Friday March 8, 2024Went to pick up my son's prescription (14 miles round trip) and was told it was out of stock. No biggie, I inquired if it was ordered. It was ordered but was told they had no idea when it would be in because they are not told about their shipments. REALLY!!! A very helpful pharmacist from a different CVS said there should be a tracking number. I guess I'll try that during tomorrow's visit to CVS since you can't get them on the phone. I wasn't upset the medication was out of stock, rather the way the issue was handled... or not handled. There was alot more stuff to be annoyed about during this visit, but this was the nuts and bolts of it.

Much too slow! Whoever the pharmacist was today( not the usual guy) was unbelievably rude! What happened to the wonderful customer service this CVS used to provide. Their call back system is also horrible. What a significant deterioration in CVS. Shameful.

This place just like all of the other cvs locations are completely and utterly screwed up. CVS with their disastrous confidential voice-mail is a true mile long train-wreck and a clear voice that cvs just doesn't care about patient / customer care. They have taken so many steps to de-personalize human to human communication and CVS Corporate cares even less. It's all about profit and nothing about patient care. While I never thought I would say this; working with the mega medication providers like express scripts is easier; at least you can speak with a human. And, it's because they've gotten better, it's all because CVS has become the bottom of the barrel. More so, under the barrel. I double dog dare a CVS Corporate Customer care representative to contact me!!!!!!

They have got this pharmacy tech that works for them by the name of Kenny he is one of the biggest liars I have ever seen working in Pharmacy business he needs to be discharged for lieing to a patient and causing him to go into afib try to get my medicine picked up for 3 days and the call system that they now have they say they'll call you back anywhere from 2 to 3 hours but actually it's 2 to 3 days what a place thinking about looking into a lawyer over this

Went to pick up RX & was told that they sent a request to refill to my Doctor & had not received it back. I called my Doctor’s office while at the window. They did not receive their request but did go ahead right then & sent it electronically. I chose to wait since I live 40 minutes away. 30 minutes later I pulled around to the drive thru window to check the status & a different pharmacy tech assisted me. She stated that they need a Doctor’s approval to fill. When I started to explain that my Doctor’s office sent it electronically & show her the copy they sent me, she said “would you like to speak to the manager?” & slammed the phone down on the counter. Chris, a very unprofessional looking man came to the window & asked what the issue was. I started to explain & he immediately interrupted me & started scolding me. He said that I can not yell at the staff. I did not yell at anyone but he was yelling at me. He then told me that he would not fill my RX. It was apparent that they were having a bad day & honestly there are a lot of other CVS stores so I chose to not participate in their unprofessional, childish behavior & left. I have reported them to CVS Corporate headquarters & will be reporting them to my Insurance Company.

Meh. Preposterously overpriced items, empty shelves and not good for much. In a pinch, okay, but expect to pay four-times as much for whatever you buy, and don’t expect to find good sales or clearance. Avoid if possible.

The lady was very rude from moment I walked up. I would never use this pharmacy after this experience. The male pharmacist told my boyfriend over phone the prescription would be ready in an hour. I get there and the lady Says she can't do it till after 12. I explain I have a flight to catch and she cuts me off rude as hell again.

Kind staff and helpful, but if you go there in the late afternoon, the sun shines through this window pictured and blinds you at the register. I told them they should get some shades and they said that corporate didn’t want to pay for shades. Maybe this review will help them see the need for it.

Just went in with a friend so didn't have to deal with people, just walked around. I was impressed with their cold foods section, the largest I've ever seen in a CVS.

Went today to pickup my prescriptions I had three to pickup. I live a few miles away. I opened the bag and it was the wrong meditation, I called cvs and a lady Brianna who helped me started to argue with me that I should of looked before I drove off, never had a problem in the pass. So I asked Brianna what should I do with the no long medicine that had been cancelled couple of months ago. She told me I don't care what you do with it , so she hung up on me, very low class individual I will switch my account to Walgreens it's been a constant battle and they don't tell you what medicine is ready they give you a code number how do I know when a code number is not friendly at all

Always a terrible experience. I had to switch pharmacist. They are never on time . Will not inform the customer of important information about their prescription. Poor customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. This may not be all cvs but the one in Keystone Heights for sure. They don't mind loosing buissness.

