Absolutely love this place! I brought my puppy here for his first grooming and Zou was so kind to us . They took great care of him and had him looking great. Definitely recommend and will be bringing my Zuko here from now on.

I love shopping at Woof Gang for my dogs! Their variety of quality dog food, treats and toys is fantastic! I shopped at Woof Gang on the afternoon of 2/10/24 and was helped by the friendliest and most kind employee. I'm a 70 yr old male having been buying dog food once a month for about 7 years. My dog loves the food I buy there he will follow me into my home when I bring the 40lb bag inside , ( he is aware when I open it ) The owner ,"Zoo " is a fabulous woman , always greets me by name and always with a smile, I actually look forward each month to stopping by for dog food and great conversation .Would highly recommend for all you pet food supply's and grooming needs

I love this place, Zou is the best! She always has my dogs best interest at heart and goes above and beyond to make things happen. With all the supply shortages, at times stock gets delayed but she will make sure to temporarily substitute what is needed. Today I had to send my son in there to grab food, all he did was tell her my name and she knew exactly what I needed so that he can pick it up. Thank you Zou !! ❤️🐾❤️

The staff here are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. If there is somebody that loves dogs more than me, then it’s the owner Zou. Dean was incredibly helpful over the phone before I even paid them or scheduled an appointment. You can’t fake this kind of sincerity, and it’s hard to find that these days. I will be recommending this store to everyone that owns a dog and is willing to listen to me!

If I could give less than a star I would. I took my bulldog for a bath and specifically asked for folds to be cleaned and nails to be cut. We back, none of it was done. Groomer told me I could not have my money back because she performed the service, that my dog was too scared. She should have called me and told me to come pick the dog up because she could not perform the service. Instead, they charged me 55.00 and did nothing. I spoke to the nasty owner the next day who called me "ghetto" and would not give me my money back. I called corporate and was able to resolve the issue with a full refund. The owner, "Xiu" knows nothing about customer service and should NOT own a business. Horrible woman.

It's so hard to find a trustworthy grooming shop in our area. But I was able to take my poodle here for a groom that I knew would be tricky and they did a great job. Zou informed me of their process, my dog was done in a reasonable time for his size and he came out looking great, they were able to correct my previous groomers mistake with his top knot. I loved nerding out over the selection of treats they have and felt my dog was well cared for and loved while there. I'm looking forward to coming back.

We’ve been coming to Zou for 3 years. She is the best! They always have our dog’s food in stock. Our dog, Khobi, isn’t always the best behaved when getting groomed but they take such great care of him and make him feel at ease! We always feel comfortable dropping him off. We highly recommend them for their high quality dog food, incredible section of treats, amazing grooming services and most importantly their great customer service!

This was my first time getting my puppy groomed and we decided to try out this place, I had confirmed 2 times over the phone and in person that the price was going to be between $75-85 dollars. The groomer came out and said I take excellent care of my dog and his hair was perfect and soft and easy to cut. When I went to pay the owner told me it was $125. She began to say it was because I asked for something special (which I did not) and then also because he needed a deep conditioner (which he did not, he is bathed once a week and brushed 2x a day). Do not go here, unless you are prepared to get scammed at the end for extra money and made up fees. Super disappointed that they would treat a new customer, let alone anyone like this. Will not be returning.

We love this place for both grooming (Kathy) and pet food. They have great selection of Healthy food for both dog and cats. When our dogs gets groomed they great Kathy with a big dog hug and wet kisses. We love to spoil them with monster bully treats. Owners are great to communicate with and always serve their guest with excellent service. Thank you for always providing excellent service.

A friend recommended woof Gang bakery to me, and it was the best recommendation I ever got. I am very picky about where to take my dog to get groomed, as well as what to feed my dog. I went to woof Gang after hearing amazing reviews from a good friend of mine. I have a bearded collie who’s fur is very difficult to maintain, so my expectations were low.Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the owner (Zou) with a heart warming welcome. I told her my expectations, and felt very relaxed leaving my dog there with her. When I came back, not only was basils hair completely brushed and neat as a pin, but she smelt AMAZING. I was shocked and entirely impressed They were able to make My dog look so good. This was the first groomer that I was completely satisfied with.Before leaving, I told Zou about Basils Stomach issues she’s been having, and she recommended some foods to feed her that would help and gave me wet and dry food that was easily digestible and healthy.Both Basil and I are now regulars. I recommend this place to everyone ☺️

Best grooming service ever. The staff took good care of my poodle and groomed him well. I also liked their food assortment--high quality dog food and all the items that I need are in the store. The owner was also hands on and was there to answer any concerns on dog food nutrition facts and other puppy health issues.

