The Home Depot at Jensen Beach is my one stop shop for everything in home improvements or gardening. The nursery has a great selection of plants at a relatively reasonable cost. A great selection of mulches, rocks, stones and tiles at both budget and higher costs, there is something for everyone here be it pots or bags of soil. The store actual has just about everything you would need from velcro and rubber gloves to holiday decorations, lumber, appliances, paints, electricals and .... you get the drift....it truly is the "one stop shop". My one complaint would be that as the majority of the associates absolutely rock and will do anything for you...the level of knowledge and service given by some who certainly have little interest in working and is more interested in gossipping with each other or comparing their nail art than serving customers does bring the rating down from 5 to 4 stars.

I had to quit working at the Home Depot in Jensen beach do to the fact wendy the over night Manager made my life a leaving hell. She would follow me around she would scream at me. She told me that I am slow. In the beginning she was nice. After a while she became a nightmare. Her and some of her workers that she likes would talk about other people. I worked overnight in the flooring department. I loved what I did. I work alone I am a hard worker. I have never had any of my previous employees tell me that I am slow. Wendy her self in the beginning told me that I am a hard worker and other people at the store Has told me that I am a hard worker. I would lift 75 pounds boxes by myself to unpack. I talk to the store manager about the situation. What he said to me was (Elsie is it Home Depot that is the problem. You did the same thing at the Home Depot in st Lucie west. You used to come and talk to me about Brian treating you bad) I work at the Home Depot in st Lucie west prior to working at the Jensen beach. Brian was my manager there. I was so shock when he said that do to the fact that I have never talk to him about Brian. Brian was very nice to me when I worked there even when I told Brian that I am quitting he told me if I ever change my mind and wanted to come back let him know. I would appreciate your reading my letter and helping me resolve an issue I was having with the management at that location.My job was to stock shelves nightly in the D-23 area. I performed my duties to the best of my ability, and was always willing to perform any additional duties assigned to me.I am only one person, but at times, I was asked “to be in two places at the same time.” When that happened, I would usually finish the work in my aisles and then move on to whatever else I was asked to do. I believe I practiced safety in every task. If my supervisor wanted to prioritize my tasks, it would have be helpful if that were made clear at the beginning of the evening. I would follow her suggestions.In addition, my supervisor, (Wendy) had been following me from point to point as I worked. As a black woman, I am used to being followed around in grocery stores, Walmart and even playgrounds with my three year old son. Because of such incidents, I know what retaliation, harassment, and discrimination look like.I was not comfortable being followed most evenings by my supervisor. I have never broken the rules, taken anything, relaxed on the job, or answered anyone back. This is obvious on the store videos. So why was I being scrutinized? I am proud of my work ethic and I believe I did my work diligently.Let me also note that Wendy would reprimand me with statements like, “You’re so slow.” I have overheard her making similar statements to other employees about me. She would scream at me in front of other employees. There appeared to be a tremendous lack of respect in the way she addressed me. Such incidents served to create a hostile environment.I have met with Trey Baldwin, the store manager, to discuss this matter. So far these meetings have been to no avail.It upsets me greatly to think that anyone believes I’m not qualified or not a team player. I am an attentive worker I was proud of the way my work area looked when I left the store. I was pleased to know that the aisles appeared attractive to incoming customers.I loved my job at Home Depot. I tried to prove it by working hard every evening. Running around today trying to find a good lawn mower to buy. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in the store, it looks like I'll be ordering one there online selection.. There's definitely a much better selection at the store than there is at that competitor across the street.

Decent Home Depot but parking is a nightmare, especially for contractors and people with work trailers, etc. The staff is friendly and are easy to find when you need them to unlock sections that are inaccessible like the power tools. However, I’d prefer to go to the Lowe’s up the street just because of the insanity of this parking lot and how packed the store always is. Long lines to check out.

Went back a second time few days later, Jennifer in lumber was so easy to work with on a project! Just like working with a friend or a neighbor. I also noticed that she's really good about putting tools she uses back and straightening up product as she's walking by.Both coming in and coming out Jan in self-checkout was a pleasure to get assistance from, very warm and friendly.Both of these employees are just like your good neighbor next door! Thank you both!Fellow and plumbing was so busy he said, "Get in line, take a seat get a cup of coffee coffee as it's going to be quite a while before I can get to you". But really, 2 out of 3 is great.Last weekend:Very disinterested help with our plumbing project at customer service and plumbing dept a few hours ago. However, we ran into "Marty" (a stocker) and he pointed out a couple items and really turned things around! Thanks Marty!

Don't special order anything. Unless you have lots of time on your hands. It's an extremely slow process. And no overnight or second day option. Waiting over a week for an item scheduled to be here in four days. From Alabama to Florida. Could've picked it up quicker.

Parking is never an issue which is great, but advice and amount of actual employees on hand isn't the best. I've learned more from Google/YouTube than the employees have helped me with. Check the website to see if the product is actually in stock before you go.

