Honestly I was there way longer than I expected. Thank God I had the app. They moved everything around in such a way that you can't find certain items unless you end up in a random aisle. I literally had to walk through every single aisle to find anything. I don't understand why they move everything around so often and it's all in random places. I was looking for a sink stopper/ strainer I had to go through all the L or H aisles(dont remember which) to find it and it wasn't in any the app suggested. I went to buy a dolphin pump for my 5 gallon water bottle and there they were. Coming in here makes me want to go to Amazon and order stuff but obviously you get more for your money when it comes to the fresh veggies and fruit here. In the future if I can avoid coming in here I will. The pharmacy here is great and fast though.

Theres no point on making an appointment if I’m gonna be taken care more than an hour later. It’s ridiculous, and a waste of time for somebody that is paying for a service.I’m here just to change 1 tire that I order to be delivery at the store. I just see people gambling and joking around. I hate being this person, but i didn’t came here to sit on my car, I got things to do.

Walmart Auto Service. Today I arrived at 7 am to get an oil change. Keep in mind that I was the 4th person to arrive. Walmart's auto care hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. The auto care opened at 7:25 am, so I waited and there was only one employee waiting for others to arrive. One employee showed up late, was stuck on his phone, and was drinking coffee in the parking lot. Finally, around 7:45 am, they started providing service. While I was waiting, some employees arrived to get an oil change, and they were given priority. It is now 8:30 am, and I still haven't received service. I went inside to talk to the employees, and one guy there said they only had one line open. Yet, they opened a second lane and started doing oil changes for the employees. I left at 9 am and never received service. This was absolutely disrespectful to the customers. Walmart on Osceola Parkway has terrible service, and no employee or manager cares. I will never go back; I'll go to Valvoline and get my oil changed in 10 minutes. I would rather pay more for better service than go to Walmart.

I know that Walmart in general is looking to reduce self checkouts and move back to old style checkouts so I don't know if that's the reason the self checkouts here are not that great. I've been to many Walmarts and rarely have to wait in a self checkout line but this place sometimes has a line of customers at 8am on a Saturday morning. Meanwhile a whole group of self checkouts goes unopen and unused. And even though there are not a lot of customers at that time, the aisles are always crowded with shelf stockers and those annoying workers pushing around those big carts with blue bins shopping for others. Yes, I could go to Publix and not have to deal with this, but the prices at Publix are horrible. And of course most workers there speak Spanish and assume I do whenever I have to interact with them. I guess that's my fault for growing up in the USA and speaking English.

I hope no ones goes to that walmart. This lady name Yeyry who happens to be a cashier a walmart just called my cousin a bi..ch.. this is very unprofessional. My cousin is a hard working nurse and just spent 445.83 today and spent $680 last week a walmart. For this lady to call my cousin the b word because of a chicken my cousin put on the counter is very uncalled for. We want the whole world to know how unprofessional this walmart employee is.

Every 5 items i scan in the self check-out is followed by an employee thinking that i am stealing, and i have to stand there and watch the video of me scanning EVERY product i have bagged. This happened twice in a row before i made him cancel my purchase so a cashier could scan everything. Self checkout is for convenience, but my experience was everything BUT that. Absolutely ridiculous

Why is it that this Walmart has all these employees but when a customer walks in they’re all on break or standing around gossiping with each other it’s ridiculous and then they post job openings and tell everyone they aren’t hiring and when you ask why they’ll say oh we get about 900 applications at once and when you point out the fact that they have all these employees standing around not working they say and I quote “you won’t get hired like that” so do yourself a favor and do not shop at this Walmart they’re extremely rude and disrespectful and they discriminate based on looks and i feel as though I should take legal action against this store

Walmart is getting annoying to most truck drivers handful of will let you park in their huge parking lot overnight but the rest won’t allow itI remember when Sam Walton was in charge of Walmart his favorite saying back, then was “if you wake up a truck driver, you will be fired” and the same for a few turn a truck driver away as long as the truck driver stayed out of the way, at the part of the reaches of the parking lot he didn’t mind us parking there. They have massive parking lots at most locations and almost never completely full. It makes no sense to turn away a truck driver who just needs a place to go shopping for good spas truck and a place to sleep for the night

Victoria an older Hispanic woman only checked the items of darker skinned (black) customers at the self checkout lane. She worked on 03/14/24 during the morning shift 10:50am to be exact. There are other Hispanic women inside of this Walmart that use discriminatory practices and remarks towards customers of darker skin. This is a huge issue that should be addressed.

