This is my first time visiting this particular store and I can say very confidently that this wasn't a memorable or pleasant experience. Most of the family dollars I have been to are neat and fully stocked, however this one was anything but that. I get there is a period of time where you have to wait for the inventory to be delivered but when I walked in, it was as if the floor (covered with boxes that still needed to be unpacked) had more stuff on them than the shelves did. I believe there were two employees on duty when I went, but they were very quiet and didn't seem too friendly. They seemed more miserable than anything.Another thing that threw me off was how dirty the whole store was. There was a red spot of perhaps red juice(?) on the bottom shelf of a back wall and a lot of empty packages and food just thrown about. This little end cap pictured below had what seemed like old soda that had been spilled and has been there long enough to become a sticky syrup. Lastly, it seemed as if there were several lights out due to the fact the store was dim, making the store seem a bit sketchy. Unfortunately, I don't believe I will be returning to this particular store soon unless there are some changes made.

Store was a mess. So cluttered and unorganized. Staff were too busy having their own conversations while we waited for someone to ring us up. Only stopped there because I was in the area getting gad and thought would be easy.

Prices are still low compared to other like stores. 5 stars is for the lady running the cash register. She was friendly and calm even when things got a little dodgy ahead of me.

Some shelves are almost bare! One of the more organized then the others. They've got Coca-Cola products on sale three 12 packs for $11 not one Diet Coke into stores I don't understand that there's at least 50 Coca-Cola 12 packs but no Diet Coke that's not a good sale!

Me and my husband have been going here for years I'm autistic due to all my seizures so my husband takes care of me we went here a couple weeks ago and management has changed there my husband got some White castle and they didn't ring up correctly so when we told the new manager she went off on us like it's our fault she said she didn't have to change it if she didn't want to she can go up on it if she wants and starts talking and was pacing on the phone she was mad for no reason she said she was going to call the cops on us but for what we were looking at her like she was crazy we even video recorded because nobody should go through that during Epilepsy month or anytime we were bullied and it's just not right she put a letter up right after we walked out while saying out loud I'm not fixing the last manager mistake saying she not going by original price tag because they don't have to honor it please work on your Empathy Family Dollar...please be nice to people you never know who or what they may be going through that effect there everyday life..

Very rude employees. You walk in and they instantly assume you’re gonna steal. They made me and my cousin leave our bags at the front of the store with no supervision. They weren’t watching them, they we’re just talking to each other VERY loudly. Once I grabbed what I wanted and walked to the front, I put my thing down and went to my bag to grab my money and an employee was staring me down like a hawk. When I got my money and moved my item to the counter the employee completely ignored me and kept talking to the other employee. Never spending my money at any of their locations ever again.

Store was nasty, hot and super unorganized. Everything was just mashed together regardless of it belongs on that shelf or not. Won't be going back. Plus it smelled ama air conditioner either not on or not set low enough to cool store and recirculate air.

Apparently they have a problem with theft or something, because I was followed around around the store by an employee, after I had already made a purchase. I got angry, put down what I had intended to buy, and left because of this. After which, the employee stopped me, made me tell him where I set everything down, and still followed me into the parking lot after I did so. I don't appreciate being made out to be a thief. I come here all the time tor buy my cigarettes and I thought they knew me by now, but I certainly won't be coming back after this.

The store was well stocked. I found everything I needed plus some interesting Valentine's day presents. The clerk at the register is so sweet!

Made my list and went to Family Dollar had a few items to pick up seems I was there in the shopping plaza to pay a bill for my son Family Dollar was clean well-stocked the employees were wearing masks, it was a successful shopping experience I came away with everything on my list but one item

Coke products 3 for $10 was what I went into store for but I discovered that they have many other things for good prices. It is clean and well organized.
