The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist who chats to the pets coming in for treatment.Dr. Julie is amazing! She is friendly towards owners and pets and does everything she can to make your pet feel better.The price of treatment is affordable compared to other veterinarians. If you are in search of an animal doctor, I highly recommend this clinic.

I had an appointment to get my dog spayed for $280. When I arrived a rude Mexican girl at the desk began to tell me there would be an additional charge if the dog threw up. Then extra charges for vaccines unless I had proof. I told her I give my dogs their vaccines myself. That was not good enough so all vaccines would need to be repeated at my expense. I have vaccinated my own animals for over 40 years. I heard from numerous people over the weekend that the price goes up and to be sure of the price before you leave your dog. When I arrived my dog did not want to go in the door. That should have been my sign. Animals definitely have better instinct than humans.

I adopted my new K9 bestfriend (my desperately needed grief stopper) "Jazper-Baxter", he was 1of 3 pups in a litter, and he sure has come a long way from the skinny, shaky, shy & scared Lil' guy he was when I got him, he has a personality and energy that'll tire me out just watching him. I'm not as dad as I was before, the loss of my bestfriend Minpin furbaby "Sarge" to a !#?@& Bufo toad was a heartbreak I've never felt before, but Jazper has helped in so many ways. Thank you all for giving me my life back...

I always recommended this place and had a 5* rating for months but it sure has gone down hill ! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They never answer the phones, they charge things sneakily and when we point it out they say "oops oh well it's already charged nothing we can do now " they are very unorganized and take forever to approve anything! I hope people start going elsewhere

Can't say enough about how the staff are so country welcoming and yet so professional at the same time. They have treated my cats and dogs for 8 years. I highly recommend their services. Not to mention, it's affordable.

Everyone that works here is wonderful. Compassionate towards the animals and people. Really happy that I found them. They remember our cats and always ask how they are. Our cats do really well with them and I believe they know that they won't hurt them. The office is always clean too!

This was the first time there with our little dogs, three of them, they are only six weeks old. The place seemed fine to me, but the staff was very rude to me and my wife at the first approach. They didn't listen to me and their dismissive way of speaking left me speechless. They reminded us that there are still many people who do not love their work and for the time being do not love their lives or their children, much less the rest of the beings with whom we share our lives. Knowing even that it was an emergency because the three puppies were sick, they were not even able to give us an alternative or even minimal help. I hope it doesn't happen to others and that those two girls who attended me today so unfortunately, have a nice day with their children, boyfriends, husbands, mother, friends, etc. and with the little animals that arrive there to be truly helped from the heart.

When other places wanted to overcharge a life saving surgery they immediately stepped up and helped me out to save my dog and they did just that. She had a horrible case, the worst they ever saw. Now a week later my little girl is better then ever. They saved her life and didn't brake us financially. They're super fair and they honestly care for your pet. It doesn't seem to be so much a business to them vut more a calling to help animals and people who love them.

The staff is amazing and so is the care and services provided. The new vet is welcoming and sweet. The facilities are clean and there's no "animal smell" hitting you in the face as you walk in. Prices are more than fair!! Highly recommend this location.

Called to make appt for a sick little dog. I was looking forward to meeting the Veterinarian. MlmPerson answering the phone was extremely unprofessional & rude. Should not be working the front desk,should not be answering the phone,should not be greeting customers,should not be greeting pets, should not be working in or with the public or animals ever in her lifetime... SHE WAS & IS RUDELY OBNOXIOUS. I did not get her name,she pretended to not hear me when I asked her for her name... so sad!

Very disappointed at our last interaction with “Becky”. We’ve never had a problem and everyone was always great with our dog and cat until our dog tested positive for heartworms, we started the treatment but unfortunately it’s very lengthy (treatment started in May but we were supposed to return in July for injections) all vets we have dealt with confirm appointments or send reminders via text, email or call. It was my surprise when I got a bill for “no-show” fees when we never got any contact from the office prior to the visit (but did get an email about an upcoming appt in August). When talking to Becky on why I didn’t get contacted prior to the Aug one… she stated it’s a “courtesy” and they are not required to remind clients yet they expect for you to pay for fees (which I wouldn’t mind IF I had confirmed the appointment beforehand or they tried calling ). It took me multiple calls prior to getting a hold of someone and their first excuse was that I missed a neutering surgery (wrong -my dog was already neutered by them over a year ago), then the second excuse was that they had to open and “waste” vials because my dog didn’t show up (wrong again because they had other 2 dogs with the same treatment and they wanted to schedule as many as possible to use minimal vials) then the third excuse is that the email notification system was changed and could’ve been why I wasn’t emailed before…at this point Becky admitted the “courtesy” calls. I would much rather start driving to Ft Myers or Ft Lauderdale than deal with this type of people who fail to own up to a fluke in their appointment system.

My family and I would like to send our gratitude to this great establishment. The people who work here are truly amazing! Can’t say enough about the staff there. In the days that past since we have been thinking of ways to remember our beloved dog Achilles and once again Caloosa Humane Society have shown that they are a CLASS ACT! Always have good service, except for my last time here! I was disappointed. I called and made an appointment for my dog to get her annual check for heartworms and everything else and they only checked for the heartworms? They told me that I had to schedule another appointment for the other tests? There was no one else in the office? I told them that I had to get a ride there and I was willing to wait even though no one else was there? The young lady said no? Not good service in my opinion? I don't know why they could not take care of my dog when I was there?
