waitress was so nice, sweet and attentive and respectful to my family and I. Her name was Jamaris and this was in the Lady Lake Fla location.The food ordered was very good and plentiful and we had leftovers to take home. The checkout staff was very pleasant and helpful as this was my first time using rewards. The staff in the retail area was also very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service 👏 my waitress in training, whose name I sadly don't recall, could not have been nicer. Of course I found something to buy in the gift shop, some fun new Christmas PJ'S! Will be coming back to get two rocking chairs because they are well made and priced great too! Was able to drive to this location by golf cart, what's not to love!Had the country fried Turkey tonight, only available seasonally - I'll be looking forward to it next year!!!

I went in to order to go. A waiter came out and said "how many meals?". No hello, and I was only ordering dumplings and a piece of cake, not a meal. The cashier was lovely. The dumplings were in a tiny container and consisted of small pieces of dumpling, there was no silverware, and the items were in such a big bag that the cake was all tossed around (but still delicious). The entire experience was disappointing.

So I walk into cracker barrel today, order my takeout. After an hour of waiting I asked the cashier what's up. So she gets the manager, and he disappears into the kitchen and didn't come back. After 5 minutes I asked the cashier where's my takeout, she looks at her computer and says it was just put in 6 minutes ago.so 5 dollars worth of gas and over and hour of my time on Saturday I decided to walk out, Never again. Cracker barrel sucks.😡

Ordered grilled salads to go. Order was ready when I got there, that was greatGot out to my car looked in bag NO CHICKEN!!. If I had not looked I would have gone home paid for grilled chicken and got none. This has happened three times with doing take out. Have someone double check these orders. It is a pretty simple thing to do the right way.

Our waiter is the only saving grace for this location. He was spot on! As for EVERYTHING else, total fail. The food quality bad, the hostes's attitude bad, after asking for a different table because it was so dark we could not read the menu, she reluctantly gave us another table, but when another customer complained about the light thru our window she tried to close the blinds at ours. We also had to exchange or siIverware three times because it was filthy, guess we are not old enough or the fact we are not "Villagers" we should not have ate there, but no worries, we will not be back!

Super nice staff, great food and reasonable prices!Most Cracker Barrel locations are well-run and this one is no exception. We've eaten here a dozen or so times and the experience has always been positive. We ate here most recently on a Sunday afternoon about 1:00pm. There was about a 5 minute wait for our party 7, which was a pleasant surprise as the wait can be a little long at times.I highly recommend getting one of their daily specials, especially on Sundays as they tend to be well priced and extra yummy.

Been to visit on 3 different times over a 2 yr. period food was cold,late just not good my parents live in the area and this problem has been consistent..just bad and service is not good either! and management has the same story all the time about food quality and bad service. It would be laughable if it weren't serious. I believe this falls on corporate to rectify because this occurs in the location where I lived this must be a national problem,they must figure out a way to fixed it or close! not fair to customer base to accept subpar for excellence.