Time and time again they don’t have medication in, additionally I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription would be ready and the technician answered and said yes it would be ready, when I arrived at the pharmacist told me that there was not enough of that medication there and that it would take another couple days to fill. As a pharmacist, he liked any insight or understanding of the meds, or how they are received. I do not know how this guy even made it through Pharmacy scope, brain cells definitely an active

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever received. In the process of trying to transfer prescriptions away from them so of course they are dragging their feet to make it harder on sick people to get their medicine. When I asked how long it would be for my prescriptions the staff was rude and wouldn’t even give me a time. They tried to tell me they didn’t even have prescriptions yet the automated system already told me I had prescriptions in process. If they are so busy transferring prescriptions should be a top priority so it’s less they have to do. I should have known when I read on the local word of mouth how they did a dying lady and her family not to use them, but again I’m sick and didn’t think to tell my dr to change my pharmacy. I will be calling my Drs office first thing on the next business day to update my pharmacy info. If they would transfer my prescriptions Walgreens across the road could have them done in 20 minutes. Walgreens has been waiting an hr for the pharmacist there to release these prescriptions.

They always have great deals when you take advantage of coupons and rewards on their app. However they are pretty expensive. If you are a chocolate lover they had b1g1 free boxes of witmans chocolate and bags of Hersheys kisses yesterday. Also coupons 25% of entire purchase ofregular priced items and 50% off regular priced Almay and Revlon makeup. Free flu shots and vivid vaccinations.

Not sure if this is one of the CVS stores being closed, but it should be. Lately, they can't keep or get common medications. Then if they do have medications, they overcharge for them. I finally pulled all my prescriptions and had them moved to Winn Dixie.

I have used CVS in Keystone since it was Eckerds beside the grocery store which is over 30 years. I have had terrible service for the last year or so but yesterday took the cake. My DR called in a script , 2 days later I recieved a text stating I could fill it for 90 days would i like that. I responded yes. I went to pick it up and was told nothing was filled but I could wait 25 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes and watching a man come in and they filled his 2 childrens scripts while he waited before filling mine. When I finally recieved the script it was a sealed bottle of 90 pills. They simply had to pull off the shelf and put a label on it. With the eye roll from the tech I feel like I was made to wait because I told her I had never had a dr call a script in from the office and it not be filled. I sure have never been asked if I wanted 90 days unless it was being filled. I trries to talk to the store manager and he told me I would have to call back and speak to the pharmacy manager. I told him he had my number and if they cared he could have that person call. Surprise no phone call

While the pharmacy staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly I was not able to be reimbursed for a vaccination because of the way the pharmacy's software lists the cost of vaccinations. I spent hours on the phone going between my insurance company & the oharmacy. While all the people I spoke with were very nice I still had to pay the total cost of the vaccine because the pharmacy software didn't list the costs for the vaccination & the cost of giving the vaccination separately

Worst pharmacy ever!! I have tried and tried to be patient and understanding with this pharmacy time and time again but have again been inconvenienced by the rude and inconsiderate pharmacy employees. When the automated system tells you a prescription will be ready at a certain time it should be ready by then. Too many times have I been told upon arrival after the promised time that it isnt ready yet and they are still working on it. They do not seem to care that they are wasting/spending your time and money 💰 in gas making another trip at a later time to pick up the prescription “later on”. Save yourself the time and frustration and make the drive to Palatka where you get the service you should. I don’t understand how they can always be so behind filling requested prescriptions but somehow find the time to call personally bugging you about refilling prescriptions you have not requested to be refilled. I will never give them another dime or minute of my time.

