This is by far my favorite pet store. The staff especially Jen and Cassie are excellent. They take their time with my special needs son to answer all his questions, help him get fish etc. They value their customers and are very knowledgeable. If I have an issue or concern Jen is always there to help and solve the problem.

Most of these pet store employees lack education for small animals. It should have wait times for purchasing specific live animals to encourage learning and readiness. All prices are too expensive, and their coupon system isn't worth loyalty to.

I have been going to this store for years....middle of last year I decided to add on to my fish " collection" and went bigger too.I established a 55 gallon and went with large goldfish...May I say it was definitely a learning experience and at one point with everything great I got a fish from another store that unfortunately had ick ...it devastated my tank and I was "losing it" when I really got to know Jenn at the Kissimmee location --and she began the journey to helping me try to save the rest...I have 2 other larger tanks now and each time I go to her first to give me advice on different fish...plants ...meds...and no matter what she stays patient with me and what's become my new hobby!! Thank you Jenn and the other associates there, ALL of them have has to deal with me lol...I'm so grateful for their caring patience with me and always smiles even when I'm feeling like I'm a bad fish "mom" letting me know that it's part of the journey! I thank God for them and really appreciate you guys!

I love Pet Supermarket, but they recently up the prices of the self dog wash and I am not really thrilled about it. Because I went there because it was cheaper to bathe and dry my dog.

I went in this morning to shop, as I was browsing I was approached to let me know that their systems are down and no transactions can be made… The employee obviously isn’t at fault here. They’re just saying what they were told but no resolution was made, they just kind of escorted me out of the store and locked the door behind me without another word. Just not a great experience overall..

I was welcomed upon entrance and the owner was very helpful. He knew exactly what to say to make sure I had a great experience. The animals were taken care of really well. I was surprised at the number of adoptable animals they had in store. The cats and ferret were really cute. The prices were great and they had a massive selection. I highly recommend!

By far one of the best pet stores I have ever been in! This was my first time ever visiting this store while I was on my vacation down here. Months prior to coming down I was looking for pet stores down here because I wanted to bring back something different for my cat. This place was so much better than I expected an had such different types of cat products that I never saw in Pennsylvania. The Manager who I believe his name was Tyler was one of the nicest an most guniune people you will ever meet! I asked him if I could hold one of the bunnies they had for sale an while I was holding an petting it he was standing there talking to me an telling me about them. You can tell how much he cares about the animals there an how well taken care of they are! He is the type of person you could spend hours just talking to an someone you feel like you known forever! He is one of the few Managers I ever met who is such a genuine an amazing person who truly cares about what he does! He was recommending certain products for me because he also has cats! The prices are so affordable I went crazy an wanted to buy my cat everything in the store! I highly recommend this place an can't wait to visit again when I come back!

As soon as I walked in we were greeted by the employee. I had my dog with me and they asked his name and asked if he had any food allergies, then offered him a treat. They were very tentative and kind. I will definitely be going back there next time I need anything for my pets. They have a wide variety of brands and a very good selection. I will also recommend them to people I talk to. My baby boy loves his new harness!

Love the selection of cichlids, but would be careful buying them here. A couple of them have sunken belly which can be cause by internal parasites, and one I guess was bullied and is missing part of his skin on his head. Overall I enjoyed the place. Just feel the aquatic animals should be taken care of a little better.

Interactions with employees were fine and prices comparable to other pet stores. I found that the kibble I usually buy my dog was very low supply, having grabbed the only available bag in the smallest size available. Not bad in a pinch,I suppose.

Very nice store. We have an Australian Shepherd and are from Wisconsin. We do not have this brand of store at home. The staff was very friendly showing us the corn snake. We also were given a sample of their brand of pet food. There was a nice selection of dog toys and treats. They even have Stella and Chewy food which we feed and although based in Wisconsin not all local stores at home have it so that was a nice surprise. Good job on a nice experience.
