Staff is usually always pleasant when I come in. They’ll greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. Very pleased to see their betta fish aren’t in tiny cups like petsmart/petco!! Efficient spacing to where the bettas are happy enough to make bubble nest. They even have some bettas in their own tank.

Nice array of products for my cat. Just wish the things I saw on the website that appeared to be in stock at my local store were actually on the shelf. And it took all my willpower not to walk out with a kitten in need of a home!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This place is the best around for fish. Hailey really knows her stuff. I would go there over any other place around West Palm or Jupiter just for the simple reason of the staff being so knowledgeable on their fish.Don't waste your time or money going to fish shops with people who don't know their stuff go here and get a world of information regarding fish types, compatibility and variety.Five stars. Keep up the good work

I have been bringing my dog Dillinger here for years, at least 5 or 6. Everybody knows his name when he walks in the door, I love everyone who works there and so does Dillinger. Sometimes I just bring him in to get him out of the house and to say hi to his friends. Also, Jacob is awesome! Always super helpful and all around good guy!

Pet Supermarket is the place to go especially if you are looking for fish. Hailey is so knowledgeable on fish and how to keep your tank thriving and which fish will live peacefully with each other. I now have the most beautiful tank set up and really happy fish. I love stopping in to see which new fish I can add.

The staff here is friendly & kind. Their aquariums are pretty clean & their freshwater fish selection is often refreshed. They are the only ones who sell feeder guppies & ghost shrimp for a decent price. They also have a wide variety of dog & cat foods in different price ranges, including high-end, raw & freezer-dried. Lots of parking, so it's easy to get in & out quickly.

Great staff and quality items not found at other pet stores. Lots of items for small petite dogs that can't be found elsewhere. Great selection of dog and cat food as well. Will continue to shop there and at other pet Supermarkets

My 6 year old came in today to pick a betta. He was super excited and a young gentleman named Jacob helped him. Jacob is patient, helpful, and has lots of knowledge on fish. Best experience in a pet store ever

I tried buying 8 dozen crickets and some really nice woman from there took her time and put them in separate bags because thats their policy now. Then when we get to the register the manager said he has to recount them because she put 100 in there. and if he knew his math he would know that it should be around a 100.

It was bad enough when they said the small bag of ProPlan Urinary didn't sell so they discontinued it. I was buying it , I guess every few months. But then the Hill's urinary small can cat food stock started dwindling, and I have a cat that's extremely sickly and must not have anything other than what the vet put her on to eat. Every week, I would go in and the Sensitive skin and Stomach stack got higher and higher and the Urinary eventually ran out cause I bought it all. The cashier was very apathetic about my cat's inability to eat anything else, she said flatly I could leave my name and number and if it ever showed up, they would call me. Also, there's hardly anyone shopping in there and they have A LOT of employees working at the same time. Seems like someone could have found out for sure why they had not received this product in for about 3 weeks now. Don't worry, she sent me to Pet Smart and there I found it! Also, they have a generic brand of wet cat food for only 46cents a can and the 8 ferals I feed all love pate! I'm so excited, I found a great place to shop!

I had my first shopping experience at this pet supermarket. Im usually a shopper at Petsmart, but its easy to say not anymore! This Pet supermarket carries a wide variety of pet supplies for animals of all kinds! The staff was very friendly and helpful! In particular the manager Rachael. I had a few questions and concerns about changing my dogs food, but she was very imformative and ensured that it was a good brand. She said that it was even the brand that she used for her dog! It showed that she and her employees truly care about their customers! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door and throughout my entire shopping experience. I can easily say I will not be shopping anywhere else.

Always friendly service, but just like their other stores cause they are a huge chain, they are waaaaayyyyy overpriced!! Got same exact 72" tall kitty condo/cat tower off Ebay for a third of the price they were asking for the same one.

Really dirty store. Employees are rude and uneducated in the health and well-being of their animals. Workers get over worked and the managers rude as hell. All around would never recommend going back

the only bad reviews are posted from an idiot and a guy who considers himself a pro reviewer and has nothing but bad reviews on his homepage lol! pet supermarket dosnt carry medication. period. Petco does. sounds like you took a pet supermarket coupon to petco, they didnt honor it and you left confused. Also this location DOES take the mail in VIP coupons as long as they are not expired, i do it all the time

So recently I purchased a bag of Nature's Variety Puppy Food "RAW BOOST KIBBLE PUPPY - CHICKEN" . So after a few days I notice my 6 month old puppy was acting funny. She did not want to eat. So after closer examination of the bag, I became apparent to me that I was SOLD a bag of Food that was over a month expired. Good News is that PetSupermarket is going to refund me for the expired food. Frustration is that it happen... So I guess it is important to double check EVEN dog food.

Manager Landon is very disrespectful. I miss my old store on northlake. I will never shop at pet supermarket again because of him. Goodbye pet supermarket and hello pet smart.