It's better to walk in. I was treated better when I had insurance than without im at the mercy of when CVS wants to fills my script. WITH insurance I could fill 2 days early without I have to wait till the exact day. It needs to be the same on fill dates.I just like having stuff done early and on the day I get my script because me having to wait till the day I have to get off work for them NOT TO HAVE IT READY and wait an hour instead of doing it all on my day off.The young girl is the problem the guys are more helpful.

just went in there during this hurricane and there was a leak in the roof and we accidentally hit the bucket with our cart and the lady in there with glasses had a TERRIBLE attitude. about the bucket and when she was checking us out. CVS DO BETTER

If I can rate as 0 star I would. I want today about 6:55 pm and the lady in cashier she was in phone and I stand there for 2 minutes to for her to done talking with her own cellphone and when I ask her about the product that I was looking for she told me the wrong place and she continued with her phone call so I asked another question so she was made because I asked her one more question 😡 I was really mad at her she should be working at cvs or any where. If you don’t like me to come to the cvs I can go to Walgreens. I hope you will do something for Costmer.

Horrible customer service...waited in line for prescription for first 10 minutes...during which only 1 person was waited on...clerk was walking around looking for someone's prescription...and apparently having trouble cashing them out ...thought we were getting somewhere with next person...the clerk walks away from customer leaving him standing there waiting for...just the receipt...the manager shows up to 'help'...folks in front of me got told their prescription wasn't ready...though the got told it was ready...my turn...give them my name...nope no record of a prescription..."but I have a text...that's why I showed up"..."Well I can't help you with that" so after 15 minutes of waiting...I get told to "go over there and talk to that person"...another line....I left...You guys really have to fix your system...won't be back...

My Wife went to Keystone Heights CVS ( 120 West Walker Dr) to by her four (4) Newspaper's for the coupons another customer got upset and stated she should not be allowed to buy (4) Newspaper's becuase of this one person the Manager Murray told my wife she could only buy one paper going forward when she asked why she is paying for them he said a customer complained but she purchased the paper's so that makes her a customer to, so now you have lost a customer. Coupons beware. Guess I will get Papers at Dollar Tree in Middleburg They do not care how much you spend or buy.

I have changed pharmacies. These people appear to be incompetent. Incorrect billing, rarely had needed medications. When I calleld to see if they had flu shots available, they stated that they did. Twenty minutes later when I went to get the shot they said that they had been out for several days. This happened twice.Won't go back there.

Median prices and selection comparable to most any CVS store. Staff has been notably discourteous at registers, and the pharmacy has many limitations on accepted insurances and availability. Local long time customers seem to merit differential treatment.

Love!! Never had a problem with this place! Everyone is super friendly and super helpful! The pharmacy is wonderful! They even ask if you need your prescriptions refilled before you think to refill it! Amazing and wonderful place! Plus super convenient!

The pharmacist here is playing politics. He won’t fill prescriptions that doctors prescribed to patients for Covid because it’s not FDA approved, meanwhile the Covid vaccine isn’t FDA approved and they’re administering the Covid shot here. Absolutely insane the times we live in.

I went into the store around 7 to 730 and at that time there was no other customers..I had called before I came to see if my scripts were called in..the pharmacist told me that 1 was there and the other he ordered and it would be there the next afternoon..so I use goodrx card and for some reason it was not working and the assistant was trying to help make it go through 2 customers came 1 walk-in 1 in the drive through she did go help those customers and came back to me and I really appreciated her helping me..the pharmacist reprimanded her at least twice he said something to her for taking long to help me..and he did it front of me..I apologized to both him and her for it taking long and all he did was look at me didn't even acknowledge what I said.. I feel we were being treated that way because of our race..I do realize all together she probably spent 5 to 7 minutes helping me..you should be able to pull a recording and see..I get a call the next morning saying his isn't filling my scripts and I think he was being very politically motivated to do do so so by the time I got a new script called in and filled almost 3 days had passed. Who is he to go against what many doctors call in for their patients..my husband could haveA: DiedB: Been more improved if 3 days hadn't gone by because of this man's view points..its wrong and I will tell everyone..and that girl deserves a raise for going out of her way to help and he should be fired and put in jail for malpractice at the very least!
