I'm so happy that I found this place. They left my grand-babies so beautiful!!! They took their time to listen to how my daughters wanted them to do the grooming and the way they treated us was amazing.My experience in other places was not the best, so for me finding this place and seeing how happy the dogs and my daughters came out was everything for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall this place is good for things you might need for cats and dogs but for more specialty pets like lizards, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs and ferrets, you will have better luck for supplies online elsewhere. The staff could have been friendlier, it seemed like no one really wanted to help and no one really wanted to be there. Which I get, retail isn't the most fun thing but it doesn't make for a great shipping experience.

Everyone is always so nice,I like to do online pickup because most of the time that I have to replenish they have a 20% of online and I pay around $60 instead of $75,they always match the online prices in case you go in into the store and is cheaper online.

Usually nice staff. I bring my dog here to get groomed... sometimes he leaves happy sometimes he dislikes the people that groomed him. They have pretty good prices compare to the competitors around them.

I went here for the grooming. The groomers didn't seem to clean my danes ears very well but everything else was superb. He had druff and brownish spots that we couldn't get rid of since we rescued him. They managed to leave his coat looking flawless and he was still his happy self when he came back to me. ♡♡I also bought him a collar and toy here. The toy was cheap and I got what I paid for. Hasn't lasted a month but it was only $7. The collar however is the best collar I've owned ♡ very very happy with the purchase and it didn't break the bank either. ♡

The Kissimmee store is huge and very well stocked. You find things you’re not aware you need, until you do. The checkout person was extremely helpful and friendly.

My first time bringing Max to this place to get bath, clean his ears, cut nails and cut fur around his paws. Even though I picked him up with a small cut in his paw when he was inside the kunnel they took the matter very seriously, I’m still giving them 5 stars specially to Ellie. Thank you Ellie will be back because of you.

They have great service and a good selection. The employees are always friendly and the store is clean and organized. I just went to get my dog groomed for the first time in her life and I could not have asked for a better experience. Their pricing was competitive and my girl Riley looks great. They told me what they were going to do up front and called me as soon as she was done. Denise did a fantastic job and I will be sure to use them again. Thank you!!!

I took my daughter to PetSmart, for her 7th Birthday Surprise. The associates made this new experience, a memorable one. My daughter was so excited, and when the cashier found out it was for her birthday, she started to sing a song for her. This made this whole experience, buying a GLO fish, an even more AMAZING and memorable day for my daughter, on a rainy day, and the inability to share her virtual birthday, physically with her friends. Amazing Associates.

We just relocated from Texas and transferred out Banfield account to a Vet in Florida. The staff at Banfield was awesome and they took great care of MochaGrace. MochaGrace has a UTI infection and the Vet took time to really talk to us about her care and next steps. I am so relieved.

Some groomers don’t see to happy to work there, when you take your puppy they don’t show interest or happy to see your dog, some of them don’t follow instructions the way you want your pet to be groomed, they left my puppy almost in the skin no hair at all, very disappointed 😔

Well, i was looking for wild birds food.No options. Finally i found some.The total of my purchase was $12.01.I didn't have any change with me,so i asked my wife to go in the car and geta "penny" . The cashier, a young girl just waited until my wife came back with the" penny ". I commented to my wife,If we didn't have a "penny" ,we wouldn't be able to buy the birds food. The cashier responded to my comment that she would forget about the " penny anyway".so,....Why she didn't do it in the first place?🤔A little more employees training would attract more customers, i think.

I put this because it is the second time I see it! The other day I was going to buy crickets (which by the way were all dead) in the aquariums, they have small gold fish for food, it is always so full that the fish are totally still, they do not move, they do not swim, because there is no space or oxygen to do so, this hurts me to see, when I asked the guy who was there (with a very bad attitude) he told me (IT DOESN'T MATTER THEY ARE FOOD) to which I replied: they are still alive !, he answered me (whatever!) They should have better educated staff or at least they like animals! for me it is outrageous to continue seeing these animals in similar situation

The petsmart overall is great and got no issues in fact my dog loves it! But the grooming area not so great, and I mean the just the grooming part. The employees were great but the work quality was a bit poor. My dog was groomed there and when I went to pick him up he was still wet and not fully dried.
