Been coming here for years and I buy bait here all the time staff is great. However, you guys need to open at least 8 o’clock 9 o’clock is ridiculous. If you’re going to sell bait and tackle also, it’s not consistent with other locations. you would think West Marine would have standard hours of operation for all locations. It’s frustrating when you go out of your way to drive there and they’re closed.

They have really nice boating/fishing clothes. The fishing department is sparse, and the prices are very high store wide.They don't carry name brand motor oils or lower unit gear oils, only West Marine brand.Sales associates are always pushing to join their rewards program. They must get a bonus.

They match the price for an outboard engine that I wanna with a tremendous discount and in few days I got a call my engine arrived. Good experience so far. Great customer service a girl name Katie at the store took the time to explain everything about the engine.

Just wow!! While we've always been impressed with West Marine, today was exceptional!! We are currently carless, at a marina, ready to navigate our newly purchased boat to Louisville, KY, and found we needed a couple items to secure our vessel. Justin, at West Marine, went above and beyond!! He not only located what we needed, he delivered it to us!! On his own time, in his own car!! Amazing and so extremely appreciated!! There's a lot going on, in both expense and time and you all gave us a stress breaker!! Thank you guys, especially Justin, so very much!!

As a boat builder I've been dealing with this store for quite a few years. The service and selection have always been good . The prior manager was replaced by Janelle Warren. As with any change in management there were some staffing changes ,,,, In this case all for the better. Janelle has done an amazing job with the entire operation. I have never had better service in a friendlier atmosphere in any store. Kudos to West Marine, Janelle and the entire staff for an outstanding job!!!!! especially in today's atmosphere..... THANK YOU!

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are what you expect for a specialty store. They have a great selection of parts for marine use and good selection of clothing and fishing tackle.

I shop at the Jensen Beach West Marine because of the wonderful and friendly associates. They're always eager to help and go above and beyond to do their best to get what I need. The prices aren't an issue when the customer service is so great. They're open 7 days a week and almost everyday of the year. Name another Marine store that can say that.

Night and day!!! Just posted about the visit to the store in Ft Pierce. Unbelievably positive attitude, etc. Encouraged sales without being pushy, etc.Tried finding a map of the ICW that covered the stretch directly east of the Jensen Beach store. Ft Pierce didn't have in stock but said it appeared that Jensen Beach did. Employee even offered to call for me but I said I'd just head down. They had none. After playing intercom tag a few times, the cashier finally asked the Mgr to come out. (Cashier was friendly). He looked in the same area I already looked with the same results! He finally said that his only suggestion was to place an order to "the other side of the state". I said fine, let's do it.I mentioned that since the map in question was specifically for the area in which his store was located, I would assume he'd be ordering whether I needed a copy or not since he didn't HAVE any. Nope, they, (the vendor?), just send an allotted number. So I guess he normally wouldn't be getting any refills until he had sold the 18+ copies of Ft Lauderdale and the 12+ copies of Palm Beach that were gathering dust. He DID place the order for me and he wasn't rude, etc.. Evidently the company has people further up the ladder that handle any marketing, initiative, etc.

A big thank you to Logan for a tremendous amount of help picking out everything we need to get started fishing. He spent a god bit of time walking me through all of the necessary gear and accessories, letting me know what he uses, what he recommends, what to buy now, and what to add to the list for when we get some more experience.Looking forward to returning soon as we enjoy our new hobby!

This is the third time I went to make a purchase at this store. The staff, when you see them, is reluctant to help. I just walked out of the store after waiting twenty minutes to purchase over $600 in rods and reels.Last time I was here. The cashier was to busy texting people on her phone to ring me up at the check out desk and when she finally realized she had a customer, she was very rude.I don't thing I'll be making it here a fourth time. Hopefully the store south of here is better.

Janelle offer a great customer service. She made the impossible for me. She got me a gps chart plotter from california in less than 24 hours. That's what I call great service. Thank you janelle you made our family really happy. I will recommend this place. 5🌟

Needed a part for my Mercury outboard motor. They didn't stock it but referred me to another place that might have it. They also offered to order it. The part that cost a little over a dollar. They were pleasant as could be to deal with. I had stopped at a place across the street from them and they wouldn't even tell me how I might get the part.

Wow. I had a list of things I needed Rick was at the register and I ask if he had someone to help me.He immediately said there is only two of us in the store but funny thing is no other customers where in the store parking lot was empty.He then acted frustrated and ask me to go over list with him and I did and then said start on isle 1 I said I need someone to help me because if I get it wrong I’ll fail the coast guard test. He said I can’t help you and that’s your problem it’s your business!So in short if you want any help at all do not go to this store. I called the Stuart location and they told me to come on down they would be happy to pull my items with me to insure I get what I need. As a business owner I would not have Rick working at my store I’ve used the the Jensen location for years and now I will travel further to prevent running into Rick the —-. He obviously has no clue what customer services is or the customer is always right!So upset and a waste of my time!!!!

I returned a a rod to thesthe Jensen, which I purchased at another West Marine. Frank and Matt were excellent. They spent a long time helping me find exactly what I wanted. They were a pleasure to work with . This type of customer service, has made me a lifelong West Marine customer.

Yesterday I purchased some items from the Jensen Beach store. The cashier was very rude. He asked for my phone number 3 times (hard for him to hear me with the 8x8 plexiglass in between us). Scanned my items and then proceeded to complete the transaction. Then he walked to the other cash register and began taking care of another customer. He did not offer a bag or even say thank you. Very unprofessional. In the future I will visit other marine suppliers in the area.

Great location and good service. They have most marine brands. Good selection of boat wash and cleaners. Waxes, electric parts, bilge pumps, trailer parts. Staff doesn't trip over you.
