The employees here are usually nice but the young man that was there today 8/9/2022 around 1 pm, was one of the most sour and bad attituded people I've ever dealt with. I bet he's mad because his momma made him go out and get a job and he can't stay home and play FortNite anymore.

Horrible customer service! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. If you coupon please do not visit this store!! The African American girl who is an assistant manager (or at least pretends to be) makes up her own rules in regards to coupons. I understand there might be issues if you are trying to use paper and digital coupons together, but all my coupons were digital. Unfortunately, this is Family Dollar is the closest to me and I have had no choice but to give this store several chances and every time I feel harassed as soon as I walk into the store and the African American girl is working because she will follow me throughout the store as if I am stealing. It is not my fault that she doesn't know how to coupon!

New store with a very complete stocking of merchandise at reasonable costs. The entrance seems a bit cluttered as you enter inside but staff are helpful and you generally can find what you need here.
