This is a very nice Publix!! It even has a dining area for eating your meals!! I was very impressed with the flower shop at this store. They had arrangements all over the place!! It was beautiful 😍 🤩 As usual, Publix was clean, neat and fully stocked!! I was able to run in and grab just what I needed!! I just love Publix ❤️

It's a big beautiful grocery store everything is fully stocked! The employees here at the customer service desk and on the floor are always extremely helpful. Such a pleasure to shop here. Well let me not forget the parking is amazing the angle they have it at and the width of the spaces, it's an easy in and out!

Always very clean staff very friendly and ready to help even admin staff. I had a hard time finding certain things but did get everything I needed. More than half of my purchase was the great deals "Buy one Free". A+

I am very disappointed with the service received here today at the customer service area. While trying to complete a western union transaction an employee brought a customer over and reached over me and handed David an item and told him to cash her out. David stopped assisting me as I was only waiting to sign and complete my transaction and proceeded to assist the other customer without asking me if I was ok with this. When I asked if he can finish my transaction before he starts assisting someone else he shrugged his shoulders and told me to relax! He completed cashing her out before me. I requested to speak with the manager, Jennifer came up front I explained the situation she apologized for the incident. However David just stood staring at me with a smug look on his face as if he did nothing wrong and there will be no consequences for his rude behavior. When I shop in Publix I expect great customer service and this was not it. David has changed my opinion in employees that Publix hires and should definitely train them to represent the store better. 12/24 @ 4:52 pm

This is one of the worst Publix’s in the area. Prices seem to be on some sort of market value that changes day to day, the employees in the deli are extremely rude and disrespectful, and the management staff is useless in helping to resolve any customer-related issues. On more than one occasion, this location has proven to me it doesn’t care about its customers or their experience. The Publix on Port St. Lucie Blvd is much cheaper for some reason (probably because they aren’t practicing price gouging) and their staff is much more friendly. For anyone living in Jenson/Stuart area, the Publix down Port St. Lucie Blvd is so much cheaper and better, it’s not all Publix’s!

Purchased a strawberry cake at the bakery for $20 for my daughter's birthday. When we cut the cake there was no strawberry filling inside the cake. I even asked the person who was working at the bakery if it had filling and she said she didn't know and then she said yes. It did not. If you work in the bakery you need to know the products you are selling. The cake was awful and ruined my daughter's birthday. Very upset!!!!

I just want to give kudos for the best customer service from Summer, and Heather and Ian in the sandwich deli department. They genuinely care about the customers and have taken very good care of me many times. Thank you especially through the busy holiday times. Thank you for all you do.

This store was very clean and organized. They had more than enough staff working to ensure your not waiting on long lines and considering I was just visiting the area, I was able to easily find someone to ask where any product I couldn’t find was located. They all greeted me with a smile and thanked me for visiting which was a nice change from a few other stores I was in that day! The prices were reasonable and I loved the Large selection of flavors and sizes that I wished my local supermarket offered! I had a very pleasant experience here and definitely recommend shopping here instead of the other local options!

The prices still haven’t come down from Covid days. $4.85 for my sour dough bread? Seriously? Everything is overpriced at Publix, way overpriced. That’s why I shop at Sams Club and Walmart now. $11.29 for a bag of shredded cheddar cheese? $3.99 for a bag of shredded potatoes? $11.29 for a jar of mayonnaise? Really? Seriously? What a joke.Update 11/8- I paid $4.49 for a cantaloupe that was the size of a swollen softball because my wife had to have her cantaloupe and contravene cheese. It looked fresh on the outside, but, when I cut it up it was mushy and tasteless. What has happened to our world where everything is way overpriced and not of good quality. Usually Publix has better quality. Not the case anymore. A cantaloupe use to fill this container. Now it’s not even half full for twice as much money. Walmart had slightly smaller ones at $2.52 each. They suck too. I just want to know why prices haven’t come down, 2 years after Covid ended. Are companies gonna milk that cow until we r all broke and can’t afford to eat? Wow!!!

I called as well to say this but I just wanted to highlight how amazing the young man who helped me with my toddler today was. He went above and beyond for my son to keep him happy while I checked out even going so far as to help me to my car and helped him pick out a hot wheels car. Just wanted to say, he’s a keeper. Shopping at this Publix is always a pleasure. I found everything I needed except for Argo Corn Starch, but it seems like a supplier issue because the nearby Walmart was out of stock as well. The staff at this Publix are exceptional and always go above and beyond to greet you and make you comfortable to make you feel welcome and appreciated. A special mention to Dan (I think that's his name) in the Fresh fish department. He's a great guy and knows his stuff. Well be enjoying the salmon I bought this evening.A great store - Highly recommended 👌 👍

Very nice and new PUBLIX. Large store with all the conveniences and a drive thru pharmacy. Good bakery with a good produce area and deli. Store gets pretty busy most of the time. While there are many friendly staff there, some (but not all) of the pharmacy staff are not the most friendly. One disappointment is that the self checkout area no longer takes cash. Must use a credit or debit card. It's a real shame because I often run in just to get bananas or bread, and I can either wait in a slow line so I can pay with cash, or go quicker through the self checkout lane, but am forced to use my credit card for a $2 item! Silly!

Water dispenser is always broken.If you’re limited on time,I wouldn’t recommend going here. The workers are at their own speed and it’s always packed here now. A lot of people that visiting comes here. Clean and stocked however if you’re look for Family size meats,they don’t have anything close to that.the prices are only worth it if you’re couponing with in store coupons and manufacturers from your local newspaper. Last few times we got ground beef from here it’s been brown on the inside and tasted old. Same with their premade burgers too..

I got stopped in the parking lot because I was "being watched" at self check-out, and some red-headed white lady assumed I didn't pay for my groceries. But had she actually been "watching", she would have seen that I went to the register right next to self check-out to pay with 2 forms of payment since apparently it can't be done at self check-out. She made an assumption about me, so now I'm going to make an assumption about the whole store because she represents said store, and I'm NEVER going back.
