I have seen nothing but the best of everything in this store, Except for all dogs are allowed and this can be bad because of registered service Dogs that must accompany their owner for medical reasons,I have an actual registered service dog,I had to pay out the butt for training to have it for my medical, to me this sucks when you can just walk into a store with an unregistered dog.there is no signs on the front door stating registered service dogs only as their should be,

I will do all my shopping at this Dollar General. There is actually a different location closer to my home, with a total of 5 Dollar General's within a 10-mile radius of my home. I will continue going to store #1401because I have always felt welcomed, plus the employees will help with anything you need without question or hesitation. Thankfully the few bad apples that worked there was only there for a short time. Everyone I have dealt with in the last 5 months from day or night shifts have been amazing. I think something the General manger and Store manager should be proud of is how professional the Key Holders can stay even when spoken to like trash all the while having grown men and woman scream in their face. The straight disrespect they get treated with on a regular basis is disgusting. I've seen other reviews speak on not being charged the correct price and being refused to make it right by the employee. They must have the wrong store or something. I have witnessed many times the price be honored that was on the shelf. most the time it's only a difference of 0.20 or so. (Yes, it adds up I know) but I have never seen them not honor the price and change it. The only time I've seen them not change a price is when it was something you picked up that was out of place so the tag on the shelf don't match your item. Unfortunately, people pick stuff up and put it down in other spots. They can't give you a sale that doesn't exist because people are lazy. to say they have a "SCAM" going on is just plain stupid. It's your responsibility to read the tags on the shelf, not just glance at the price. That's the only reason I've known them to say no to price changes. If it's the correct item to the tag they have ALWAYS honored the lower price.

Like all Dollar stores, it is excellent for greeting cards and the like. However, this one always needs more cashiers as the lines are too long.

I used to come in a lot more often than I do now. The main reason I dread coming to this store is I am constantly followed during my entire shopping trip and frankly its offensive. I don't know weather it's a management issue or they just don't have anything better to do.

Terrible experience dealing with the horrible attitude of the assistant manager”?” Tiffany“?” and her coworker while trying to make a simple return. They definitely have P poor customer service skills and attitudes at this location! I would really like to see Tiffany replaced ASAP!

The store itself is ok. Pretty much clean and organized. The management makes you wish you didn't walk in to shop there! She follows you around like you are going to steal something at all times! I am not that hard up honey! Now I take my business to the Melrose DG, much cleaner, a lot more organized and extremely FRIENDLY & WELCOMING!!! ♡♡♡☆☆☆☆

I've been shopping there since my daughter was born. 5 years I've lived in keystone heights a d I've never had someone be so rude and no customer service! I've worked in the business of customer service and sales at Walmart fo.10 years. I will get her name next time. I know everyone's names but hers. She fairly new. I won't let her check me out again a d she was rolling her eyes at the manager when she said I couldn't do cash and then my card. The manager said yes u can. She's always rude with me and I've done nothing to this girl! Need less people like her working in sales and customer service. 😥

This location has gone straight downhill. The parking lot looks like local landfill . The store is dirty and nasty. Dollar general coorperate should be ashamed that they let these store get so far below standard!!!!!!!

Love the digital coupons. It's usually really busy around 2pm through the week for whatever reason and Saturdays when they have the $5 off coupons. You can get just about anything here except fridge and freezer things and fresh fruits and veggies. They do have milk eggs bread and a few other items.

SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! Every time I visit this store, and I do mean EVERY time. I find something I like, double check the price on the sign with the display then at checkout it rings up way more than advertised and the store associates refuse to honor the advertised sale price. It infuriates me because I know it's deliberate false advertising to get you to buy it hoping you want catch the scam. Happens Everytime, without fail. On my next visit, if there is one, I will record my experience and post in an effort to inform unsuspecting shoppers.

Biggest Dollar General I've been in between Gainesville and Palatka Florida even going up to Middleburg or Starke. Newest one too. Very brightly lit and clean. Very nice people working there. Even fresh produce, vegetables and fruit and such. But they still have inventory issues with their freezer section and canned and jar goods. Also there are quite a few items in the medicine and health section always missing. It's not the store's fault. It's their warehouse and shipping not keeping up with demand and being timely. Which is weird because they have a regional warehouse the size of two Super Walmarts combined just over an hour's drive away in Alachua, Florida. If DG corporate gets that fixed our neighborhood DG store would be 5 stars for sure.

This store has been on a steady decline since it opened. There is always clutter and confusion in the aisles, a lack of staffing to cash out customers, and the parking lot is so poorly designed, I'm surprised there hasn't been a serious wreck or accident yet! The Regional Manager should step in and completely revamp this location as well as the GM, AGM, and the DM! What a disgrace!

Most things are priced great and I love it but I was buying off of clearance and the sign said two things and I expected the price of what I was buying to be much cheaper but was told no it's just this. So I told them you need to change your sign then because it's saying something totally different and it's confusing and false advertising and they just looked at me like I was crazy.

This store is always disorganized. The line is consistently 5-6 deep and other employees, who make eye contact with you, still won't open another register. When they do, they let anither line form, instead if taking customers in the order they're lined up in. And it's no wonder the employees don't care, the manager is a loyd woman who's either berating the employees or talking nasty about customers who just left. I generally just go to the Melrose or Florahone stores, when I can.

I love this store, however they highered a new employee a couple months back and she is not very good. Every time I go in there and she is working something goes wrong. Like for instance, my family and I went there tonight and she was training someone (which she wasn't even up there with the new girl) and the new girl accidentally scanned a children's benadryl twice. Well she came up and fixed it, only she didn't put it back in the bag. I didn't realize it till I got home and had to drive back up there and when I got there she blamed It on the new girl and it was NOT her fault. Another time my catfood rang up $3.00 instead of 2.95 which yes it's not a big difference but it's still money so I told her and her response was "it's only five cence" Never in my life have I wanted to scream at someone as bad as I wanted to at her! And I will be talking to Brandy and Ms.Cora again about her

Horrible shopping experience. The manager Brandy obviously was hung over and doesn't care about her job or the customers. Won't be shopping there again. The local family Dollar had a More pleasant staff and cleaner store.

It was a bad experience working at Dollar General. Everyone wants to boss you around while the key holders are wasting time on the phone and smoking. Slavery to the end. The Managment should be shame for running a corporation just based in profits and does not care in the most important employer which is the Cashier.

They always keep their shelves stock and are more than happy to help you with what you need and the staff is helpful and friendly...one girl even walked the WHOLE store with me up and down each row looking for a pillow my daughter was throwing a fit over!!!

If u even look spanish dont go to this store...went today to get a basketball for my little cousin at 11:04 try to ask 2 people about the scan and go machine the first one look at me and walk away and the Other one just said "i cant help you" like really? Im more american that this 2...... I am a soldier of this country and that is the way they treat me for simply looking Latino? NICE!!!! just 1 person working and this 2 just walking around and ignoring people just because how they look.

This particular location is very well staged and stocked considering the volume it deals with daily. It is one of the most busy stores I've encountered, but the sales associate always knows where the product are, and they rarely run out of things.

Stock everywhere you can't find anything but this is usual for Dollar General. One cashier and a line almost to back of store. The cashier was nice but super slow like she thought someone would come and take some customers but no came.
