I really enjoy this particular store with its very high volume of clothing and its many shelves of housewares and accessories. The store is organized very well with the garments or miscellaneous items placed together in the same area.I highly recommend a visit to this store.

I'm from CT where the Goodwill stores are stocked well and have a large selection. I found this store to not have very many quality items and most of the shoes being sold here should be thrown out.

A nice size Goodwill with an equal assortment of clothes and home decor.Store is clean and very comfortable, with a friendly staff.Couches, dishware, and outdoor furniture available.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. If you want to deal with nasty attitudes in the middle of the day this is the place to go! The customer service I received on 06/21/23 was horrendous. I guess the number one qualification to work for goodwill is to be miserable because the 2 old ladies that I came into contact with were absolutely horrible to deal with. No customer service whatsoever. I had my infant daughter with me and felt I was being shunned the whole time because of their disgusting attitude towards me, my cousin and my daughter. When I brought an item up to the counter for them to hold for me instead trekking it through the store they all looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation and gave me such a nasty attitude.Would not return unless they were fired or hired new people. Not to mention how they go about explaining store policies, we got scolded as if we were children when asked about their discount policy for the membership. And to think I’ve spent plenty of time and money in this store to be treated this way is astonishing.

I have always donated to Goodwill instead of having a yard sale due to the fact that I know that It helps the community however this one time I have went to Goodwill to purchase two shoes for my daughter which was not there at the time of purchase when I went home I noticed that the shoes did not fit her that she was we’re not true to size when I returned a couple of days later I spoke with Margaret Justine as well as Connie and they were telling me that I cannot return them because it’s 24 hour notice well when I was checking out they should’ve told me nothing is returnable at Goodwill second of all the address on the receipt is incorrect and third of all as a customer I do believe I should been refunded the money due to the fact that I had the receipts also the tags were still on the shoes I gave this facility zero stars I had to give it one star so it will let me leave a review please do not shop here if you will need to donate anything to Goodwill please find a community church or another location which will be more than happy to help the customers as well as giving the profit money to a charity. They have truly dissatisfied a loyalty Donor.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I bought a few items and then noticed they did not fit . I went back to the over priced Good Will and tried to return them. Justine stated I could not return them due to the fact it was pass 24 hours. I told her I had the receipt and the stickers was still on the item's. I told her the receipt doesn't have that 24 hour rule on it and no where in the store stats that I could not return item if if was pass the. 24 hour then she called the manager Margaret and she stated the she could not return either. Like where is the customer service at??? Plus for a good will the totems are way. Over booked as well. I donate there all the time but after this I will NEVER DONATE. THERE AGAIN. THERE CUSTOME SERVICE IS A ZERO. PLEASE SAVE UR MONEY AND TIME ND NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AT LEAST IF U ARE A GOOD WILL PERSON

Great Goodwill! Very clean and pretty organized. This is a new location so they don't have fitting rooms yet but they should have them soon. Always a great selection! I love shopping second hand so this is a go-to stop for me!

I had a pretty good first experience - higher quality then any other goodwill I have been too in Martin county much cleaner than the others too but the prices are not as good as the others. A cake tray for $10 & kids toys for 10-15! It was a little ridiculous but I guess that's why it's called a boutique

Wonderful displays here! Super staff! Unique vintage clothing in addition to everything you'd expect from a Goodwill. Lots of merchandise...This is a big store and the products change often. Excellent color tag sales make it even more affordable.

This location, being a boutique, seems to have nicer items than that of the regular retail locations of Goodwill. Maybe a little more pricy, but better quality. Nice location, friendly staff and very clean store. Will definitely be back to see what nice things get donated to this location.

This is literally the worst Goodwill I’ve ever been to. I used to work at Goodwill and had great management and great staff. This place doesn’t even have any organization the prices are too high and they don’t organize anything. No kidding don’t bother shopping here

I always find a good thing. The managers are always willing to work with you on pricing within reason of course. Just wish they would bring back the managers crazy sales that truly made that the place to go years ago.

Went to donate and doors were closed 15 minutes before closing. Not happy with this experience nor the associate who came out the other doors and saw me and said nothing.

Extremely disappointed , this Goodwill used to one of the best in the area ! It was dirty, unorganized, the cashier who didn’t have a name tag was very rude and I was over charged… what amazed me was the assistant manager was standing next to the cashier and didn’t address the cashiers attitude. This store is very mismanaged … I will not be going back to this location

Love, love, love this place!!! Great staff, excellent selection. Great place to start actually living zero waste or sustainably. Many high quality clothing items, decent and interesting 'stuff'. Fun to look around. Great thrifting experience.

I love this goodwill because they have a more upscale selection of "ones man trash"Their book selection is also usually more up to date and trendy than other goodwills I've visited. Their clothing is in better condition and better brands than others in the area. Very clean store with friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite Goodwills. HUGE selection of clothes and lots of housewares. Very clean. Well organized. I have found some really awesome deals on some beautiful items. Friendly staff, too!

Don't shop at this good will. They are ripping everyone off with the prices they put on all of their items. They are charging over 3 times the amount that they should for the used cloths and items that they get for FREE! They had an item marked $39.99 that you can buy brand new online for $15.00 when told about it being expensive they said that's online. They don't care about people and just want money. It's a 2nd hand store you shouldn't be paying full price on someone else used cloths or items. They get all of their items and cloths they sell for FREE. They are 100% profit! Don't waste your time and money drive over to the good will or Salvation Army in Stuart!

Every goodwill is overpriced, but this one is just insane. On average items are more expensive and poorer quality than other thrift stores and even other good will locations. For example, every goodwill sells their records for $.69, this goodwill wants $2 for each one. The cases and ripped and fall apart in your hands. If I wanted to pay high prices for garbage from someone's garage Id have gone to a yard sale.

Two years ago this place was well organized and you could find some nice items. Now this "Boutique" is bordering on unorganized and cluttered. they should drop the "Boutique" from their name because the items are no longer of higher quality.

This Goodwill is managed very well. I cannot drive by without my wife asking to stop in for deals. She has purchased a lot of vases and other pottery for super prices. I went in one time and bought a walker/cart, which I converted to a beach wagon for $6. Now I don't have to purchase a $100 beach wagon. I converted the walker/cart to hold two fishing poles, and unbrella, and several plastic tubs containing beach towels and a blanket. People donate some beautiful things, nicer than you might believe. We bought a Van Gogh Irises print for $9. It sells in stores for $40.

While donating unwanted goods is certainly admirable, just remember that Goodwill is a FOR-PROFIT company that markets itself as charity. You donate stuff to them, they sell it, and their executives make a lot of money. If you're cool with that, go right ahead, but there are a lot actual charities around that don't have a profit-oriented ideology.

Way over priced 28 bucks for scuffed up used shoes and when i asked if i could maybe pay less the woman was very rude and snached them out of my hand i shop at other Goodwill stores all the time as I am a single mother of 7 kids there other stores are great this was my first visit to the one in Jensen Beach and I will never ever go back I love Goodwill as I have two autistic children and they do great work for handicapped people please support their other stores however I do not recommend this one

Goodwill supports the handicapped and other causes. We should be grateful for organizations like this. Good places to buy used merchandise.
