the groomers are so amazing here! they can work with complicated mats and don’t charge as much as other places. for my 60 pound doodle i pay $80, when he comes in with dirt and mats after an adventure it’s $130-$150. i always make sure to tip well to make up for the price. they’re very gentle with the dogs

It was a lovely experience for me and my pup. 🐶 These ladies are amazing at what they do, they’re love able and caring towards all the pets as it clearly displays as they groom on the open public. It takes a long time to gain my trust with groomers. After many months of research, I came across Google with them. Not only did they gain my trust in the first visit, but I also had a long-time customer. All the ladies I met greet you as soon as you enter and they are very happy to see your fur baby. Emi did a mini groom and looked perfect when I picked her up. Don't forget to tip your groom very well, your groomer, especially if you can not do that of the job! Emi is a mini Aussiedoodle groomed by Stacy.

I absolutely love this place. No one would take my baby because he isn’t very sociable but they did. He loves it there. I got 2 other dogs and I bring all 3 of them here. They love what they do and best of all they love our dogs. My dogs actually look forward to coming here every 2 weeks on the dot. Thank you for becoming part of our family. I defenitely recommend this place.

My baby girl had a traumatic experience in her last grooming at Muttlee pet Crew. She was left with bloody bruises and my Sassy girl was not her self for days. Now, Imperial Pet grooming… I left her all shaky and when I returned for her she was the Happiest she has ever been after grooming. Outstanding customer service! I was recommended here from a family member and I'm so happy I found Imperial. She answers all my questions about service, pricing and scheduling quickly and got him in right away. Due to Corona cooper had not had a cut in quite some time she took her time and was very patient with him. Cooper (my dog) and myself could tell she cared and right away. She took time to listen and made me feel comfortable leaving him there. Her professionalism and customer care have made her my new permanent groomer.

My puppy is not a huge fan of not knowing what is going on (nosy and anxious), so it has been a challenge to groom her, clean her ears, cut her nails, etc. We had a fantastic groomer up in NH and when we relocated to Central FL I was nervous about finding a new place that would be able to handle my puppy's needs and do a great job at the same time. Boy, am I so happy we found this place!!! They were absolutely wonderful with her (and at the same time did not allow any bad behaviors) and she was so pretty when they were done! We are going back for the second time later this week... and the drive is about an hour from us, yet totally worth it!! I highly recommend!!

Best grooming experience ever!!!! Love the fact that you can actually see what they do to your fur baby. You can tell they love what they do, they are very patient and know how to deal with very traumatized dog like mine. I'm definitely will be coming back

Stacy and her staff are the absolute best. They care for your dog as if they were their own. I’ve been taking my 13 yr old Yorkie to her since last year and every visit has been nothing but great. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great grooming experience for their dog!

I am beyond happy with the service and care!! It was my German Shepherd’s first time getting groomed and he fell in love with her the moment he saw her!! She truly does care about your dog and my boy looks so handsome!! I definitely recommend her 100%! She even took extra time to thoroughly deshed my dog because his undercoat was so bad. Her service is phenomenal and I will keep coming back to her! Nothing but good things to say about the groomer and her assistant :)