Doggy Love- woof gang in Abacoa is the best place to buy healthy dog food and grooming or whatever your dog needs. The staff are super friendly and conscientious regarding your dogs needs. As an example, I brought my dog inside the store and after looking at her skin, it was suggested some salmon oil in her food would remove the dry areas in her skin and provide a healthy coat.Overall a very special doggy store with a boutique feel. Most dogs do not like to go into doggie stores or the vet. Marilyn loves to go in to the store 😄😎🐶

Please beware - do not take your animals to be groomed here.I wish I could give less than 1 star. At a glance the previous ratings seem acceptable because most are reviewing the bakery. I should have read the reviews of the grooming side of this business more carefully as many have complained.I took my three dogs to be groomed here - two just a nail trim, and one a full groom and hair cut. My Pomeranian came in for a “boo” haircut and they shaved her completely, including her gorgeous Pomeranian tail which is now just a stub. My big girl who went in for a trim, left with only half her nails trimmed and two days later developed a horrible infection in her nail. I had to take her to the vet, resulting in $150 bill and two weeks of antibiotics.

I've been buying my quality dog food from this location for 4 years. I buy monthly and by 2nd visit owner knew my name, Owner is extremely polite , caring and knowledgeable. If you care what your pet eats this is the place to shop , Would highly recommend her .Recently. my Stafford Bull Terrier has been hurting in his left rear hindquarters. I thought I was giving him the supplements he needed, Recently figured I wasn't . Zoo looked at what I was giving him and recommened a Joint Help Vitamin , Now after only 3 days he's back to running the full yard on all 4 legs , (3acres )

Zou @ Woofgang is amazing. I lived around the corner from this location and always had my dogs groomed there due to price, availability, & convenience. After moving nearly 25 minutes away, I still make the drive because of how wonderful they are. They can always squeeze my pups in last minute, do a consistently great job and are very accommodating! I have an infant & toddler and Zou actually came out to my car to get the dogs for me so I didn’t have to manage carrying two babies & two dogs. Truly customer service oriented. So thankful for them!

Zou and her team are amazing!!! We drive up from West Palm just to get our dog groomed because they do such a terrific job. We tried a handful of groomers before Woofgang and we always had issues, but once we we found Zou we haven't gone anywhere else. She really cares about the dogs and her customers. I cannot recommend enough!

They groomed well. But their pricing is cockie...we called ahead they added fees which could have been avoided or maybe that's their plan. Like extra to cut paws for dark nails. Let's assume 80% of all dogs have dark nails. A Clean up fee. Let's also assume a scared dog is going to mess...occupational hazard. Almost $100 to groom a mid breed daschund. First and last.

Zou and her team are always friendly and helpful. When I needed to switch the dogs food due to allergies she came up with the solution that works and everyone is happy 💕the small treats are perfect size. Always friendly and everyone knows your name and what you need great to be remembered. Recommend to all my friends. I even take the treats up to my friend’s dogs in Orlando they love them too.

Zou always informs me of new products and if something is not working for my furbie, she'll have great suggestions to offer up and they usually work. Woof-gang in Abacoa is worth driving the distance from NPB. They have quite a selection of pet food, treats, toys etc. The owner is knowledgeable, super friendly and very helpful! The groomers do an excellent job. Kathy frequently takes care of my two dogs and although they don’t require a complex cut, I have seen her work on dogs that do and they look beautiful (as do mine). I know I’m there to buy food but the atmosphere is just so pleasant! The owner knows everyones name, she greets all with exuberance! There are incentives for regular customers which is nice, Zou even clips the bar code from Fromm dog food bags and saves them for the purchaser so they will get a free bag of food after 12 are collected. So if you need a boost and dog food you should try Woof Gang Bakery Abacoa!

My sons dog Max loves this place, always wagging his tail when its our time to go for grooming. Even when i leave him to their care, hes still happy and well taken cared of and so many snacks to choose from. he’s not hungry anymore when we get home. I like their friendly staff too especially the owner, Zou. Always makes sure everything is covered.

I am a pet-sitter, and I met Zou at Woof-gang from a few of my clients who had me drop off, or pick up their dog from her as a groomer. I was very impressed seeing the dog I was picking up, plus the other dogs coming out of her facility. Last year, I got a new dog of my own that required grooming. I knew right where to take her. Zue does exactly what I ask her to do for my dog. I’m always pleased with her grooming skills. I just wish she could do my hair.

I used to love this place! The owner of this place is amazing woman and she used to appreciate all her customers. We used their service for couple years and we were 100%satisfied before.But unfortunately, my last experience was not pleasant and I have got disappointed!I was charged more than usually! I used to pay $75-85 With all extra, and Now I was charged $108!!!!They didn’t tell about raising price or etc. The administrator told me that I was charged more for extra service ( which they used to do all the time and it usually included ) and they didn’t even tell me in advance that I have to pay EXTRA $30😳!!!!What was even more upsetting is that the groomer didn’t do it well!!! You guys are going to loose all your loyal customers with that kind of service!!!We are not coming back!!! Thanks.
