Kbpg has been grooming our dog for over a year now and they are GREAT! The owner is a true dog lover and treats all of our dogs like her own. We even have had them boarded with them and she sends pics and videos of the dogs having a great time. We love these guys!!

I'm thrilled with the pet grooming service for my golden retriever Olly. He came out looking and smelling amazing after his bath and cut. His coat is now soft, shiny, and free of tangles. The groomer did an impeccable job with the cut, he has a well-groomed appearance. I'm genuinely impressed and will definitely be returning for more pampering sessions for Olly. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

This is a family owned business of 30 years who absolutely loves and adores all pets. They do everything from dog walking, boarding, to full service grooming. They even do drop offs and pick ups! Vanessa took care of my senior chihuahua who was going blind at the time and not as active as other dogs. Given his senior status, I was apprehensive leaving him with just anyone but they took excellent care of him and even gave him some luxurious treats!! They sent me photos and videos while I was gone! When I picked him up, he was happy and healthy. I highly recommend Key Biscayne Pet Grooming for all your pets needs!-Alisha

Our family has nothing but great things to say about Key Biscayne Pet Grooming. Chance comes back in the best mood which is what matters most. You will not find another pet service like this. Its not easy to pick up, clean, groom and drop off a 100 pound dog and they do it with ease.We have boarded Chance with Vanessa and her family numerous times and we absolutely know that each pup is being greatly cared for.

By far the best groomer and I’ve tried a half dozen.I have used 6 different groomers for my 2 shih tzus over the past year before I thankfully found Vanessa and Key Biscayne Pet Grooming. Even after showing these other groomers close-up pictures of how I wanted the dogs to look (not complicated cuts, these are lap dogs, not show dogs); I would get them back and they would look totally different. And/or they would forget to clip their nails and do the gland release. It was frustrating to pay good money and be disappointed every single time.I finally landed on Key Biscayne Pet Grooming and they are INCREDIBLE! Showed them a picture one time and the dogs look perfect - consistently. The other super important intangible is that KBPG will pick up the dogs and drop them off, at your convenience. With these other groomers, I would get a window of time that I had to be available in order to get the dogs cut, and, I had to bring the dogs to them and pick them up. I literally had to schedule Zoom calls and meetings around the time that those other groomers gave me within their 2 hour window. They were also frequently late which is a gigantic problem because at that point you’re a hostage and have to sit and wait. Not the case with Key KBPG! They pick up and drop off the dogs at your convenience directly with zero hassle.The whole model for Key Biscayne Pet Grooming centers around convenience, flexibility, frequent communication and a superior quality service. Took my golden retriever Bella. I have tried many groomers but by far this is the best. What i like most is the bath last a long time and Bella is happy to be around the staff which speaks volumes.

Zulma really worked wonders on my fur babies, Milo and Max. They got a bath and cut and honestly, they've never looked better! I asked for a teddy bear cut for both of them and it came out exactly as I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the results. We’ll be back soon!

Love this place, because not only do they do a great job, but they care about the animals and I feel comfortable leaving my pet there. I love that they are family owned, and that they treat my animal, as if it was their own. Highly recommend!!!!
