This place is absolutely amazing!!! They take care of every single one of my dog's I have three. Every time I pick them up they're happy clean and ready to go. And it helps that they smell amazing and love the groomers. They truly treat my dogs like they are their own. I've been going here for about 4 to 5 years now and I will never go anywhere else.

Owners are very unprofessional took advantage my daughter who is a young and polite young lady and made her feel as if her business was not welcome saying everyone should know they only service by appointment that they would take them this time but next time they won’t and they also said if your not here by 3pm oh well. I would not have been upset if they would not have accepted them and said they are only doing appointments only now. They have always taken walk-ins our pets we are repeat customers. We will be happy to search for a professional groomer that appreciate their customers and take their business serious.

Always do a great job with my schnauzer, they are super affordable too. Love that they don't take the whole day. Leave him around 9am and he's always ready before noon.

My dad has been taking my dog to get a hair cut here maybe every couple of months... and every single time we get him back. He’s skiddish and he can’t use the bathroom. We didn’t connect the dots until recently. I don’t know wth is happening but he’s walking around with a hunch back and he can’t use the bathroom. I go to pet his head and he starts crying... there’s something seriously wrong!!! I feel like he’s been mistreated at this grooming facility which is super unclean to begin with. Officially the last time we take him here! If you care for and love your fur baby do not take them here!!!!

Quality is in the grooming. My schnauzer always leaves looking like a million bucks. Their prices are excellent. I have taken my dog to many other retail groomers but never again since finding this gem located on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee.

I took my yorkie here I dont recommended this to no one my baby had a bad skin infection I dont even think they clean there machines the next days l started the infection came. I took him on a emergency I paid 175 took see him and for his medication..please dont take your baby's here

The place itself didn't look too clean to start with, but I was determined to have my puppy groomed after she ran into someones yard and came out dirty and full of those sticky things from unmaintained grass and out usual groomers were too busy. Well, took a chance and left her there, when I picked her up she was shaking, looked scared, and I just had a bad feeling. It wasn't until the day after that I noticed she had ear mites and she had marks of a bite on her paw. I called the place and they were rude, didnt even let me finish talking. I don't recommend this place. Terrible experience

I made an appointment and they never told me what time it was when I tried calling back it took them two days to answer and when they did it was already time for the appointment so I asked them if it was ok if I was late and they had a really bad attitude told me they had other dog to groom when all I needed was a nail trim and hair trim I didn’t even end up going and when I was trying to reschedule they hung up on me we used to go there before and the dog we took came back with no hair I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when I shouldn’t have everyone I asked about the place always tell me the people that work there are really rude not to mention the place is always dirty smells bad and is not a good place in general don’t waste your time there listen to the bad reviews and be careful who you trust with your dog I'm glad I didn’t leave her there the way they treat people is most likely the way they treat dogs don’t go here it’s not worth it

I took my puppy and gave specific details on how I wanted the cut and it wasn’t quite what I asked on top my puppy was very skiddish and his left eye was bloodshot red. I took my previous puppy years ago but this visit wasn’t to my standards that I had from them.