Every time you ask for help at Jensen Beach depot they act like you're bothering them. Really either they're lazy or just don't care. I have spent thousands of dollars there an God forbid I dare ask them a simple question. No wonder people steal them blind I miss the old mom & pop hardware stores

I was one of the first customers to walk through the door over 33 years ago! I had met Lucy and Wayne who are still working there today! They are Great! I always find what I need and I'm in and out in minutes! I bought a new garage door opener yesterday and they offered to installation for only $139, that was a no brainer! I could have done it but I'll pay someone else that does it 4 or 5 times a day and save myself the aggravation!

Used to really like this Home Depot. Tried to checkout and the only way to check out was by doing self checkout…zero options to have a real live person cashier. I hope this isn’t standard practice and it was just an anomaly.

The returns dept. at this home depot specifically needs to be revamped . It is not efficient. The employees need retraining . In the past 4 weeks I have made 3 returns after buying mass amounts of materials. All three times this dept. has not done there job in a effective and orderly manner

Do not order from Home Depot, Any Big Appliances, we order a curio stand and the company they partner with said they don’t bring inside and we had to move it 2 flights of stairs ourself or cancel the order and pay a restocking fee , They lied to our face at the customer service center in the Jenson Beach store , The lady said they deliver and put in up , My husband is 67 and I’m 57 , That is cruel just to make a buck , Make sure you get it in writing that they do deliver in house and not on your walkway , If my husband or I have a heart attack moving it out of the rain , we’re getting a lawyer , Don’t shop at Home Depot if your elderly, they don’t care !!!!!

Took my sweet girl to HD in Jensen Beach for her 1st store adventure. The staff, especially Billy, who got her water, were especially welcoming and kind to her. The staff are always helpful and although it is a little out of the way it is worth it.

My favorite store!! It is Home Depot, and an associate is pretty hard to come by. The best thing about HD that I like personally is the Ryobi tools section!!!

This home depot is very organized and the staff is great but "Bill" is a spectacular asset to the company. Bill helped me and my father purchased roofing supplies and he was so kind and patient with us. He gave us the best customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Clean store. Back of shopping center with lots of parking. A lot of employees walking around asking if you need assistance. Checked out some portable ac units, some pavers and some ac filters.

I came to this Home Depot on recommendation from the store at Hayden Island in Oregon because this place is the only one that has a special panel that I would like on clearance for $32 normally $95 and I am here to get a 6 of them I believe they come in packages of 14 from the lumber yard and they're 8 foot by 5 foot 8.5" with a lattice cap. This particular Home Depot is supposed to have 34 of them in stock, I found 2 when i walked in up front outside; everybody else in town sold out. It was a special purchase, just passing the sale on to me for way less than I can afford to build this panel if I bought the raw Lumber and did the labor myself. Storage situated in a huge outdoor mall area behind the original Jantzen Beach Mall with ample parking for 400 vehicles; the store is huge like most Home Depot it's the roughly same size as the one on Glenn Widing Drive in Portland. It's 4 o'clock in the afternoon the last period before the HD Pro contractors who need to pick up scheduled drops of construction materials and last minute just in time items for tomorrow's jobs. If they can be polite and find my panels and then get my truck loaded in an expeditious manner I will give them a 5 star rating. At 4:14 they are stumped to find the other 30 or 2 bundles/palette. I walk to the back yard and finally locate the panels myself by 4:40pm. By 5:15 I have rounded up someone who can run the forklift and get my panels down from on top of some other panel shipments and help me load them into my truck. I pulled out at 5:50 with the panels paid for loaded end ratcheted down right (with new 27' ratcheting 3333 lb tiedowns that I find the last two of for $8 a piece, the last of a batch with the old SKU saving $18 total off the exact same tieedowns with the new SKU) in the back of my truck with some other small nick nacks I need that I grabbed up wile finding my store help for exactly $240.01 saving me about 368 dollars but taking almost 2 full hours because the help was difficult to locate, not well trained and basically slow and lazy. I'm satisfied with the product & price 5* worth but their help and expedience rating is below average about a 2* performance so overall I rate this particular Home Depot at 3*.

Usually, it has some of the best prices and service. Only had 1 issue with an employee who lied about the wood cutter being broken because he didn't feel like cutting my wood. Recently had excellent service with very heavy tile that they helped put in my cart and then in my car. There was no way I could of done it on my own. The store employee even helped me get the right products for properly laying my tile. Thanks!

Nice and clean with all the products available for the home. They have self checkout and regular cashier's. The seasonal decorations are right as you walk in which is nice and staff are very friendly!

So apparently, even if you have an official Veterans ID card, you still have to have a cell phone to get the Veterans discount. REALLY??? I never had a problem getting my discount at Home Depot before, showing my card, now you have to download their APP to get it. I told the manager I don't have a cell phone, but I showed him my ID, and he said he would make this one time exception. I told him thank you, and next time I'm going to Lowe's because I never have a problem there. All I need is my Veterans ID and my home phone #. I don't have to give anyone my email address, personal info, etc. Just my VALID VETERAN'S ID CARD. Heads up to all you Veteran's that are old fashioned like me, and don't have a cell phone.

Today's visit to Home Depot with total waste of time! Was looking for a thermostat lock box to fit an Emerson thermostat this one I was able to find it Rocky's Ace Hardware down the street for about $3 more but they would have charged me for the wrong size one, but that's what you get for falling in love!
