Do not bring pets here! Chose bath and brush because of great price. I was Told I was going to be called in an hour, which seemed unreasonable. However, I was never called and when I showed up to business, my puppy was in a room alone with pain because one of her nails were clipped too much and she was bleeding out since we left the place, in the car, and all over the house. Ears were not cleaned, nor anal glands were suppressed, which was included in the grooming package. The employee did not put anything on the nail to make it stop bleeding and I was still charged the full amount plus tip. The dog was blamed for being the one who moved and got her whole nail clipped off [photo attached] She could barely walk because of the pain. Will not be going back.

Uptown pet salon is not only the best groomer in town but they also do a great job caring for my puppy when I’m out of town. There dog boarding is a great service and so needed especially when you have to go out of town. The’re pet lovers so it makes the owner feel great when leaving them for a few days. And for the price there’s no comparing. Will be using them for the rest of my fur babies life. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

This salon does cats!!!!! This salon I highly recommend! We're so happy with her grooming. We felt like we were listened to and our cat had the cutest cut ever, even the touches with the paws! We have a long haired cat that is always a diva and very stressed, but they worked their magic! The prices are really good too! Excellent job putting on soft paws too (caps over the nails) without having to do sedation! I am impressed! Very friendly staff and responsive. All of the above!-Brittany Ross

My dog likes this place. The owner comforts my dog whenever he is nervous and gives him a treat whenever she is done with the work.Also the service is nice because my dog is always well taken care of and looks good after the cut. I noticed that they had increased the price of grooming by 5 bucks. I asked the associate and she claimed it was because of the increase of rent. So i don't blame them because they have to make rent.In all, if you are looking for a good place to take your dog this is a great place.

My mom has been taking my dog for years now and I started to take my little guy as well, and once again I am not disappointed. She very patient and loving towards the animals. And my dog haircut was amazing. I have been cutting it myself since I don’t always have money to take him to the groomers and she fix my patches and gave me tips and I am in just awe. This is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prices are fair and reasonable too!!!!!

Took my dog here and just picked him up and few minutes ago and he smells great! His nails are trimmed perfectly and his teeth are perfect. His ears are cleaned and he's happy as can be. Only thing I can complain about is the bow around his neck was a bit tight, we took it off after a few pictures though. He looks great would recommend this place 100%!!

I brought in my big HIGHLY energetic German shepherd who gave this salon a challenge! But they took such great care of him and knew exactly how to handle him I felt really bad for them having to deal with my crazy fur baby but THEY WERE AMAZING !!!!! Thank you so much uptown pet salon!!!

Left my dog Bella with her for only a couple days and she had my puppy potty trained!!! This was so hard for me to do at home since my little one is so stubborn and she was a whole new puppy when I got her back… 10/10 would recommend.. planning on boarding her here as well when I go on trips because you can tell she really cares for animals!

I have been using Uptown Pet Salon for about a year and a half. I moved back to the area about 2 years ago and tried other groomers in the area before finding Uptown and none are as wonderful as this place. My dog is much calmer going here then she has been going anywhere else (even the groomer she had for 5 years where we lived previously. Highly recommend!!

