DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!This place is horrible. They no order and no customer service. I waited for over 30 minutes just to get a spot. They have every slot taken by people waiting to get a delivery not even waiting for an order yet waiting to get the notification. The. It took over 45 minutes for the stuff to come out. They are missing the point of the drive up. They make it harder and slower. Do place orders here. The ou will just ended up getting upset and not getting a ring to order ever again.

1 star review and I'll explain why. As of recently they're closing all self check outs and today on mother's day I came in to do some last minute shopping and have been standing in line for over 20 minutes to check out and haven't moved 5 feet because the line is wrapped around the front and there is one cashier checking people out. ONE. Absolutely absurd! Very very poor management / planning especially on a holiday morning. I've also had terrible experiences with the tire center at this location in the past and dealing with management goes nowhere as they seem to just want to argue. Truly wish someone from corporate would get (heavily) involved with this store ...

This one star review is for a customer service supervisor. I came in with a receipt to return a book I purchased a week ago. He said it was against the policy. I read the whole policy and nothing said the books cannot be returned. He proceeded to tell me about copyright laws 🤦‍♀️ when I went online and selected a random book to buy and pick up at the store, the policy said 90 days for return with a receipt. But he did not want to hear it. After calling the corporate office, they advised that any book in a good condition can be returned with a receipt. If no receipt available, a card used for purchase can be scanned, or a credit can be given on a gift card (other exclusions apply, they have a limit on returns without receipts). Nevertheless, I would expect a supervisor to be more knowledgeable on the return policy and not provide inaccurate info.I was able to return the book in another Walmart with No Problems!

Clean, nice store with a lot of neat things to buy. There are some people outside yelling random things at people or just talking to people as they walk by. All in all the store was clean, people were polite and self check out is no longer so you will have to wait in a line and then the line you end up at the registere for the whole 4 running ones. Should open the self check out up for small orders only. Nice store, thanks for the shopping experience.

Worst experience I've ever had in a Walmart and I've been to a Walmart Black Friday, which was awful in itself. This Walmart was sooooo ridiculously packed and understaffed. The line was VERY long, long enough that I got in line and sent someone to go get the stuff while I held our place in line. The line was literally wrapped across half the store, a 30 min wait, and it appears that it was ONLY self checkout, as far as I could see. There was no organization at all and the few employees we ran into were liked pissed that they had to be there, and I don't blame them, but regardless, customer service is still important! The picture I took was probably 15 minutes in and the line was still that long. Also, the parking lot was an. ABSOLUTE CLUSTER!! Never again, next time I'll use my better judgement and go to the grocery store down the street!

This place was very packed and crowded. They have a VIP line for members so that they can checkout faster and wouldn’t have to wait…..THAT LINE WAS LONG 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂🤣 save your money people. Overall my cashier was nice and professional.

I tried picking up a passenger that requested a ride, I was waiting for my passenger and security honked their horn telling me I could not wait at the front, I had to continue driving around until my passenger came out. Guaranteed they thought I left them because they could see I was driving away after I was only parked like 2 minutes.Thanks Walmart, great way to have your own patrons find another place to shop because of your security drivers being so rude and inconsiderate.

Walmart never really changes. However on this trip I did notice that most self checkout positions were closed and they have gone back to cashiers. Probably to reduce theft by deception. But nice to have those cashiers back.

Walmart customer service and self checkouts are ridiculous if u return items and don’t have a receipt or use self checkouts they automatically assume your stealing like really how many times my family have gone there and has the receipt and you guys wanna to assume people are stealing that is ridiculous you guys should be ashamed of yourself you guys have even checked out the camera and nobody was stealing we are decent people with respect to be stealing you guys need to do better your employees don’t like to work you ask them a question and they don’t nothing but love to accuse ppl of stealing we work hard to make our money I will be calling corporate and to everyone please don’t do self check outs there is a documentary on YouTube about the check outs not and after uyou shop they will call police look it up self checkout we’re made for those employees who are lazy and want to wonder around Walmart they all need to be fired Walmart please do better innocent people are going to jail because of ur checkouts my family willNever gain ship at your store I understand that people do steal and they should be in jail for it and that’s fine but innocent ppl come on now

The groceries are normal as to be expected. However, their customer service was horrible today. 3/8/2024. They had multiple checkout lanes closed, causing a long line. It took longer then it should to get some groceries and leave and one of the workers her name was Helen she made me go into a lane with an employee when there was a self checkout lane open and gave it to a lady further in the line causing me to take longer as I had to make several different purchases which complicated things for my checkout employee Katherine who scanned an item after I had told her I was paying for it separately. I love Walmart but today wasn’t your best day. I’m disappointed in an amazing store and it’s a sad day.

