I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with the grooming staff. From the young man who checked us in and took the time to patiently help us confirm our pups shots were up to date to the wonderful young lady (Alayna) who took such good care of our pup and gave her the best grooming experience she’s ever had. She looks amazing and more importantly she was well cared for.

We did dog training with Jean K. and had a great experience! We did Fundamentals and came back for the Advanced class. My dog loved going to class and learned a lot from Jean. He is definitely a better dog because of the Petco dog training!

I’ve taken my dog to the Petco groomer twice. He is a 5 month old Toy Poodle and he is very friendly and gets excited when he meets people. The first time they explained that they would be doing a puppy cut just to see how he’d react to the clippers and all that. When I picked him up you could tell they trimmed his nails and cleaned his eyes but that was it. They said that he was great and that next time he could get a full haircut. I was charged around $55. So I took him a couple weeks later for the full haircut and from the moment I checked in the employee that checked us in was putting every excuse to not give him a full haircut. It looked like they didn’t want to do it. First it was that they needed vaccination proof, we gave it to them, then they said that they weren’t sure how he’d react to everything so I told them it wasn’t his first time there and that they had told me he was ready for a full haircut. They kept saying that they had to see first. I showed them photos of the haircut I wanted which was just really short hair all around. They even brought the clippers and I showed them how much I wanted them to cut. So we left and when we picked him up they said that he was a difficult puppy and that they had to hold him between two people so they did the best they could. My dog literally looked so choppy, it looked like a kid cut his hair. They didn’t clean his paws, didn’t clean his ears and got an ear infection, didn’t even cut his hair around his ears, and didn’t cut his hair around his butt area/ anal gland expression. On top of that they charged me $67 and ASKED for tips. I am never going back there. They stole my money.

I had placed an online order using my nutrition reward which meant that I was to get a free bag of cat food. It got canceled because it was out of stock in the morning and that made me lose my perk.Brandon went out of his way to help me get my order reinstated and to be able to get my perk back. I am really thankful for his help because I would not have gone back home and did all of that calling customer service to get it figured out.I really appreciate it Brandon! You’re awesome.

It’s fun to go to. Has all the stuff I need. The animals look alright, I always feel so bad for the betta fish. The place usually has good prices so it’s worth going.

You shouldn’t charge 70+ dollars for a haircut if this is the results! I even tipped 12 dollars, but if I would have know what she looked like before I paid that would have never happened.Titto was the groomer. Her tail looks awful also. I’ve groomed this baby myself before and done a better job.

This is one of the best Petco's I have ever been to. This staff is on top of everything. The store is clean, the groomers are kind and attentive. The prices are fair and I trust them with my Pet. I will 100% back. I mean, just look at how happy my baby is after I picked her up.

I tried the self service wash area for the first time and it was Great! This was truly the best, easiest, most enjoyable bath Betty, my 92 lb. Fur factory and I ever had. She had no trouble entering or exiting the tub area. The water temperatures were perfect and the shampoo/ conditioner and rinse worked fine. The towels were clean and plentiful. The blow dry hose was entertaining and worked good too. She actually enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Petco and all the staff for making this possible. We will be back!!!

First time at this location with a friend. They allowed walkins for the nail clipping, which was super convenient and with a specific person since our dog only likes her. The staff was friendly and remembered our dogs name from prior visits, which is really nice and shows they care.

I'm done shopping at this Petco! I was buying over $60 in cat food and toys and they charge extra for shopping bags. Seriously? You can't give your customers a free bag to carry out over a dozen cans? This is Florida, not California - stores don't charge for bags. I will be shopping at PetSmart from now on, they don't charge for bags and they do price matching. You just lost a customer and I'm make sure to tell all my friends, family, and pet sitting clients.Your store gives away FREE plastic bags for people to pick up their dog's poop outside, but you feel the need to charge inside when people are spending money. Bad business model. I appreciate no dog poop outside, but you are chasing off paying customers by charging for bags inside. I walked out without buying the items I needed because of it. PetSmart - here I come...

First time here, I've been waiting for 15 minutes for someone from the staff to help me with products. I asked the cashier to call somebody, and nobody offered to help.Note: the store had 2 more customers browsing but no being helped either.

I always take my dog to Hope for grooming. She does a great job with the haircuts and listens closely to what the customer wants.The only thing is that she forgets small things, last time it was shaving the paws underneath, and this time she forgot to clean the ears.But when I take my dog once a year as a treat as I groom her myself the rest of the year and pay a lot of extra money too, I expect everything that I paid for to be done.

The prices are a little bloated compared to stores like Walmart and Sam's, but the attention and the quality of the products is better. Also, they do this amazing job of finding homes for stray kittens. The only thing I wish could change was that you could play with the cats instead of having them in those small, square, plastic homes all day.

Overall clean store with good sales. Overall I’d recommend, but I did watch a groomer get upset over a dog and talk bad about it, didn’t like that, I also did not like they charge $.10 a bag, but do not say anything. Personally I’m not mad at the charge, it’s a great effort to stop plastic bag pollution, but it should be advertised or told to people, it’s a good reason.

Very nice place. Helpful staff and very clean and organized. Has three pet self washing places inside. For ten dollars you can shampoo and blow-dry your pet. No time limit and they provide everything including towels. Found these I itams in the clearance section and chewy bones on sale. Fabulous place.

They have a vet/ grooming shop connect to the store! Super cool 😎 can’t wait to take my dogs there. They also offer a showering section where you pay a certain amount to shower your dog there and they also give provide towels for you. This a newer petco for this area so having these services available in the same place is very convenient for the owner and pet. Can’t wait to go back. Plus they sell big dog size collars, clothes and leashes.

I took my rescue (Ellie) in for a full service groom for the first time last week. I was a little worried because Ellie is a very nervous dog. Hope did an amazing job at keeping her calm and really cared about what she was doing! She is a true professional and I will be back again just for Hope! Ellie thanks you!!

A lot of nice things for my Leopard Gecko! She loved the things I bought. However, make sure to measure the tank and bring your ruler.
