Heidy was the my dog's groomer and she is excellent in every aspect. She is so gentle with Charlie that every time we come he goes with her without any hesitation, that shows how good she is with Charlie. He looked like a marshmallow fluffy and Clean!!! She is the best!!

Took my puppy here for the first time yesterday. Im not sure what they fed him but he’s been throwing up and has diarrhea since last night. He won’t eat or drink anything. Not to mention a 58.00 service turned into me spending 80 plus dollars with a 20% off coupon. I looked at the receipt and the groomer added nail buffing to the services (I never agreed to that) I remember her saying I didn’t select all the services when I booked. I went back and looked and a nail trim is included in the services. They also charge you extra for the supplies used. I was also charged for the groomer having to use scissors which she missed a couple of spots on the paws and his face. Nevertheless I still tipped her but I won’t be coming back. I also received a message for his upcoming appointment that I never booked or discussed with anyone for April. I didn’t like that. His groomer was Melanie and she was really nice but his haircut was way over priced to be only 7lbs. Well my search continues to find the perfect groomer for my Yorkie.

My baby came back, very clean and happy with a really cute bandanna. Mel was very sweet and helpful as what is best for my dog regarding her itchy skin. I will recommend Mel and Petco to my fellow dog owners.

It was the first time taking my puppy there. I got an oline quote. And instead of explaining the prices I received a price shock when I received my bill.They should have explained it first when I dropped the dog instead of adding all these extra_extra- extra charges tha were not on my original quote

DON’T TAKE your dogs here if u love them, wait time at least 5 hours because its based on who pays more to put their dogs first. The shower is the most basic one that you can give to them at your home. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR DOGS TIME.SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

When I arrived I was very afraid because I have had several bad experiences in other places when I took my puppy to grooming, because they caused him pain while his nails were being cut. Our experience with you was excellent, I loved it. They treated my puppy with a lot of love and care. Thanks to everyone and especially to Jonathan who was the one who took care of him. It was pretty good! My pup was well taken care of! My only thing is, and is pretty minor perhaps simply a suggestion, I love it when they get bandanas at the end of their service and/or report card. I received neither this last time (and there were extras, the person after me received a bandana for their fur baby). Again, it’s nothing that could break or make me going to Petco groomers but it is a nice touch at the end, it makes you feel like they really care about your fur baby!

Heidy is phenomenal. Great customer service. So personal with coco chanel. She remembers us. Coco Chanel comes out looking good and more. I only wish they paint nails. But overall extraordinary experience with Heidy exquisite skills.