Walmart I have my up and down review. Only say it Bc I miss having actual cashiers at the registers. I don’t mind self checkout but everytime I go. The lines have been literally close to freezer products. One day it was so long my kids and myself sat on the floor. Times of wait are outrageous self checkout it’s stressful Bc sometimes things are not i guess scanning correctly. And the wait for an employee to come over it’s dreadful. Some are quick there’s some nights there’s a few that have the attitude of they don’t give a dayumm to work there. I understand it’s stressful but just try to hold yourself together.Other than that I enjoy when Walmart has the clearance section it’s helpful when your on a tight budget. Many times I find things I need for my household in that section for a cheaper price. I love that about Walmart. I love how there are some helpful employees. But just think some employees need better training in customer service. Just lessen the attitudes and show up. Give it your all attitude and I’ll give that 5 star. And to whomever is the cart attendant thank you for keeping up with the carts. Because not sure why when I go to the neighborhood Walmart on Vine St. There’s no carts where they need to be. Majority of the time I just got off work and I’m tired I don’t have the legs to runaround for a shopping cart. But overall improvement on these key points and I wish nothing but success.

Today my family buy $220 some item and cahier charge some item twice after I pay I go home and I checked all item and find 2 item charge twice after I go back wallmart and I ask one employee hi say check customer service I go thear she say she don't charge twice after I say call your manager she go and bring her she tell all store to manager and manager come to ask no sir she don't charge you twice please all shoppers because full when did you do buy everything after that go home and check everything again if it's extra call the Walmart or go to Walmart store or customer service please do it otherwise it's right now the life is very expensive

This store is always crowded, but that’s what happens when you live in a resort area. There does seem to be an “issue” with pricing and it ringing different at the self-checkout. Occasionally the receipt checker wants to go through my bags, but that isn’t happening.

Courtesies, kind upon entering .Little confused on the individual speaking only Spanish and not making an effort to speak English.Some employees speak on the phone like their on a break and seem not to accomplish their task at hand .Leaving pallets around on the ground blocking merchandise you can't reach.I saw myself moving it several times to reach an item.

They are remodeling the store so things are a little cluttered. But that is not the problem. They are making the aisles wider but they have reduced the choices of produces. They also have taken out most of the registers and put in self checkouts. The prices have gone up and you do all the work.The place looks and feels like a warehouse instead of a store. People lost their jobs in this upgrade. Big problems at Christmas.

The store is CRAZY, the employees follow you around as if you're shoplifting and I asked multiple questions to multiple ppl in the check out station due to using scan & go and none of them told me they didn't speak English, they just nodded their head and smiled at me until I asked them in Spanish when they would give the actual answer. I'm sorry but just say 'NO HABLA INGLES' or 'habla solo espanol' so ppl don't think they are answering yes to the question they asked cos it could have gotten me in trouble if I didn't get the right answer from her. I understand there's lots of racists out there, but there's also a lot of white ppl that speak Spanish as well, so don't just nod and smile when you have no idea what's being asked of you at a checkout station to be sure the person did things correctly so we don't get arrested for shoplifting by accident at the self checkout.

This is the worst walmart as far as mine management goes. They closed down 26 self checkouts and opened up 4 checkout lines! The lines were 45 people deep back into the grocery section!!! Worse than day after Thanksgiving. 😳

This is a horrible Walmart if you're looking to get something and get out you're definitely at the wrong place just to run in and grab two things you'll be standing in line for 45 minutes meanwhile they have 30 self-checkout lines and only have two of them open it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my entire life and then they treat you like a criminal when you're going out the door checking your receipt looking in your car it's just absolutely ridiculous I tried not to go to this place unless I absolutely have to you know they have 50 employees they're standing around why don't you open some more self checkouts or some more registers I mean it only makes sense

Large Walmart Supercenter off of 192 in Kissimmee. Not my go-to Walmart, but this location is well stocked and clean, even on a busy day. Minus one star for very hectic parking lot (on a weekday morning) and minus another star for very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff in the checkout lines.

We walked in and this store is not as near as crowded as other Walmarts. Picked up what we needed and we went to checkout. Plenty of manes checkers. No waiting. Well worth it by passing two other superstores to shop.

No one could speak English to understand we had 3 separate orders and only one had the scan and go!!! The supervisor also said something nasty to her coworkers in spanish about us. My daughter caught some of it. We will not ever go to that store again!!!

i went to walmart today , the worst customer service i got from Mayra. If you hate your job or your life , then quit . Theres other people who needs job and will be grateful to take your spot . You cant be a manager if you don’t wanna check me out or help me find a price of something . Don’t make the customers go and get the price for you if there’s another employees who works at the station and tell you the price. Mayra is rude and if your gonna talk junk about a customer make sure they don’t know spanish . Needs to be fired or trained correctly because this is unacceptable and bad behavior .

Self check line is unbelievably long pass the first freezer section of the fresh produce 13 units of self check only Six units open and available to customers the rest close the time l was here on the food entry section of the store just before I turn the associate check out three customer in the area where I was the associate did not sanitize any of the registers from my observation while in line and during check out and leaving the area if they are Sanitizing they are not consistent
