A "quick trim" took 5 hours in which my dog was given no water. He was clearly distressed when I picked him up. They tried to charge me for the price of a 80lb dog even though my dog is only 30lbs because "my dog breed isn't in the system." They didn't even give him a full cut even like I requested even though he was there all day.Bottom line: overpriced and poor quality.

After a bad service at Petco, I brought my dogs here for grooming. The check-in went smoothly, she called me when she found something that wasn’t right, and the pick-up went fast. They came out looking handsome and charming😍 Thank you PetSmart! We’ll be back for sure. Destiny B. did a wonderful job on both puppies.

I will never bring my dog back. I had a horrible experience with them. First was when I got there, one of the girls was treating one of the little dogs so bad and I wanted to cancel my appointment when I saw that. I ended up leaving my dog there and he didn’t eat for 3 days. He was freaking out when I came back to pick him up. I ended up going back again. Let me tell you. Worst mistake I’ve ever done it. I don’t recommend this place at all.
