Terrible service and even worse customer service.I came here with my aunt to bring her dog in for the first time. She just moved to florida and her dog was pretty matted as she was staying with someone who is older couldn’t brush her regularly. Understanding that her dog was pretty matted, my aunt communicated this but asked them to try to keep the hair at around a length 2-3 (they had fur showing the levels of length in the store). Normally my aunts dog takes around 2-3 hours to groom and they called us back saying she was finished in less than an hour. Fast service would normally be applauded and we were surprised she was done so fast.When my aunt went back into the groomers, she didn’t even recognize her dog and when she brought her back to the car I even asked “are you sure that’s your dog?”. My aunt has had her dog and been taking her to groomers for 8 years and has NEVER seen her dog look like this.Her hair was shaved ALL the way down (although we asked them to leave it at a level 3 if possible) They said they would call if they needed to go shorter but never did. Her nails were also very sharp and scratched my aunts arms and chest to the point that she started bleeding. They said they did not file the nails after because that is not included in the nail trimming and is an additional payment. To add on to her cut being the exact opposite of what we wanted and her nails being extremely sharp…. we live about 3 minutes away and when we got inside we noticed that her ears were both bleeding on the inside to the point where it dripped down onto the fur on the back of her neck.We called to get the matter settled and asked for a refund on our $65 payment and they refused to give us one stating that our dog harmed herself/scratched her ears on her own and that bleeding from the ears after getting matted fur cut was “normal”. Like stated before we live 3 minutes away and she was held by my aunt the whole car ride and didn’t scratch or shake her ears once to cause this. The groomer continued speak over my aunt on the phone to say “I am a professional groomer and if I nicked your dog I would’ve come out to let you know and apologize but there was no blood in the cage and I did not cut your dog”. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager so we asked to speak to the owner and they said they would not give us his contact info and that he would have to contact us first.My aunt said that all she wanted was a refund of her $65 and she would refrain from posting bad reviews on here and on social media and the groomer/manager responded with “if you want to take down a business that is on you” and then hung up on my aunt.After this incident we read more reviews (before we had seen a couple which weren’t bad and they have a 4.5 rating so we thought it’d be okay) and we saw many other customers who had similar experiences of their dogs being cut, mistreated, or dealt with aggressively. We do NOT recommend coming here at all.Here are pictures of our sweet Zara before and after her cut. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.If I could give this rating zero or even negative stars… believe me I would.

I went to this groomer with one dog left with a dog I didn’t recognize. My dog is nearly 9 years old and the groomer not only cut my dog on BOTH ears, she gave me back my dog and I was scratched on my chest and arms because of how sharp her nails were. When I called to ask for a refund the “manager” did not apologize, she stated that it was hematoma, and my dog did it to herself. I live 3 mins from the groomer and I sat in the back seat holding my dog and she didn’t do anything of the sort! I asked for a refund and the said no, they wouldn’t give me a refund they said they’d not let me speak to the owner and they said they don’t care if I leave a review. I recorded the conversation as well. I told her I wouldPost a review and she said if I wanted to take down a business and that would be on me, I told her all all I want is a refund. She said well I’m not giving you one. Don’t go here.

Terrible service, I took my yorkshire and they charged me more and said that they’re not going to give any appointments for her anymore, they said that my dog ​​bites and moves a lot when I've been taking her for groomer for 7 years, they also completely cut my Persian cat's hair because it had knots and they didn't even call to ask if I was okay with it. Then I asked to speak to a manager and the only thing they said is that the manager lives in Portugal.

It’s not just for dogs! I took my cat to Muttlee because she matted when we moved to Florida and left her in Texas with family for a few weeks. I think the stress caused her to not groom as much, cats can be finicky like that. She came back bald and beautiful sporting the fashionable lion cut. I highly recommend this place, they were really sweet to Luna both times she got a haircut.

Thanks to Shannon....manager....this place has been fantastic to me & my dog chili. This establishment is neighborhood friendly....small business owned...and well kept. Rates are reasonable & Shannon threats u & your pet like gold. Highly recommend mutleecrew....after all I've been doing business with them over 22 years & 2 dogs!

Cannot say enough good things! This is the first place I've ever taken Polly to get groomed, and after 2 amazing experiences I doubt we'll ever go elsewhere! She is a nervous girl but they must make her feel comfortable because she didn't even try to run away when we pulled in for her second groom today! She has come out looking absolutely beautiful both times and smelling even better! And the smell lasts for days which is very much appreciate. The price is good, the service is great! Highly recommended.

Great service and people who really love dogs. I've taken my yorkie and goldendoodle there and they both come out looking awesome! Prices are good and they are usually done in 1-2 hours. I would definitely recommend Mutlee Crew.

Never had a “bad experience” with this grooming place. I have a small Yorkie and when I pick him up he is always calm, looking good and smelling great. I would recommend this place 100%. Thanks for always take good care of Max.

Brought ;my shih-tzu for the first time. She was a mess as I had not been able to get her to her regular groomer, They wanted me to stay the entire time with her - last time I sat 1 hour in my car. At Muttlee Crew, I dropped her off, left and came back to a brand new shih-tzu; they said she was well-behaved. I will definitely be back. Glad I found them !!!

I usually dont write a review; however, i felt as though i needed to. We have a 120 pound Newfoundland and this was the only place that could give butters a proper grooming. They did an absolute 💯 wonderful job. He looked like a new dog! I highly recommend this place and this is going to be the only place that we go to! The groomers and customer service is completely excellent my dog went in looking like a wolf and came out looking like a baby lamb he's so adorable he's well-groomed which will last for months the customer service in the store was excellent and I only paid for his grooming but I also bought some products for my dog that were very reasonable I would recommend the store to anybody who's a dog lover and I can surely say that when I left my dog I didn't worry I know he was in good care when I came back he was happy and he looked so adorable so definitely Muttley Crew needs to be supported because they are truly good at what they do.
