I wanted to share a good experience I had with the floral department/produce associate Jimmy. We were helping with a small wedding nearby and the bride and groom had ordered some flowers and a cake from this Publix location. The bride intended the flowers to be bouquets to walk down the aisle with, but there had been a miscommunication as Jimmy explained that Publix only orders the flowers and are limited as far as design work. Most of their bouquets come prepared already. In short , they thought the bride meant that she needed bouquets to set in vases on tables and ordered flowers based on her wedding colors. Just when I thought I would have to deliver bad news or put the bouquets together myself , Jimmy whipped out his shears and cut the flowers short to be hand held. He wrapped tissue papers around the stems so nobody would get pricked by thorns. He even tied some matching balloon ribbon on each to make them look festive! He was polite and genuinely empathetic of the mix up. He went above and beyond for us. We were very pleased with the exceptional service he provided and so appreciative for his kindness. Thanks Jimmy 👍 😊 the bride loved the bouquets.

The pharmacy helped me out of a pickle with forgetting my meds in SC. Very clean store, great variety of designer subs, I now have a new favorite sub! Free cookies for the kids, love it! Keep doing what you're doing. Very friendly staff and checkout baggers too!

Their selection is good to very good and includes oddball stuff I like. (not many stores have three brands of carrot juice). The bakery could use less plastic packaging. I've made this suggestion a couple of times.It's probably not the cheapest but it is convenient and makes up for price in time. I don't have to drive out of the way.

The deli people are so rude they don't have enough cashiers and the staff in the front end just look miserable. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a Publix. Also, my son was self checking out and one of the things didn't scan and the staff who approached him was so condescending and rude. He didn't realize besides the fact that we spent almost $500 in the store I don't think we were trying to get away with one of the buy one get one free breads. So unreal.

Terribly slow Deli and the manager sucks with customer service. I waited for 15 minutes (not exaggeration I actually timed it) before someone even spoke to me. One lady was making a sub for the person in front of me the entire time I waited. Nobody cared to help her as everyone else was walking around not helping anyone as I was the only customer waiting. After finally getting my sub then asking for a manager so I could bring it to his attention he made an excuse (before even apologizing for the wait). He said “oh they are making online orders” I replied and told him no they weren’t, there were no orders hanging like there usually is when there are online orders. And the lady was barely making the one sub for the person in front of me. Thanks for your terrible hospitality manager and thanks for making me wait half of my lunch break for a sandwich.

Service at the deli county is terrible. They have only one person making sandwiches even with a line that may be more than five or six people deep. If you are going to charge high prices, don't provide low quality service.

Great Publix. Plenty of parking although it can get pretty busy but there’s always a spot available somewhere. The staff is friendly and the deli section is great. I love to come here before and/or after the beach for a Pub Sub and some beer. Their grocery prices are good like the other Publix’s in the area. I like to check out their weekly ad that comes out every Thursday as they tend to have a lot of good, brand-name items on BOGO every week. They recently added self-checkout lanes at this location which is nice as well as it speeds up the process.

Nice grocery store. 4 stars because some of the prices are higher than what I pay in Chicago. Chicago grocery prices are 6 percent higher than the national average. But in Florida, just head up a few more miles, to US 1 and pay considerably less.

Just wish prices were better for everyone there expensive u think as many people that shop there they would lower som prices $ on milk Sam's and Walgreens have same products for $1 cheaper and many other places just wish our community stores would help onut more savings to help out families 😢

The cashier at Publix. Renee, she is a delight. She is so nice! It's so funny she makes the end of the experience of shopping. Extremely happy. He's funny. She'll joke with you. Ask how your day is going and make it all worthwhile. She's the kind of person I'd like to be a friend with. She is amazing. She is always polite and really wonderful. She brings the professionalism and the loving care of being just a wonderful person Publix is lucky to have her.

Close to home, good sales. Catch their new sales online on Thursday. Bogos are the best, stock up. Can even call them to hold specific items.

Please train your cashiers to listen and confirm lottery ticket purchases before they print the ticket. They just say oh I thought you said something else and then they take the ticket away to sell it to someone else. It's just wrong. Confirm that you heard it correctly! Not that hard.

Store is very clean but workers don't seem friendly also I walked in with my service dog wearing her service vest yet the worker ran to call mgn which was ok but then I went in again the next day n the same woman again ran to call mgn. It was a different mgn but did let him know she already knew from the day before that she was a service dog.

Well kept store with great stock to accommodate both locals and tourists. Staff are extremely kind and helpful, from shelf stockers to the cashiers and baggers. Every time we went, we were offered help carrying our groceries to the car by multiple employees.

Huge selection of ice cream. Lots of Gatorade type drinks. Pool toys and beach chairs. Pharmacy is very helpful. Deli is often busy making fresh sandwiches so it must be good.

Always clean, well stocked and most of the employees are friendly. Brittany in the Deli has been a huge help. Let's be honest, it's Publix and they rarely disappoint. Pharmacy is on the left, deli and bakery on the front right with meat department straight back and produce to the back right corner. Have been shopping here since the mid 90s and it's always a pleasure!