Wow, how should I begin. My usual groomer is no longer a dog groomer. I decided to find another groomer close to my house and because it was my only day off this week I did not do any research for reviews for Uptown Pet Salon and Daycare...Big Mistake!!! The “gentleman” who answered my call to make the appointment sounded friendly over the phone so I did took my dog there for grooming...Big Mistake!!! My dog’s usual cut is a schnauzer cut well look a the pictures a you be the judge. The dog had several knots but he always had knots in the past but the groomer did their job and take the knots out, trim the hair and did the schnauzer cut not this time. Later in the day I received a call from Uptown to let me know that the schnauzer cut was impossible for my dog due to the knots and because he was aggressive, this call would of been fine if the person begin the conversation apologizing instead of not allowing me to talk and express myself I would off try to understand that they are not groomer. The person that was arguing with me continue to let me know that she was “the owner” and it was impossible to do a schnauzer cut on my dog, at this point I was done with “the owner” so I told her I will pay your fee but will never come back or refer any business. You would of this this ended here but noooo when I arrive to their location “the owner” was ready to proof her point her point even though I already told “the owner” that I will pay her fees and never come back. It doesn’t end there her employee the one that was originally answered my call to make the appointment and “sounded friendly” decided to record us with his phone without permission that’s when the situation got heated. I was working with my friend doing an installation the friend that also used to be a groomer and groomed my dog for the past 8 years without a problem with or without knots try to explain to “the owner” and her employee that they didn’t to a good job period. The continue to argue and record us that when my friend ask him to stop the employee decide to confront my friend to fight. Let me just let you know my friend is over 6’4” tall and the employee was maybe 4’8” but his Latin pride took over him and wanted to fight. At this point I put my hand between them and ask my friend to go. The employee continue to use bad language and profanities. If after all this you still decide to bring your 4 paws family member to this location, I am very sorry for you. I have never been in a situation like this in my life. Bad customer service, rude employees that want to fight you and worst of all they got paid $68 for a cut my 6 years old daughter could of done better. I’m amazed that people with such bad people skill are in business. They get one star because this is the lowest aloud by Google.

Workers are super friendly and helpful at helping me pick the best haircut for my dog. They also took great care of her. I was super happy with her cut and she smelled great for a week after! 😍 Will be coming again!

The owner of this place is great. I bring my 3 chihuahuas and pit bull. They are always calm and come back happy and clean. She takes them in last minute when I forget to make an appointment. My chihuahuas are not the easiest but they know how to handle them. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job on my husky! It's a cute little place, I almost missed it with all the construction that's going on in the area right now. I would definitely recommend Uptown Pet Salon & Daycare if you're looking to have any grooming service for you furry family member.

Use to work here for a year. Recently left because not only was my money being stolen from me but she would also lie about services. She would claim a bath was 25 but when you came to pick the dog up she would claim something happened and it was harder so you have to pay more. If a groomer fully loved their job they wouldn't charge you 20 dollars more to brush a dog out with a different tool. They would do it for the regular price because they want your dog to feel relieved and fresh when it goes home. Don't waist any time on this place. Find a place that benifits you and your animals. Try sudz um up on 192, heard their caring and affordable

After taking my pet here the first and second time, my dog came back home with cut marks and bloody paws, after asking for explanation from groomer they say that the cage had cut him, my puppy is small and calm i have never had any issues anywhere else. IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL DO NOT COME HERE, PET WILL BE INJURED AFTER SERVICE.

Definitely the most friendly pet grooming place in town!"Frenchly owned", Maryline was just adorable and so nice to my little best friend, made sure he was all perfect and clean to go home, and he is usually not comfortable with strangers but as soon as i got him back those 2 were friends!!! Going back to our monthly "hairstyle :) Def recommend this place! Oh also... they have little outfits and bows that's so cute!

I took my dog ​​to this company today. When I called she told me 50 dollars full service when she calls me to pick up my dog ​​and tells me to pay and when she charges me thinking it was 50.00 I leave her a 5.00 dollars tip. When I see my receipt bill the total charges was 63.00. In top of that my dog has a injury underneath his eye. Looks like a cut with the shaving machine. I don't wanna go back to take my dog ​​to this place . My dog ​​has never been hurt when I took him to other places and it seems as if he had been mistreated, I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone, cause it’s the second time we get charge the incorrect price from what they say it’s going to be.!

I should have read the reviews before. I took my dog (yorkie/ less then 5lbs) to this salon on 4/2 and was very disappointed. I notice when I was on my way home my dog had a fresh cut on her left leg, when I called and questioned her I believe her name is “Madeline “about the cut she lied and said that she got bit by a bug (flees, ants etc) before I took my dog there “Was No CUT this is a FRESH cut. If she would have just been honest and said the true I would have understood.But to lie, She was very unprofessional on the phone and very cruel to my poor dog.

