This is the best store ever . I live down the street and the employees are like family. Bree and George are amazing. Always ready to lend a helping hand I look forward to my daily visit. This location also is incorporating a Dollar Tree store in same building. This allows You to buy stuff from both companies and use a single register to check out at.The store was a bit messy and disorganized but they're still incorporating the Dollar Tree, so to be fair it's expected. Also the employees are really helpful and professional. I WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING HERE over other locations for either companies providing the stock the main products I need and want from both companies..Loving and encouraging this concept for not only other locations but other companies as well!!!Still cramped isles but good deals. Low prices though is better!

I think that Family Dollar / Dollar Tree can use employees that actually want to stay and actually want to work that are persistent because they have responsibilities in life they have to take care of. I'm good in an application approximately a week ago going on 2 weeks and I haven't heard nothing yet. Spoke to the manager but I don't get a direct answer other than that the team is awesome that they have right now Maria she's outstanding and she makes your frown go upside down she's a very good person! She takes her time to make sure that you were looking for the product that you need she never complains about her work in 5 years that I've been going there overall I think Family Dollar at least this one well we should call it the Family Dollar 25 store combination of 2023 y'all came back like Hunger Games blah blah blah hahaha. I just wanted to know you guys are amazing you should never good day without knowing that.

when I got to the register I started to look for my money. it wasn't in my pocket so I apologized to the cashier and told her I lost my money. she asked me what it was and I told her $100 bill. she said she found it on the floor in the toilet paper aisle. I thanked her profusely and went to the company website and told them her name and store number and how wonderful she was. I never heard back from them and sadly I haven't seen her the last couple of times I went there.

I live 2 blocks away i refuse to go back there i drive past it to shop somewhere else there is a tall man thats racist. Told my daughter guess we will have to sell you to slavery sooner. Wrote a complaint still to this day i asked to be contacted by the district maneger and never got a call.

I couldnt even get in an aisle there was so much stuff blocking every way possible..I understand they have alot to put away but wow! Too many people hanging in front of store I couldnt even get a basket myself i had to ask the person blocking them if i could have one. All they were doing was hanging out smoking .I used to luke shopping here but if its going to stay like this inside and outside it will become very run down and I do not feel safe

The cashier staff is amazing. The store manager growls a lot. And singles out the other management staff. She is unprofessional and i will not return to that store to shop until she is gone. I personally heard her indirectly threaten someones job. And this person works their ass off and always have a smile on their face. This person was always helpful. She plays favorites with her staff. Please fix this. This store is close to my house and its sad that i would rather go to another store miles away from my house to shop.

I shop at this store all the time but this was the first time every that the cashier and the manager acted very racial l guess both were having a bad day the cashier was rude and refuse to cash me out because l seam like l was in a hurry after placing the box of gum on the counter she walk off screaming you can pay for the gum some where else l am not waiting on you l guess family dollar is hard up and is just hiring a bunch of nutty employees no worries l won’t be back l will spend my money some where else

We went in this store for the first time, just say I won't be back. Couldnt get down any rolls cause of stuff stocked up. It was a mezz. I be shame to have the store open

This was literally the worst customer service I've ever had. I went into this store to get 4 things, the cash register lady was rude & ignorant. I placed my card in the slot bc of the chip & it wasnt working so SHE pulled it oit and said to do it again, the screen said swipe it so i swiped it instead. Mind you this women started yelling at me telling me i shouldnt have removed my card, i said youuuu removed my card even HER what i believe was her husband said the same thing. Then she went on running her mouth, mean while ahe disnt even watch the register as the transaction went thru. I muself told her that she needs lessons on customer service bc she was worried about everyone else. I will mot go back to this store and i will let everyone know what ignorance she & the others were. Never have I had that.So i suggest you pick another store!

I like the new store. The employees are friendly. It's bigger and has room for more variety of products. I like the prices on cleaning supplies and toiletries. If you are on a budget, it's the place to go.

The store manager is rude to the customers the way she speaks and jokes. She doesn't speak very good to her employees. She does not take back merchandise for exchange or return. When you go every time and spend $50 that's very disappointing that you would ever experience not being able to return something.
