Wow! This is the biggest big lots we've ever seen. It's huge! Pretty much has the same stuff as our local store, but this one is better organized with nice roomy aisles. It's the first big lots we've found with clothing, and wifey scored a couple of nice tops. Love shopping at big lots.

The store is completely remodeled beautiful they did a wonderful job this young man that I meant was very helpful and kind and help me find what I needed to find I love it glad I came

Had I bad experience with this store and store manager. They have a sign showing take an additional 30%off the lowest price including furniture. But yet they do not uphold there advertising. Purchased a seat and it was marked down. And when asked the cashier about the discount she didn’t have an answer for us. She then called the manager David. He then said, it is what it is!! that is the price take it or leave it. I think this poor management and training. If you go to Big Lots be careful you’ll get a big surprise at the register.

This store always turns into a 2 hour shopping trip. Management there should work on bringing the checkout experience time down for us customers. There’s no reason why a customer should stand in line for 15 minutes to just pay for 1 item. Not the first time this happened to me at this stote but today was extra frustrating because I was in an actual true rush!….

I have always love Big Lots but nothing was priced. So it made shopping there difficult. I hate having to constantly trying to find someone to ask prices. There was only 1 employee working that we saw so it was frustrating. He was very nice though.

Big Lots has great stuff for everyone and everybody there electronics are the best cheap headphones and earbuds and they sound so high quality.i love Big Lots because I brought all of my earbuds and all of my headphones too they sound better they my my headphones they I brought from Amazon.

Looks really nice in there since the remodel!!! Outside no change at all, but soon as you walk inside its like "wow!" My latest fun find was this Rustic 5 shelf book case! Now I get to shop for decor to put in it!

Showed military card but since I had a coupon for $10 off $20, it wouldn't take the 10 percent military discount. I have never had this problem at Haines City, FL location. Management couldn't answer why. Didn't pursue but just won't come to this location again

Aileen is the best! I had an issue for over a month with an online BigLots order that was never delivered. The online customer service was not able to refund me and told me to contact the delivery team who could not help either. A month later I went to the store it shipped from to get some help and Aileen did everything should could until she found a way to solve the issue (all while managing\training staff)! She was so kind and helpful, great employee! A++

I very much felt judged and uncomfortable in this store. I had money and was looking for a couple of sets of cheap but nice working headphones and the workers followed me and my BF from the time we came into the store that we did not stay longer than about 2 or 3 minutes. I most likely will not be shopping here again.

I had a hard time in furniture when asking for simple help with Justin. It is the most terrible, unfriendly Big lots I have ever been to. Justin acted like a know it all. I will not recommend anyone to this Big lots. Not only him but another associate was no help. Its like whats the point of working there if you aren’t going to help.

Justin in the furniture is awesome, we recently bought a sectional and to wait a day to pick it up just to get a truck to take it home, someone that wasn’t him sold a piece of our section on a day that he wasn’t there and he went above and beyond to help us get the other half of our sectional, literally helped us with everything down to the progressive leasing that we did, he legit is the best wouldn’t, when I come back I we be asking for him directly to help me with any that is furniture related

I rarely walk out this store without anything that's because I usually always see something I like from masks to 📱 accessories to other essentials. The only down part about it is sometimes there's only 1 register open but other then that it's a good shopping place to pick up items you may need and they have good discount if you a Big Lots reward member. So go chk it out

Ridiculous wait line. There’s a line of people waiting to check out and yet the cashier is standing there talking about their personal lives after customer had checked out. Finally realize that they are holding up a line of angry potential customers and say they are just making sure they have good customer service and then continue about their life stories! Very frustrating when it’s 5:30pm and everyone is trying to go home after work to their families. Will NOT ever come back here.

Surprisingly enough, this discount chain is hanging in there. Remodeled to focus on furniture & big ticket items, it still has good deals on household & food items. It's almost always VERY neat & clean & most importantly, has good customer service.

Absolutely the nicest and most helpful employees. The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. There is always someone willing and able to help and they genuinely do it with a smile. And if you're lucky enough to see Ms. Shirley on your visit, you are getting a blessing with your visit, too. I love shopping here !
