Most of the fish in this store are dead. There was even a dead turtle in one of the tanks. None of the employees were even looking at this. This has to be some sort of form of animal abuse!! This store needs better supervision or anything at this point.

The groomers are very caring. Took Maui our 8 year old rescued pet who has become very close to us here. It was our 2nd appointment with PetSmart. Quite a few months apart between appointments. She trembled, peed, and we were told pooped all over. This is what these workers have to go through many times. Unfortunately, Maui did not stop doing this so we picked her up and we were given another appointment for the next day. We decided not to feed her until we got back home. She did much better the next day. No trembling or pooping, like the day before. They did a great job on her and she was happy when she came. The groomers are very caring in this PetSmart! St. Cloud, Florida.

Horrific conditions. You can tell a lot about the professionalism of a pet business as a whole by the conditions of the most defenseless animals kept. See the photos of a tank **filled** with dead fish, there were several tanks with a couple of dead fish per tank as well. I asked the attendant who said, “I don’t know, I just work here.” He went on to say he’s not PetSmart and suggested it’s not worth enough to care about it. Beware of getting any pets from this location. I have other types of pets and will ensure I never buy anything from this location. Terrible experience.

I'm a very loyal PetSmart customer. I've spent thousands of dollars here. The manager Mark is extremely rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. He should NOT be a manager. I've called PetSmart and filed a complaint. Drive to the Loop and go to that PetSmart instead.

We got our first cat at a Petsmart in California and I loved how they adopt out after a cat has been rescued and then socialized in a cat foster mom’s home first. Our first cat was the sweetest baby ever! The people who work with Petsmart seem to know their animals well.This particular Petsmart had the Sheba brand of turkey pate after Publix ran out of it so we come here a lot.I noticed they have a large setup for adopting out cats. They also have a room where prospective owners can meet the cat. Today I saw just one calico cat. She was a total sweetie pie and came to the window when I whispered her name.This Petsmart has a cheery grooming area. It’s not closed off from the checkout area like other Petsmarts have arranged it. That doesn’t seem to affect their services as I see several good reviews for their grooming services.Petsmart has always had a brightly lit, well-organized and vast variety of supplies for all kinds of pets: reptiles, mice, gerbils, Guinea pigs, birds, dogs, cats and fish.Today in the fish aquariums there were many empty tanks.At checkout my cashier was courteous and wished me a good day with a smile. Her young coworker, however, denied the offer of helping me check out and left so I wondered if she was not confident about the register or if she was just not wanting to work.In any case this store has the supplies I need and all but one of the staff were on task and pleasant.

PetSmart customer service is helpful they always seems to go above and beyond. Whether I have questions or need help, they are there for me with speedy answers and assistance.At this time, I do easy online ordering and pick up at the store. Sometimes I choose curbside pickup. Which is when a PetSmart employee brings what you order to the trunk of your car once you have it open and call them on the phone for curbside pickup. It's a great option for those who would like to avoid contact with people to prevent the spread of the Corna.Inside the store it is well organized, immaculate, and heavily stocked with various foods and supplies for variety of pets.I'd highly recommend this place to any pet owner as I truly am grateful for PetSmart my husky, rottweiler and pit bull they are the happiest with the toys and food I buy here which makes me happy too.

I made an appointment, with full service for my pet!! I arrived and they told me that they hadn't made the appointment for full service!!! The girl who took care of me, Gabby!! A super rude person, nothing understandable and I could even say she don’t wanna help!! And didn't give me more options!!! She literally told me that's what you have and nothing else!!! I'm not coming back anymore!! To this place... I recommend training your staff so that they have more charisma of customer service!! That's who they get their salary for!!!

The amount of dead, decaying fish in the tanks was shocking. Some looked to have been there for days. How hard is it to fish them out or regularly clean tanks to avoid this? Some tanks had 5+

Please if you have to get a bearded dragon, do not buy from these pet stores. Buy one from a breeder that actually takes care of them. I bought a bearded dragon almost 2 months ago and he passed from parasitic infection. I read that a lot of bearded dragons that are bought from PetSmart end up passing within a few weeks or months from the poor care they receive. I am heartbroken that they don’t take care of the animals.

Went in to just look around and ended up coming home with a beautiful ball python. What really sold me was the friendly staff there who helped us get started and recommended different products to help us along. Store is nicely kept and small enough where you don't get lost but big enough to have everything you need.

Went in to the grooming area and you know what they are awful and it is a petty that you do not have nice customer service, nor have employees that are there for the right reasons. Last time was in here and the other 2 ladys were very nice and all thow they did not have availability they were so nice. Have in mind that I spent a lot of money here and will not spend anything nor recomend anyone here. I came from Narcoossee because I prefer quality. That said good luck.

This is the account I review buisiness with my service dog in training, Barbie. Sometimes there’s a little piddle on the floor and some of the stuff is kinda picked over in a “well ai guess I have to go online way”-the staff is great and I have found good deals. I love spoiling Barbie and love the never collections on the end caps.

My dog has been groomed by Petsmart for the last 9 years and most recently three months ago. He has and has had a collapsed tracea which is common for the breed so he coughs every time he gets excited. They would not groom him. Nothing has changed from three months ago to today besides the incompetence of the grooming salon.

I have a large breed dog. Chocolate Lab 95 lbs.Great experience 1st time getting her nails trimmed.Second experience was not so great. Matter of fact it was horrible. The girl taunted her for several minutes asking her “what’s wrong” in a very loud and annoying tone. She did this for about 3 minutes and my dog who is normally pretty relaxed then became very anxious. I asked her if we could work w someone else bc my dog was getting upset. The next girl told me my dog maybe having a “bad day” and to come back to work w the first girl who worked w my dog. The first girl did great and trimmed them no problem. She said the dog must pass a test which allows the tech to touch their paws in order to trimtheir nails. I think Petsmart should work on training their techs a bit more if the dog is to pass this “test”. The tech clearly was provoking my dog and she could have gotten bitten if I didn’t have a well behaved dog. For the techs safety they need to know how to administer the test to check the dog. Asking the dog if it’s okay over and over whiletrying take it’s paw is not a good idea.Very messy and unprofessional 2nd experience. I gave 2 stars bc the first experience was spot on.

Took my dog for a grooming and it wasn’t that great. Her ears were still dirty, her nails were not touched and her hair was not groomed properly. Won’t be going again.