This store is so out of order and messy. They are also against Florida law having both of the only bathrooms they have to the public out of service. They are serving food and also have a Wendy's at this location. Florida law states they must have at least 1 working bathroom. They had both bathrooms closed and out of order. I will make sure to report then to the county.

Worst Walmart I have ever been to on the East Coast. A few people did not speak English. I’m pretty sure they were very rude. Need to go back to where they came from. I’m sure they are illegal. The manager has no place to check out in the garden center nobody knows anything about the plants I bring $400 worth of plants up to the front and they cannot even scan them Dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty sure the headquarters of Walmart would be rolling over in their grave they should definitely check this location out and close it down. It’s like a Third World country in there. Very disappointed I’m almost pretty sure that from this experience I may never buy another plant from Walmart again and I tried to spend around $4-$600 a week to keep the local business is happy And in business well they will no longer have my business and if I can do anything to spread the word to others Beware, beware beware asked for the manager and everybody went into a different language like they did not know what the hell I was asking yes I’m asking for your boss Grande Jefa never mind I let them have the plants I guess they don’t really want to sell them Lowe’s here. I come $600.

Thank you EMILIO so much for your amazing customer service!!! I have a sensory disorder and I come here more often than I probably should for phone cases and he’s always so kind and helpful. He sees us and says hello, he respects my service dog and is very patient with me. It’s not often that you find 5 star customer service anymore and I always look forward to going to Walmart and stopping by to say hello! This is by far our favorite Walmart and once again thanks so much Emilio!!!!

I am a Walmart+ customer. For the last year my groceries have come from my local Walmart Market Place store but, suddenly it is coming from Walmart Supercenter. Items missing in each order but charged, huge fight in getting credits. Crazy how bad the Walmart + service is from this location!!! Need to find out how to get the orders from Walmart Market Place again.

Worst Walmart experience ever. They gave my online pickup order and another person's order to someone else who drove away. And we both waited around an hour, AN HOUR, to get other stuff. Because the order has been marked as picked up I couldn't just cancel it. And when I got home some of my stuff was missing but I still got charged. Would not recommend going to this Walmart to pick up orders. And it's really sad, I've been doing reviews for a very long time and if you go back and check my postings from years back I post primarily positive things it's only when you really make me angry that I feel like I have to leave negative reviews. This is definitely one of those.

In the most recent years service has got worse. Half the employees that work here DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! What is a consumer to do when they need help? It's unfair that I have to pull out my phone to translate in Spanish for assistance. Walmart need to do better. U can not provide customer service if you associates are not bilingual!

Huge store with 2 restroom areas,a Wendy's plus a churro Cafe and plenty of merchandise to choose from.More checkouts needed at rush times/ holidays. Also more staff knowledge of their areas needed as well as more prompt customer assistance when assistance bell rung.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED A STORE AS SEGREGATED AS THIS WALMART. if you are not Hispanic you are treated SO BAD. I am disgusted beyond means. Half of the employees don’t speak English and walk away from you because you ask for help in English. Just plain rude, if you work in customer service you should be bilingual if anything shame on WALMART.

This Walmart is slightly different, it doesn't have a liquor store area and it has a different vybe than the rest. Never the less I enjoyed shopping from there and I appreciated the burger place located within there for a meal after I was hungry. It's at great location too with other stores near by.

Expect long lines and even longer wait times. Staff were like sad zoo animals, all with lugubrious expressions and actions. Very dismal indeed. The store is entirely too immense and is most definelty overwhelming in every sense possible.

This Walmart has been advertising false prices next to the items on the shelves. I grabbed a bag of potatoes and the sign said $3.87, when checking out they run up for $7.98. When talking to an employee about it they don't seem to care or even try to honor the price that the store is advertising. Be careful when checking out to make sure that you are paying the correct price.

DO NOT I repeat, do NOT use the pick up system in this location. I use this weekly in multiple locations and this location seems that whoever is managing the staff doesn't care at all. While you wait 45 minutes for 1 single package, the staff who brings your stuff out is chilling outside talking with friends. If you can drive, go to at cloud, or in OBT

Placed a same day photo order on Friday 12/21, and said it would be ready by 8:00. I received an email saying it was delayed but with no other information. At least give me an estimate of when I can expect it.I've been trying to call the store all day to get info but I can't get anyone to answer. I know they are busy due to the holidays, but for the operator, pickup and photo center not to answer all day is very poor customer service.
