I am so happy! I have 2 poodle puppies that really needed grooming. I wanted a specific style and came across this place when researching. I reached out and although she was booked, she worked with me to get them both in as soon as she could. I was nervous at first, since it was their first grooming. I was immediately greeted with kindness and joy. Annette loved on my puppies before she took them for their grooming. When I picked them up, I could not believe they were my puppies! They looked amazing, better then I expected. Annette is the best groomer, she is passionate about her work, takes her time, and such a beautiful person. My puppies were loved on and groomed to perfection. This place is amazing! Annette is my puppies furever groomer. ❤️

I walked in a little nervous leaving my Daisy there, after having bad experiences with other groomers. The owner came out to greet me and assured me that she was going to be safe and explained everything she was going to do to Daisy. I went home a little scared but when l picked up Daisy l was so surprised on what a beautiful job she did. Daisy was happy and so was l. My community loves Daisy and ask me where to take their dogs and of course l recommended this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful job you did it means the world to me! See you again soon!!!

Unable to even make an appointment after texting back and forth for 30 minutes. They sited my dog was aggressive apparently by the breed(Lab/Pit terrier) I did assure them he is not but they were not willing to risk it. Good luck

Absolutely the best groomer I have ever had for my cat! They truly are there for their love of animals and it shows! After a bad experience I was kind of shying away from getting him groomed again but I'm so glad I did! Never has a groomer let me know about spots of concern or teeth but they are on top of it. We will be back even if they drive is 45 mins away! ❤ He looks so good and they cleaned his ears!

i was super nervous to have my doodle puppy cut after a bad one at another place but she blew me away and i can’t wait to keep coming back. my puppy loved it here and was clearly very comfortable when i came to pick her up. they left her looking so cute and im so pleased :))

They treated my Chewey as royalty! He came in all scared and shaking and the first thing the owner did was pick him up and hug him. That was touching. He came back looking so handsome with his Christmas tie and smelling so so good. Will definitely return with my little one and possibly with my bigger more rambunctious dog Yoda...if he doesn’t startle the cats in the waiting area...lol

Oh my goodness. I am new to the Florida area and they were available to get my MochaGrace in for grooming.I have been trying for weeks and even had a groomer to cancel. We will definitely be back now that we have relocated Florida. Great service.

One of several (5) "pet grooming businesses" I attempted to visit today, as witb all five ended with disappointment. This groomer posts OPEN til 6pm. They were closed at 3:30 pm with no explanation. So I called the number on the door, got a voicemail telling me to TEXT them with a day and time they would like to bring your pet WITH AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE THE APPOINTMENTOnce again unprofessional and poor customer service.

First time ever to a groomers and with how my fur puppy looks, smells, feels and acts, i LOVE this place. My trust was gained so easily once I saw how beautiful he looked. I was scared of him being traumatized but he it seems he was well treated!! My puppy tends to be scared and is hard to do anything near his face. The place takes walk-ins which was a big relief because I am mainly available on the weekends. I almost cried seeing how beautiful he looked. Was very satisfied with this place and will always come back to this groomer. Who I think the owner is, she was very kind and understanding and cooperative with what we wanted. He came out perfectly how we imagined. Will always want to go to the owners daughter, who groomed my baby! 🐶💞 Was an open area so you were able to see the other workers groom other dogs in the back. 😍❣The first two photos were before and the other 3 are after!! Hes so beautiful 😭 you can barely notice a difference, but I definitely can!

We brought our Goldendoodle, Brooks to her from Tallahassee, FL., after seeing her on Tik Tok. He had lots of hair and was matted. When she got done with him he looked like he was going to a formal party. It was well worth our trip and needless to say he will not be going anywhere else. If you want your dog to come out looking like a Million bucks, this is your groomer. See you in a couple of weeks.

Amazing service and communication! Went to bring in my cat, she had a lot of matts and I was afraid it would have to be shaved off, but cat groomer was amazing he managed to save all her fur and brushed out all the knots. Gave her a nice shampoo and blow-dry! Great price! So happy with the results! Love the cute bow they put on her too! Thank you guys!!!

