Very poor customer service. Especially morning shift and Especially Barb. Today, she was rude and offensive to me, not the first time but today I purchased 2 fantasy 5 with ez match tickets, one of which was instant winner, she requested my drivers license, when I went out to car to get license (I am 65) she refused to sell me ticket when I came back. I am reporting to Florida lotto and asking for investigation of store.

The young red head manager parked in the loading area for the handicap where it's stripped off, and clearly marked no parking, blocking the ramp completely, and parked so there was only a foot in between my van and her vehicle. I am handicap and couldn't get in my van so I asked her to move her vehicle. She came out and started arguing with me in front of a whole parking lot full of people, stating that she had to rush into work and there was no parking,( Not my fault, she should get up earlier, when I got there there it was me and only one other vehicle parked, and she came in right after I got there). She also stated that I was parked crooked, and I was in the lines and straight as a board. But I was also in a parking spot not a handicap loading zone!!! I mentioned to her that I could report her, and she told me it's private property not public, and I couldn't report her.

Managers showing favoritism towards one another. Employees being hours late multiple times and it’s ok. Employee being rude and disrespectful towards other employees. This is not the store to visit let alone work at.

I think it's really amazing to have two kangaroos down Blanding within about 12 miles of each other have such terrible people work at both. For the kangaroo off of Blanding and Keystone is one of the most terrible ones for the simple fact that a lady whose employee there is a general manager and is an absolute witch.Just make sure that you have cash and their card machine is in down because if so she won't let you have your coffee no matter if you made it and have $0.85.Because $0.85 isn't $1.35... so you cant afford it....

Great store, I work there! However, just to clarify, THIS IS NOT A SHELL STATION. Those photos and links are old and we can't change them--it's a Google thing. So your Shell cards won't work here. 🙃💜
