I honestly don’t know how you could’ve made it better. We called about an emergency for our dog and the staff said bring him in right then. We walked in and the staff were so welcoming. The vet was amazing and so understanding and explained everything to us. They even followed up with a call the next morning to check on our Dog. The cost I thought would be extremely expensive due to an emergency visit with X-ray, medication ect. But was shocked that it wasn’t over priced like other veterinarians. We will definitely be using them from here on out for all our fur babies. Thank you for everything

Dr. Blackburn and her staff are wonderful! So caring and informative. I’m very glad to have found this practice as I keep chickens and Dr. Blackburn is one of the few veterinarians who will treat poultry. One of my favorite sweet girls recently developed a foot problem and Dr. Blackburn was able to get her in right away.

We recently moved to the area and have an Akita and Shiba that needed to be transferred up here for care. They took amazing care of my Akita and helped me set him on a care plan to help manage his separation anxiety and they are the only ones in 4 years who have been able to cut my Shiba's nails without him screaming or fussing!!! Love everyone here and highly recommend.

Everything went amazing at the appointment! When they took my dachshund back I could hear the girls loving on her so I just know that my pets are in good hands. Just wait till y'all meet my cats. I used to take my pets to my previous work/vet but I left there on bad terms. Didn't like how they ran things or treated people. Thank you all so much for treating me, my fur children, and my family who yall also see with kindness and respect!P.s. if yall need more pet art, I am a painter and have done quite a bit of animal paintings

Not the best experience with this place. Was hoping for a much better outcome than we received. Got there 40 mins before opening time hoping to be seen or at least spoken to. I called before walking in to see if they could help my puppy to which I was informed that they do not do walk ins (which is fine) but to be talked to with complete attitude, disregard and to not even care or ask what is wrong with my puppy or how else they could help is beyond me. WILL NOT be back or recommend.

As we experienced a year ago, the staff from beginning to end were attentive to our concerns and addressed Duncan's issues the same day as we called. They do a very good job of explaining what procedures are being considered and they listen to our opinion as well. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Duncan. He's back his old self.

The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. The vet tech was caring and sensitive to Sake’s needs. The Dr was professional and knew exactly how to approach my scared baby. It was a great visit. Maybe keep the noise down while waiting in the exam room. It was very loud in the back. Maybe better soundproofing for the doors?

Missy was very sick. Left her overnight. I had bottle fed her as a pup. I was so relieved after three days at home on meds she began to show good signs of recovery. No she is her old mischievous self. Thank you, the staff.

Took my senior kitty to be put to sleep. They took her to back first and she died in back room on a table alone. They did nothing and still charged me $60-70 just for being there. Whole ordeal lasted maybe 10 min. Won’t be bringing any of my other animals here. Just disgusted with how they went about it.

I appreciate that I was able to stay with him ( I have been at clinics where he is taken away from me in the lobby and I've never really cared for that) and that my concerns for his health was listened to. There’s absolutely nothing that could’ve made the experience better. The staff was incredibly accommodating seeing my kitten on short notice. I love these guys and I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of my babies.

Its hard for me to describe just how much these vets mean to me. I’ve had pets all my life and have known many vets but none like this. Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Chern genuinely care about the pet and you. They don’t see your baby as just another patient. The pets overall health and happiness is more important to them than the money. They remember your baby and their medical history which i really love. Every other vet I’ve had to remind them of my pets conditions and medical history which has always disconnected me from them. It was always so clear they didn’t care. But these guys go above and beyond and are so, so friendly and welcoming. The vet techs will come into the room just to say hi because they remember you which I love!!My late kitty unfortunately didn’t make it but they did everything in their power to save him but it was in no way their fault. They were so patient and loving with me and my kitty during that difficult time. They even arranged everything for his cremation and told me not to worry about the bill which I know was around $700. I love them all so much. Just kind and genuine people. I’ll be going here for any future babies I have. If you’re on the fence on checking them out, please just make an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!!

Make sure you ask for Dr. Weisgerber if you are taking your cat for a check up or exam. Also ask for Mallory. If you are getting your cat's nails trimmed ask for Brianna. These 3 ladies are very thorough and pay attention to detail! They are a blessing!

This is the best vet office I have ever been to. My partner and I have two pit bulls, one that is a big baby and growls in uncertain situations. We have him wear a basket muzzle but everyone in the office is great with him and our other animals as well. Their prices are unbeatable and the service is completely amazing! We drive an hour and a half to visit with them and our pups always leave happy and full of treats.

We took our baby girl here for a feline spay and her annual. From the moment we scheduled up to the appointment they were spot on with giving us phone calls for reminders. Before she was taken back we were given details on what they would be doing and they even let us know they would call about any updates on her well-being, which they did. An hour before we would be picking her up, they called to tell us she would be ready soon. When we got her back, they were very informative on post-op and answered any questions we had. This along with the spectacular prices has lead us to what is from now on our family vet. A definite recommend from me to anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced vet. Amazing work to everyone at Keystone Heights Animal Hospital, from the receptionists to the doctors alike.

Best in the area! Took my dog there for years and every time from the staff to the vet they were beyond amazing and I knew they cared as if it was their own animal. Very reasonable prices, always were accommodating with appointment, and when I had to put my dog down I’ve had since I was in 6th grade they sent a card with her ashes that the whole staff signed and wrote words of condolences. Meant so much to me. Thank you keystone animal hospital!
