Used to be good, but has steadily declined. Prices high, assistance non existent. If they are blocking the aisle doing something, you better be prepared to go home and come back for whatever you came to get. Don’t bother them. Back to shopping exclusively at Home Depot.

If you're in Jensen Beach or any of the surrounding areas. Make absolutely sure that you go to Lowe's. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. It is the exact opposite experience of going to home Depot in Jensen Beach. Once again do not go to home Depot. Unless you want to encounter the most incompetent, miserable and rude staff you have ever met in your life.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Lowe's, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by employee Joby. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Joby's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction deserves recognition, and I believe he would make an excellent store manager. Kudos to Lowe's for having such an exemplary team member!

My husband went there last Friday because he wanted to buy some paint for our shower stall. He didn't know what to buy so he asked the man running the paint department. So the man grabbed the paint off the shelf and told my husband that this is what he needed so he bought it. My husband worked hard for 2 days and the shower looked beautiful. We waited 72 hours and then he took a shower and it was peeling really bad. At that point he knew that it was the wrong paint. We went back with receipt and the 2 containers of paint because we wanted a refund unfortunately there is no refund for all his hard work. We talked to and older women in management I believe her name was Sheila. She was not friendly at all. Instead of apologizing for all the inconvenience to put it lightly and she said well its obvious this is for door window trim and she was being very condescending. She reluctantly said she would give us the money on only one can of paint because we couldn't find the other receipt on the other one but she finally caved and gave us all our money back. Mind you my husband has to peel all that frigging paint off now. My husband said maybe he can find the paint at Home depot and she said know it's a specialty paint Needless to say we went to Home depot and the man working the paint department knew exactly what we needed. It was a kit that will work great on shower stalls. Home depot is way more knowledgeable and nice. Don't fall for the pretty store.

Only 1 mile from my house. New owners and Lowe's has helped me with home improvements and value to my home. Not to mention my Military discount and military personal parking up front. Nice.

Lowe's continues to serve the public with really horrible customer service. There's always exceptions like the gentleman that helped us in the plumbing department I don't know what his name was but he was amazing and very accommodating.

Looking/shopping for patio furniture. really good selection. did not make a purchase today. BUT was impressed by being able to break most sets down by the piece. This may influence our return/purchasing decision. BTW store was very clean and organized.

We visited the Garden Center of Lowe's because thier bags of Soil were only $2 ea.! And the Red Mulch was also on sale Cheap! And we were looking for very vibrant garden flowers. I can't help but compare Lowe's prices to Walmart's Garden Center flower's and Lowe's was higher. None the less, we proceeded to fill our cart with garden flowers anyway. The staff are all very friendly (except) this 1 girl who started watering the flower's and plant's, she looked like she was mad at the world. We said hello and made a small joke to her which she completely ignored us! Oh well, I guess everyone can have a bad day?.

I attempted to Return 4 SS Pendant Shades at Lowes, J.Beach Return Counter. The INCOMPETENT Lowes Employee Debbi "scanned" one of the shades and said they do not belong to Lowes. Next she said "I hope you have a Merry Christmas anyway". I replied "My having a merry Christmas has nothing to do with Lowes". I brought a shade from that dept. It scanned fine.

I bought 2 pallets of selfleveling, I spent $2500. One pallet was open and had only 33 bags instead 36 bags. I was told I was counting them wrong. It was a last time I spent money there .

My favorite store! Great selections. Easier for us ladies! But, they don't have my economy bird seed anymore😕Update; January 30th 2023. Purchased 3 bags of Economy Bird Seed they finally have again. Unfortunately all 3 bags were chunked with mold. Also purchase suet cakes and realized 2 out of 3 were moldedSomeone needs to take better care of the wildlife/bird area!! Mold causes Avian Disease in birds!🤨🤨

Looking today for sprinkler parts but whatever I want I always start at Lowe’s. They have never waived from their support for Veterans. 10% discount and special parking. Who else does that for us Vets? Thank you Lowe’s for remembering us, not just on special days but EVERY DAY.

CURB-SIDE PICK-UP IS SELF EXPLANATORY!!! WHY ARE REGULAR CUSTOMER PARKING IN THESE SPACES. I HAD TO WAIT APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES FOR A SPACE TO OPEN UP!!! THIS IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE STORE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE CUSTOMER WHO IN FACT NEEDS THIS SERVICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED

My main complaint is that nobody will ever answer the department phones! So we will waste time and gas driving over just to find out they are out of stock or don't carry the item. I gave the store 3 stars, I give their customer service 1 !!!! Just about every time I've done this the store is not busy!

Very helpful and friendly team members...they don't just point you in the right direction...they lead you to the items you're looking for and make sure it's right for you before they walk away. This will be my new favorite Lowe's location...so far so good. I've been a hand full of times and only yesterday's visit was I just pointed in the right direction. Then asked a team member for help then was pointed in another direction and ended up not getting the third item I came for. As with anywhere it just depends on who's working that day

We were shopping for a front door at well known door stores in Stuart. We were quoted a price in excess of $17.000.00 by both stores. We decided to try Lowe's. We purchased a beautiful door similar to the door we saw in the other stores for 1/2 the price. We worked with Mike. He was so professional and pleasant. He was with us through the entire process. The company working with Lowe's was wonderful and the installation went smoothly.

Just bought my blinds from this Jensen Beach Lowe’s. Doris was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable and professional.She helped me pick the kinds of blinds and curtains I needed and also helped with cutting my blinds to size to perfectly fit the dimensions of my windows.
