Nice market in Keystone. Higher prices, but something different from Starke and the bulk section is a plus. Deli has lot of entertaining options. They have some decent markdown deals, but you have to compare prices, I noticed even though something is marked down, you still might find it at a better price somewhere else. Still worth a walk around.

Hitchcock's has a canned brown bread that is hard to come by,it's so good.( It is supposed to go with beans) oh! And they have good prices on corn starch......and. other stuff in the dollar area,front of store. They have vanilla and chocolate tea cookies for under a dollar!! ( in cookie area) Enjoy!

Not a Happy camper...went to buy some meat and their coolers were broke and the little meat they did have didn't look that good to me. And not my first bad impression from them . There were other times that I wished I had checked the expiration date before I got my purchase home. They get 3 stars, and that is cause I do love their spices.

My experience with the Hawthorne location. I think this town needs some competition. Store is often found dirty ,products are past the best buy date and of course the prices are twice as high on most things. For a town with a median household income of under 50k I think I speak for the community that we would like to see better quality food better prices and a clean environment to shop in. At this point we only shop there for single item stops and do our real shopping in other towns because of these three factors.

Updated - Nice store, easy access & friendly staff! Manager and assistant managers always available as well as staff in the aisles, always visible and friendly to help you find what you're grocery shopping for. Delivery service is excellent. I've been using their same driver for 1.5 years. Convenient & She is willing to help carrying in your groceries. They do not leave them outside at the door unless you request that. They've had the same delivery driver for approximately 5 plus years! I enjoy seeing her too!

I always find what I'm looking for.All shopping charts need to be replaced.An Express Check-Out station should be added.The Bakery staff does a great job putting out fresh made food every day.

Friendly service. Store was clean. Been here a few times now. Last visit my husband and I got a dinner plate to go from the deli. The fried chicken was delicious and their baked beans were amazing. The cornbread was soft and sweet. We'll keep coming back 😁

We occasionally stop at Hitchcock's to check out the meat section. You can find some really good deals. We have had some fantastic grilled steaks at very reasonable prices. They had country ribs on sale but we opted for 2 pounds of ground hamburger that was also on sale. We originally wanted onion buns but they didn't carry any. Aside from the meat their prices are higher than Walmart and the store just doesn't have an appealing interior. Hub said the men's bathroom was not good. I checked out the women's bathroom. It was old but clean.

It is nice and clean, very courteous, friendly, and helpful personnel. I've been shopping at this chain store for over 40 years, when it was under other names, ie, such as Miller's, and Cook.'s. So for any of your shopping needs, they can be satisfied at Hitchcock's . They have all the newest items when it comes to all your household needs, they can certainly compete with other national stores. They do home delivery as well. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

It's not the best grocery store, especially with the prices, but it's typically kept really clean and there's a good variety of foods there. Especially the deli meat and deli sections. The produce workers try there hardest to keep it stocked up but we get really busy, especially with the holidays. The bathrooms are a bit dirty at times but they're generally kept clean, it's mainly the customers who like to destory it. The aisles are never messy, there's never stuff on the floor. They got some good meet selection in the meat department. Everything is kept stocked well and the cashier's do their best to check you out fast and orderly. With a plastic or paper bag choice all the time.

Been shopping here for 20 yrs. Sometimes I buy from Walmart or Winn Dixie if we have time. But we always come back to Hitchcock's... I just hope they are going to improve that dry, ugly parking lot. It was already miserable! No place to hide from the FL sun! ... Curious to see what's going to happen.

Store is always clean and well stocked. They have good deals on their ribs. However, prices on everything else is outrageous! Even before inflation this place was pretty expensive. Just use it as a quick pick something up place.

This grocery store location is easy to find from the road. It is clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. It's more expensive than some other grocery stores, but the product is well worth it. The bathrooms are clean and the deli has a great selections including individual sized meals with sides, and family sizes.

Our family loves Hitchcock's Market. Super friendly staff. Great prices on meats. We really like they sell local products. And the store butt rub is so delicious. We love it on the chicken. Worth checking out.

If you do online order they do not take tips on card. Also they cancel certain items that they don't have in store like mainly all the important stuff like the meat your sides they delivered 60 dollars worth of grocery instead of 90.. I got none of the important stuff...would have been nice to know over the phone when I talked to them that they weren't going to be able to deliver half the important stuff I needed. Now I have to go to store anyways HUGE WAIST OF TIME!!!

I hardly ever shop here and if I do it's because I don't have the time to go to Walmart in starke. They are way overpriced and not very clean the building needs to be updated. I have seen rodents in and around the building. I don't understand how they stay in business.

One of the few stores in town it's not that they're bad it's that they're not that great and you have to go there unless you want to travel further so they have you between a rock and a hard place. Although I've never had a problem with customer service there and they are few cashiers who are actually exceptional the prices there tend to be above-average but on the plus side they do have breakfast in the hot bar at 7:30 in the morning if you're in Keystone 9 times out of 10 you're going to have to stop at Hitchcock's if you want grocery. If you enjoy that Hometown Store where you meet all the people you already know it's a great place.!

Not impressed at all! I'm counting the days until a Publix swipes in and buys them out. The carts (first thing you see upon arriving) are full of RUST. I asked a staff person if she had any idea if they would be replaced any time soon. She said she had no clue. She said "the owner was here this week, but he didn't talk to any of US" (meaning staff). I'm praying he was there to collect his things for the buy-out! I want a nice grocery store in Keystone Heights which takes pride in the place! (EDIT) - I have just changed this rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Hitchcock's Market has impressed in 3 areas for me: Bottled purified water (and it is tasty) - 24 bottles for $1.99 - I have never seen a better price, and this is not a sale price. It is an always price! The meat department is off the chain! The guys are amazing (Scott and Rodney) and they will happily cut meat for you any time you ask, with excellent customer service. The meat is always fresh and very very fairly priced. Beautiful t-bone steaks, tri-tip, porterhouse...the list goes on and on...again, I am stunned at the great prices of this CHOICE meat! The produce is very fresh and nice as well. So for me: Hitchcock's is my GO-TO for meat, produce and water. VERY nicely done...now just replace the rusty carts and clean the place up. So much potential!
