Great and easy experience! We dropped our frenchie pup Milo off for his very first grooming. They were done in 1h15 which was awesome! When we picked him up, the staff said he was the best dog, especially for his first time! They loved him and made sure he was comfortable and happy. He smells AMAZING and they did great work. Love how fresh his fur and paw pads are. We’re super pleased with Furry Tails & will definitely be back 🐾

The prices have drastically jump high!I drive 40 minutes from Orlando to get my 3 dogs groom. Two months ago I paid $150 for the same service and today it was $170 plus $10 tip. I will save my gas money and time not driving 40 minutes to poinciana to get them groom.Great service but too pricey.Coming here since 2017.

Our dog Honey takes 3 people to trim her nails. She is a Pitbull we rescued so she doesn't like places that could be the vet or shelter. These girls are patient and professional not to mention awesome for putting up with Honey lol.

RUNN ‘ n Horrible the groomer scalped my 2 matese. I have been going to this groomer for years and they have a Huge turn over of front desk and groomers . Spoke to the owner and he offered to give me a mini groom for both dogs this is not acceptable Sir. My puppies are sad and in pain from the scratches . Their beards are crooked body’s uneven and tails re skinned .(ouch) looks painful. This explains the decline in this business use to take weeks to get appointments now it’s immediate

I just moved to Kissimmee last week and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a good groomer who wasn’t “intimidated” or who was going to charge me moreee because of my daughters breed (American Pit Bull Terrier) I was soo happy to have found this little gem 💎 literally at the corner of my house! The young lady at the front desk was super sweet & professional and the place overall looks clean & cute. My big baby came out looking fresh & smelling soo good! I gave them a heads up that my baby can be aggressive when cutting her nails and cleaning her ears, since she has chronic ear infections and she needs to be muzzled. But by the looks of it seems like it went well! 😅 IM HAPPY!

Extremely disappointed with customer service and the “groom” they gave my dog. Been going to the first location of this company and have never had any problems with them for the 12 years I’ve been going there, booked here (second location) since the first had no available spots. Brought my dog for a full groom and when I picked him up all it appears they had done was brush his hair. Since I wasn’t the one who picked him up I called the store to see if I can bring him back for them to fix up again. The store told me that I could stop by any time within 7 days and they will fix him up for me. I did just that but when I arrived the lady told me I needed an appointment even if they were touching up my dog from a previous appt. There was a mixup on the day she set the appointment so I couldn’t call bc they were closed the rest of the weekend so I tried emailing so someone could see, but the email was not in service.This discouraged me even more than I already was so I never brought my dog back and took him to the first location (where I should’ve gone in the first place) and they actually did a great job on his full groom instead of this place. The man on the phone and lady at the front desk both had so much attitude- do not go here

I took my dog Bella here to be groomed on March 4th. She’s a king eared dog so it took me a couple of days but while petting her I felt an abrasion and when I looked she’d been cut pretty badly under her ear. I immediately called and spoke to them and they told me the groomer hadn’t even noticed she’d cut her, I asked to speak to the manager after that and they told me they’d pass on the message. I didn’t hear back and ended up having to track down the owner myself. The owner was initially very repentant and nice about it and even came to my house to drop off anti-itch/hot spot spray so that Bella wouldn’t further irritate it when I didn’t have access to my vehicle for the day. For the next few days when I felt it, it seemed to be healing because I could feel what I thought was it scabbing over. However, when I looked at it today I realized that it is now infected and has pus and I am now going to have to take my dog to the vet and pay for medication because these groomers weren’t careful enough when doing their job. If you’re paying for a service you expect it done well, especially for a family member as pets are too most of us. They need to do better and be more careful.

Everytime I take my dog ask for something get something else, call to let them ask why is always an issue? They don’t even care about losing clients. Love the convenience of having them close, but hate that they don’t do the job, right.

I have been going to this grooming salon for about two years now. They take care of my dogs. I do not feel worried when leaving my dogs there. They’re always done in a timely manner. They get the haircut perfectly done each time because they’re always asking to clarify. If you are a pet parent that is looking for somewhere trustworthy I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10. And I do recommend both locations as I’ve tried both of them.

Took my dog here to get a de shed payed for a full groom payed 78$ for them to give me my dog not de sheded there was more hair after I picked him up then when I dropped him off it was everywhere ! His ears weren’t cleaned at all will not be returning at all very sad and disappointed with your service.

Prices hiked over 15.00 from our last visit. From 35.00 to 51.00. I understand price increases but that is a huge jump. Thank goodness I asked before leaving my baby. These prices I can have a mobile groomer come and not have to waste gas also. I drove all the way up here to find this out. When making the appointment you would think they would have notified me, to see if I was still interested in their services.

Teddy my dog always looks so wonderful when he leaves this place and he isn’t anxious at all leaving. Which is great because other places he has been to he always leaves feeling worse.
