I took my puppy to be groomed for the first time today 11/29/2021. When I drop her off I was told to shut my mouth while Mike was talking. Then upon my return to pick up my puppy I was told again to shut my mouth while he was talking. I replied I'm done here is your money give me my dog. Mike then decided to tear the money in half and throw it on the floor at my feet and said the puppy is no longer welcome at gone to the dogs. IF THIS IS HOW A MAN REPRESENTS HIM TO HIS HUMAN CLIENTS BEWARE!

I came for my appointment. He asked me what I wanted. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence when he said “well hundred people want 100 different things and I’ll tell you this…” and started talking about his vacuum system and how much he could take off. He asked how long I tried to show him in her and he told me I did not understand his question correctly and got frustrated and audibly sighed at me. He did not even let me finish my sentence again before saying he was about to pass on my service. So I walked out, letting him know I simply wanted her cleaned up and trimmed as we discussed when we made the appointment on the phone So disappointed we have been looking forward to this for a week.

I absolutely love Mike and how he treats my dog Bella Mia and grooms her!! He does such an AMAZING job at such a fair price and I'd highly recommend anyone that's looking to get their pet groomed to give him a call.

Called mike early morning and he was so rude , stated I could find some body else beause I woke him up . How is it the customers fault , when I was just trying to get some information about your services you provide . If your website had prices and services I wouldn’t need to call you . It’s ridiculous . No one should bring there pets to him he is very rude and short tempered I could only imagine how aggressively he treats each and everyone of your beloved pets. STAY AWAY .

He is great and loving to the dogs. Grooming was right on beautiful ❤️ 💗 Dakota had a blast there. She took all the toys put them in a corner and would not share. Needles to say she is very spoiled. Going back soon

My dog looks like ray charles cut his hair, mike is a disrespectful individual whom I have no idea how he’s even in business still. I cannot believe how horrible my dog looks and how many sores he has now. For the love of god do not take your dog here.

I brought My Australian Shepherd to Mike. From the Phone call setting up the appointment to walking in and leaving Mike was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. My dog took an instant liking to Mike and Mike he showed a kind, genuine interest in my dogs health and even gave me tips on how to promote even better. He did all of this and MORE on top of the great grooming session My dog had for a VERY reasonable price. Top Notch A+ Best in this town and many other towns I've been in.

I called and a machine picked up and his voice said he was probably busy taking care of a dog, so leave a message or call back again later. So I left a detailed message and waited 4 days fir a call back. I just called him again and he answered the phone. I said I left him a voice mail message and he rudely said he does not have voice mail!! I said it was a message machine then , but he very rudely hung up!! Shocking customer service.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BUSINESS!

If he doesn't like your dog breed you will get her mistreated. Completely rude and will act like he is better than you because he owns poodles. Abusive to dogs too. Rough, careless, and unconcerned of their fears and feelings.

Mike is the ultimate in dog grooming and customer service!! I am babysitting my friend's spaniel, Okie while she is in hospital.. Mike is her groomer and I called and asked for an appointment.. he was so very pleasant on the phone and when I arrived he is the same in person... when I went to pick up Okie, he saw that I was struggling to get out of the car, with my CANE, and said I will get Okie for you! Now tell me where else can you get such SUPREME SERVICE... and all done with the sweetest spirit.. MIKE THANK YOU FROM THIS HANDICAPPED SENIOR!!!! YOU REALLY ARE A DARLIN'.
