Thia place is horrible, I adopted a cat there, they said the cat was tested pegative for fiv and felv. The cat looked sick, start vomiting, losing weight, his fur looked different, I took her to the vet and she tested positive for felv, I have another cat, an now there is a chave of him got infected, they lied to me, they have no responsibility.

Highly recommend grooming your fur babies with Chaddy at this location! We love her, her work, and how much love and care she shows to our babies. She’s very attentive to detail, shows excellence in every groom! Everyone at the store was very welcoming and so nice! My bud came out feeling happy and beautiful.

I went today to purchase formula for my puppys. The Esbilac 14oz container was $44.00. I just purchased one at Petsmart yesterday for $19. That is ridiculous

Had a great experience when I brought my big boy however when I brought my female I was called back not even 10 minutes after I drop her off. They “won’t” groom her cuz she’s in heat. It’s never been a problem before for other groomers. If the hound lady back there didn’t want to deal with a black person’s Shepard she could’ve said that I would’ve waited for the other lady to book

I highly recommend the grooming services. I brought my 2 rescued scared dogs to get their nails trimmed....they were terrified...but Paula and her team member knew exactly what to do....they were so understanding of my dogs fears...10 of 10...definitely a new customer!

Place is clean, staff is friendly, and they offer a variety of services including pet adoptions from their nearby adoption centers. I've been here a few times and they always have what I need in stock. They hours are great and they are worth checking out if you've never been (they have discounts and a rewards program!!)

My first two visit so far have been nothing short of amazing! The staff have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. Very clean and well stocked. They were able to let me know what products may be best for my puppy based on her needs and what I was looking for. Happy to see a store like this in the area! They also provide grooming and training services. Hope they’re able to expand in the near future.

This store is more focused on cats and dogs, there were a few products for birds but not much. I did find the prices to be high though. The store was clean, organized and well kept.

This is the account I review buisiness with my service dog in training, Barbie. Boy the prices on some of this stuff?!? The staff though, so kind and amazing each time we’re here. The animals are clean and cared for too. I look from time to time for things for my dog and found good little snacks and things but the food and many toys are very over priced.Her tag from here is also really worn quite quickly(within months) of being illegible. She’s really active but a heads up! We’re trying another brand this time but keep in mind if you’re stopping in for a tag. Pet smarts wasn’t even on recently so this may be the only spot without driving to mainland orlando to get a tag. It has stayed attached and is cute I will say.
