Amazing job. My Schnauzer boy Lex looked like a dapper new boy. Groomers were kind, compassionate and patient.They also trimmed my chihuahuas nails quick and efficiently. We will def be back in a few months. All the dogs getting groomed were calm, made us feel comfortable leaving our boy in their hands. ❤️❤️❤️

I am so thankful and grateful for Ray, his staff and precious paws. First off, they love all our pets, I have four dogs. I have two pandemic puppies, Maltese who had gotten horribly matted, my fault and even one dog is mouthy and I was worried. They carefully and lovingly buzzed down my baby so he would not have problems with his skin. He does what is best for you the dog not whatever Teddy cut I wanted. Lol. I know the hard work it takes because I tried myself with scissors to cut out the matts. He received my scraggly dog with my shoddy job and didn’t say a word. He did say something about not worrying to cancel if my dog had bitten me and advised me on my issue. He reassured me and said to wait till my dog calmed down and to bring him back. He could have told me “forget it” don’t bring him in if he bites. Instead he said don’t get rid is your dog over the one that was in heat. It’s normal for them to be moody and bite. I was so appreciative that while everyone was telling me to get rid of the dog, he said calm down and let him calm down. Today my dog went in and there were no issues. He handled my Lucas and thank God got rid of all his Matts. Both came back looking beautiful. They do have a high clientele a d high demand because they have great and reasonable prices. Two weeks advance notice is good enough. And when I called to ask about the dogs he said they were all lovable and docile. I have a grooming salon five minutes away in my own gated community and I take my pets 20 minutes away to Ray because of his kindness and great work. He doesn’t try to scam me out of everything and different services etc. Even in a pandemic and unemployed, I go to Precious Paws. I love you guys.

Ray has been taking care of our babies for about a year now. They do an amazing job everytime. There been occasions where one of the dogs gets quite a few knots and they take the time to comb them out. I will continue to take them here. 😁

I have been taking my Victoria to be groomed at Precious Paws since we rescued her ; Sept. 2018. The owners, Ray & Ed, and their staff are caring professionals who treat my dog with love. The shop is beautifully decorated , spacious, clean and always smells sweet. As an added touch they always have soft instrumental music playing for the dogs as they are groomed. Precious Paws has done a swell job at taking safety precautions during this pandemic time; extra cleanliness!Thanks you Precious Paws!!!!

Recently moved to the neighborhood. I stopped into check it out and they were kind enough to take my dog without an appointment. I got a call as soon as he was done. I'm very happy with the outcome, and the service was excellent and caring. They charged me a very fair $48 for a shampoo, haircut and nails. We will definitely use Precious Paws again.

We absolutely LOVE this place! I have been taking my Lola to them since she was 3 months old and she is 9 months right now, so we have been coming here for 6 months. Ray and the staff are so professional and really take their time. Lola gets so excited when she sees Ray each and every time. They are very affordable and do a fantastic job!!! If you are in the area, I highly recommend taking your dog here to be groomed. You will be very satisfied!

I have been taking my precious Minnie here for quite a while and I love this place. I moved about 30 minutes away and I would not change location for any other place. The owners are really animal lovers! They handle your pets like if they where their own. The treatment is first class at all levels!! They are definitely a 10+ service.

Absolutely the best! I've been taking my dog to Precious Paws for almost 2 years now and I can't praise Ray and Ed enough. They have a huge and genuine love for dogs and it shows in their work. When I pick up my dog she looks and smells amazing! She smells great for weeks until her next visit. Ed and Ray love her and she loves them right back! They take great pride in their work. It also is a huge plus that they are the owners and personally take care of your pet which helps your pet build trust and a relationship with them. When I took my dog to other chain groomers who will remain nameless.... a different person would handle her every time and she hated it. Now when I drop her off to Precious Paws she runs to Ray and hugs him. It's a good feeling when you leave your precious pet with someone you can trust. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. I highly recommended them and their service far exceeds their price.

They are very friendly and ALWAYS do a great job for our mini poodle Zoe. The place is very clean and now during COVID, their safety precautions are amazing. They treat our babies with love and care. Would highly recommend them for all your grooming needs. They do beautiful work and when we pick them up they look awesome. My yorkie is very nervous but I have no problem with him when we go to get him groomed. Ray and everyone there are so very gentle with them.

I love this place! When I first made an appointment for my Yorkie many years ago and arrived, I realized that I knew the owners! They are so kind, service oriented and excellent at their craft. I never feel the need to offer suggestions on how to groom my dogs. They know exactly what is best. If in the area, I would never go to any other place.

I have been taking both of my dogs there every single month for years, since they were 6 months old. One is now 5 and the other is almost 7. They love going there every time that one always pees a little because of the excitement. She wraps her paws around Ray's legs and cries. They do a great job every single time. I’ve taken my dog there for 2 years. They overbook always takes 4 to 5 hrs. Today they cut her nails and made her bleed. I understand dogs move. The owner said” “Well it didn’t kill her”. Maybe not but it did hurt her. The response was cavalier and uncaring. By the way she’s limping tonight😢

First time customer here. I cannot say how great this was for us. We had been using another groomer, but our dog isn't fond of getting groomed, and we didn't feel like it was a good fit. Precious Paws must be dog whisperers.. we truly appreciated the hard work and treatment towards our dog. We will definitely be going back! Max looked and smelled amazing.

Were to start? I’ve been a client since 2014 with just 1 dog, Tila. I got an addition of only 8 weeks, Lucy, and this was her first stop. They took right under their wings, and today she is 3 years old, with her very own family if 2... Frosty and Tank. Which by the way both Edwin and Ray assisted her birth over the phone while driving in the rain! They are that dedicated and amazing! Now Lucy insists her babies come here as well because Lucy lives her uncles and Tank and Frosty are learning exactly why that is!!!! I live a distance from the pet salon, but for me there is No other place to take my babies! Since they deserve the best, then they must come to Precious Paws for their grooming needs! If you have not visited this location yet, please do your baby a favor and bring them in for the best treat if their life! You won’t regret it! Simply love, love, love this Staff!!! They become part of your family because they treat you as if you were their family!!!
