Absolutely fantastic experience at this wonderful grooming dog place in Key Biscayne! My newly adopted dog was a bit scared, but the staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience delightful. Not only does my dog look amazing and beautiful, but the care and attention provided were exceptional. I can’t recommend Carlos enough! He truly takes the time to understand exactly how I want my cavapoo to look, while also providing valuable recommendations to keep her coat healthy and free of mats. So happy to found a reliable, professional groomer that really cares about you pet and best of all, my boy Max was ready for pick up in less than 2 hours! I hated leaving him all day at the groomers how he's been used to at other groomers even with an appointment. My boy is old, has heart problems and they took good care of him and were delicate with him. Very happy with his cut, staff is so nice and we were pleased with the overall entire experience, recommend to any pawrent.

I will not return. After going over my dog’s needs (a large Golden) when calling to book, I was assured that they would be met. However that was not the case. The biggest waste of money and terrible work. His paws were the only thing groomed (poorly, might I add) , they neglected to do the sanitary, didn't brush him out. So basically I paid more than $100 for a wash, which I could have done myself.When I called to inquire why things weren’t done, they told me they forgot and that I could bring him back free of charge. Free of charge?!? I already paid for it. I was irate and chose not to return and waste my time for subpar service.10/10 do not recommend.

Best groomer ever!!! Wonderful job on Pepper. My dog feels confortable there and she does not have to stay for hours in a cage waiting to be picked up. She can walk around together with other dogs in a small friendly place. Would always recommend these guys!!!

Go to place if you treat your dog like part of your family! They have everything you need when it comes to the healthiest possible food/treat/supplies/etc... you can give your dog. As soon as you enter the store, you can right away sense the hospitality and love for animals. I went for a grooming and my dog came out even more beautiful than I can ever imagine!! I also took advantage and bought a lot of things for his birthday, to be honest I got a little bit carried away but the excitement in all the dogs' faces was worth it!! Best boutique Animal store out there-Super recommend it!!

Favorite doggy store in the area! Perfect excuse to take your doggy to brunch to then visit this cute doggy shop. Amazing treats and great brands of food. Their accessories are unique and fun! Tons of little things to get for your doggo and spoil them. Also their store pet, Hershey, is adorable and so friendly to all visitors 🌸

The Key really needed a place like this and I am so happy we finally got it, Woof Gang KB is awesome!! The staff are super friendly and the store is extremely clean.I took my dog, Apollo, here for his birthday to get some treats and they were so welcoming and nice to him and I, the experience was quite special! A week later I took my other dog, Cusco, for a grooming. He was very anxious upon arrival, so I was a bit nervous about leaving him, however, I’m so glad I did because when I returned he had the biggest happiest grin on and I saw him receiving lots of love and attention from the staff. He was very well groomed, the groomer did a great job. Cusco was in good hands.Overall, you can tell from the minute you walk into this store that the people there like what they are doing. The experience is a 10/10 and I am very happy to welcome Woof Gang KB to the island. If you have a dog, check this place out!