This place is amazing! I took my Australian Shepherd Ace there for the first time and not only did he come out looking amazing but he loved his groomer! He spoiled her with so many kisses! It made me so happy to hear that. This is definitely an amazing and professional place!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. I have to mention I was a walk in! So so great! Love how my boy Ace looks!!!

I am from out of town and brought my Samoyed in for grooming. They did an absolute wonderful job. Knowing this breed is a ton of work she came out looking great and groomed as a Sammie should be done. Worth every penny. Would bring her back again. Highly recommended.

I dropped off my dog off at 1pm. I never got a call that my dog was ready or there was any issue going on in the shop. I tried calling and no one picked up there line. I showed up to the shop around 4pm and the lady told me there water was out and my dog wasn’t ready yet. She said she would text me when he is. At 6 pm I decided to drive to the place again and see why I still haven’t received a call yet. When I arrive at 6:30 my dog still wasn’t ready. She tried explaining what was the situation at hand. I explained to her that I understand things happen but a simple text and communicating with me would have been better. I had my day planned out and now I had to put everything on hold because I was not expecting my dog to take 6 hrs to get a hair cut. When I received my dog the haircut looks like they rushed it because the hair on his face was not evenly trimmed and his eyebrows only one side was cut and they didn’t cut the other side. After all this that happen all she was able to say was I’m sorry and charged me $61 for a wash and cut on a small 10lbs dog. They definitely lost a loyal customer.I can’t reply to your response so I will respond here. Please don’t lie and say I was a walk in when clearly you specify that you do not take walk in. I made this appointment last week. You confirmed with me Wednesday the appointment for Saturday. Please don’t make stories up to sound better. I have all the texts in my phone. It’s a simple hey my apologies for today would have fixed the situation. But like I said you definitely lost a loyal customer. Also my personal life on what I’m doing thru out the day should not matter. If I had to leave to Miami I don’t think I need tell you that. I also don’t think anyone would wait 6 hours for a dog to get a haircut. My dog did not eat or drink water in those 6 hours. As soon as I go home he drank the whole water bowl. So please don’t make this seem like I was an impatient customer. Thank you have a great day.

Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about this place! My dog always came out looking great. If my dog was matted they would let me know before doing anything and they helped fix my dogs ears one time since she accidentally got it dipped in peanut butter and chewed the hair off so I went over and she made her look cute again The owner is so knowledgeable in all things dogs and you can tell she loves what she does. I recently moved out of the surrounding area and tried a new place, but I will come running back to this place even though it is far for me after my terrible experience. Well worth the trip.

I took my 2 year old Pomeranian Max to get groomed and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic about Max. When I came to pick up max he was sitting on the grooming table looking quite handsome(like his dad)(me!) Annette was very knowledgeable about dogs and even gave me a pamphlet about what I should feed my dog. They did a phenomenal job and I look forward to going back again!

Amazing, amazing simply amazing. My Siberian Husky was in desperate need of a DShedding, but they went above and beyond here. Walking him today my neighbors complemented his coat, and cut, he looks spectacular. Wonderful service to our pets and the professionalism, and friendliness is beyond words. Definitely our go to place for grooming from now on.

I took my two chihuahuas here for the first time and loved it. If you’re a psycho dog mom like me you’re very conscious of who takes care of yours dogs. Annette was so friendly and caring for my dogs... who are very scared when at the groomers. I will go back to her for her love and care for animals, how great my dogs were groomed, and her amazing customer service. The lady upfront was also super awesome and friendly. Best place for animal grooming. This place amazes me with their work and talent and how friendly the staff is. Your pets are in good hands. I recommend this groomer to anyone in florida. I live in Orlando and drive 45 min it's worth it. I will never bring my cat anywhere else. This place is awesome. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

I just took my Pit Mix in today and they helped me no probably despite his breed. He gets very upset and whiny when anyone, including my fiance and I, try to cut his nails and/or grabs his paws. He was very unhappy, but they got the job done, and very quickly too. They are very nice, the price was only $12 for nail cutting (for my pain dog that is worth it!) and the girl who did his nails owns a Pit too and gave me some good suggestions on taming his whimpiness in the future. I definitely am coming back for his next trim, great place!
