1st time I've been there, I'm not from around the area. Nice, small Natural store. The young girl working was VERY friendly & helpful! (I didn't get her name) they had the items I was looking for where another "natural" store didn't. I'll DEFINITELY be back if ever in the area again.*UPDATE* I went back a 2nd time & still the same friendly above & beyond, fast service! (Same cashier was working & VERY helpful)

There are not enough markets like this in Osceola County and Kissimme. It's not a huge supermarket and lacks a large assortment of organic vegetables or meat choices. Its selection of supplements, vitamins, and health products is extensive! Friendly and helpful staff. Also, folks in the store will always help as well. It's a community! Wish the store was a little bigger, but maybe its boutique atmosphere is exactly what they want! Go and explore.

Came here from out of town. Was amazed by the selection of health food and supplements available. Also lady who checked us out at the cash gave us some helpful ideas of things to check out in the area.

We've lost our Chamberlins. The business has closed it's doors.The closest is in a transition area in Kissimee. I think I'll mk the downtown trek instead, next time.

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have seen it he dif crews and everything. I rate this store a 5 because it is wonderful, so peaceful walking in there, every time. The people are very kind respectful and appreciative of their customers. Also, when you are walking around there I'd always someone who immediately walks up to you to see if you would like help finding anything or with questions, as long as there not already with someone, to which then everyone just flocks over hangs out and waits for them to be done. Great place, if your in the area I do advise going. They have good mineral toothpaste!God bless everyone reading this!

I just got out of the store right now. The staff seems to be forced to work. They don’t even want to be there and you can feel it. There was a lady cleaning the restroom and I was waiting for her to finish so I can use it. First of all she took forever to clean it and she noticed me standing there waiting, secondly when she finally finished cleaning she turned her back on me and walked off then I asked her if I can use the restroom and with a Kardashian voice she said “Sorry, the bathroom are closed thats why I’m cleaning them”. It was 7pm and the store closes at 8pm. The vitamins I was going to purchase I put them back on the shelve and left. Really bad customer services.

I love the products, the staff, especially store Mngr. Dyana. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I go especially for the produce, and I must say, that it’s top quality organic. I recommend Chamberlin farms if your looking for reasonable and good quality health food/vitamin products.

I decided to stop by and made a review well deserved for a long time . This store has been affected as many of the small business with the COVID situation and later with the way everything it is in general . I have been visiting this store for more than 20 yrs on and off , however , I believe they have been working hard in the last season with the lack of personal and always creating new ways to help the customer and promote their products . I want to congratulate the Manager and their team for the hard work . Prices are going up everywhere but I will keep going back until my budget allows it . For me, the freshness of the vitamins and the fact to support the small business weight more than sometimes the confort of ordering from home online believing in a good value but at the end it is not always the case. See you soon and expecting using the $10 coupon I received via email .

Friendly staff ... I discover this awesome vegan whole grain chip called 'The Better Chip' salsa verde flavor at Chamberlain. This awesome and a bit spicy chip contains tomatillo, cilantra, onion, serrano peppers. Mom and I had this with mild mango peach salsa from Aldi's. Delicious.

This is where I come every time. The whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful you find what you need, also the knowledge that they have about the products it's amazing. I will have to say there is an older lady with short hair that is always at the register :/ she is very rude and has very poor communication skills that I avoid her at all times, but everyone else from the managers and the ones that are on the floor EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am so happy to see people that cares so much for your wellbeing.

Nice place to get things that the regular stores don't usually carry. A bit pricey tho. And they've stopped carrying some things that I used to like to get there. But it's nice to have someplace closer than Orlando to get healthfood.

Today was my first visit to a all natural food store so I didn't know where to start! Brianna (one of the employees) gave me a tour of the store and the layout of all the products Chamberlin's has to offer. Brianna was very knowledgeable & helpful. Because of Brianna's superior customer service, I will be a loyal and regular customer of Chamberlin's in Kissimmee, Florida! I also spoke on the phone with the manager, Day and she was very pleasant as well. I look forward to meeting her in person during my next shopping trip! I moved to Kissimmee a year ago and I had no idea this store was here! I am so thankful we have a Chamberlin's Natural Food store in Kissimmee, FL!

The staff is horrible. They never want to help you. I walked in and they don’t even greet you! Also if you have a question they are too busy talking between each other to answer or your made to feel like you are interrupting their conversation. Terrible. Go to the vitamin shop at the loop ! They actually have customer service skills

This is my first and last time I visiting this location. I came in to see their products. No employee offered to assist me. The one gentleman gave me an attitude when I asked for help. While getting my item, I notice he spent his time talking on his phone. Do to the apalling service I received, I wish I could give zero stars

Of all the years I’ve been coming here I’ve had only one pleasant experience. It’s the closest health food store so I deal with the subpar customer service. These people have the rudeness and ambivalence of Walmart employees but they work at a health food store so it has an air of arrogance. Some of the things they’ve said to me and the attitude they’ve given is pretty outrageous. Get your supplements and food but don’t expect a pleasant experience.

Chamberlain's has suffered from the pandemic just like most businesses have. They have new personel everytime we go in and the employees don't seem to have the product knowledge the old employees had. The product brands change frequently and you can't count on getting the same product week to week.

Love this store.. they always have a clerk on the floor that is willing to help and answer questions. The clerk is knowledgeable. The place is neat and welcoming.