We just moved here from the Tampa area and needed our dog, Louie (Shorkie) groomed. We found Uptown via Google and we’re so glad we did. They scheduled us quickly and did a fantastic job. We found our new regular groomer.

The first time I used them the service was excellent. The 3 cats came back well groomed, no dander or shedding. My Birman mixed cat looked adorable. Based upon my first experience I scheduled a second visit. This time I am not pleased. All 3 cats are shedding fur all over the place and have flaky cat dander in evidence. I asked the owner why and was told that they are "still shedding". What? Their winter coat? it is almost June plus they were not "still shedding" the last time we got them groomed a month a so ago. My Birman mix looks like he was not brushed at all. Will not be bringing my babies back. Will be spending my money where I can clearly see the results. Don't bother writing a faked apology or phony explanation. It will only serve to make me more irate.

One star is too much for this place!! I took my 11 week Labradoodle. I love his hair, and just wanted him to be able to see and basically get a shape up. Instead they cut all his beautiful hair off and still charged me full price for the service. I am beyond upset because I am sure his hair won't grow back the same. Also he's been ichy ever since!! Wish I would of read the reviews because apparently they only know how to do one cut there, and that's cutting it all off!!! DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE THEY WILL BE CRYING, RUNNING TO YOU, ITCHY AND WITH THE WRONG CUT!!!

There use to be another owner if I’m not mistaken ( a women with two big beautiful dogs) and I’ve never had a problem with this place, pork chop use to jump of excitement every time we would go but now he starts crying at the door and I thought he was just being dramatic so I took him two more times ( which I regret!) And last time I took my Shih Tzu he came back with a horrible skin rash and to top that he had flees and I know he got them from this place because he doesn’t not go around any dogs I’m super protective of him, I’m still struggling to disappear the flees! He has been in pain and just miserable and to put the cheery on top she over charged me! I always pay $35 she charged me $55!! Didn’t even do a good job cutting his hair it was all choppy and un even, I didn’t even noticed at the time because I was in a rush. But stay away from this place they obviously don’t take the necessary care of their tools they use on all dogs and definitely don’t care for the dogs because mine sobs every time I would take him here. So yea they definitely lost a customer.

It's is obvious that this dog salon doesn't know heir animal breeds. I brought in my Border Collie/ chow mix... Border Collie means long hair dog, chow means thick down under hair.. I said wash, Brush out the Chow down on her hind legs and butt area and only trim around the feet. I added a flea bath.. Anyway This was like going to a hair dresser who has short hair, expecting her to do a good job on someone who has long hair. All they want to do is chop it all off.. well, this is what they did to my dog. She looks like a poodle.. I did not get angry at the shop because I certainly did not want to upset my dog. It was her day.. these dogs and this breed you can't cut their long hair because when it grows back they will forever MAT!!!! THIS IS THEIR INSULATION.. now I know many people confuse border Collies with cow dogs.. not the same animal. Any dog with the word Collie in it, it a LONG HAIR DOG. I AM SO FURIOUS, I CANT EVEN PUT IT INTO WORDS. People just don't listen anymore, they don't take direction and they do what they want. I suppose this is a good place for poodles but don't bring in your long haired dog and expect to have long hair on it. 1 star because I couldn't give it a negative 5 star. Thanks ladies for screwing up my animals hair growth forever..

They negligently gave my 12 year old dog to a different family. That family was given my dog instead of a dog they had adopted earlier in the day. Although both dogs are small, my dog is a toy breed and at least 6 pounds lighter.In summary, I had to get ready for work so my dad offered to pick up my dog from the groomers. They gave my dad the only small white dog at the groomer. When my dad arrived home my parents realized that something was very off with this dog. This dog was full of energy and running around in a way our dog hasn't been able to do in approximately 5 years. My mom calls me in a panic saying, "that they gave my dad the wrong dog." I call the groomers and the lady on the phone starts to panic. She then calls the family that was negligently given my dog and they meet my dad at the groomers to switch dogs. Although, the grooming was done nicely, this was a terrifying experience and I won't be using their services again.
