I love Fintastic Aquariums, the owner, Carl and his staff. I was one of his first customers when he opened the store. He is the ONLY saltwater aquarium shop I trust! 10/10 spot! I live in jensen and I’ve traveled to a few other fish shops in Port Saint Lucie and one in stuart and fintastic is the best by far! Awesome customer service but best of all they actually know what they’re talking about. They’ve helped me get my tank set up for an octopus I wanted. Tested my water for weeks, help get some levels right and answered any questions I had even no matter how stupid lol. Once my tank was ready they ordered me an octopus within a week and had her in. Helped me acclimate her properly and get her active and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with their service and look forward to having this as my main store from here on out.

If you are looking for honest, professional and experience fintastic is where it’s at! Carl and his staff are awesome and eager to help. Shop is well kept and fish and coral tanks are clean. Carl brings in new fish and coral weekly. Also has great prices. I visit the shop weekly to always check out what new things he has brought in. Carl and staff our true professionals. Always available to answer questions with ready solutions. They are not afraid to steer someone away from a product that wouldn't be a good fit, just to make a sale. They actually care about their customers. Their products are all healthy. Never had any parasites on any of them such as Flatworms. Their fish are top notch and a steady supply. Carl being a marine biologist is available to answer your direct questions that even the best reef rank enthusiasts just can't figure out. Keep up the solid work all. 100% worth the stop.

In all honesty, the coral prices are a bit on the high side. Like not far off WWC prices (world wide corals) on the high side. However, they are super clean and nice size corals. I will give them that. On the flip side, the fish are super healthy, in clean tanks, and very well priced. Fintastic has very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable. They won't just sell you something to sell it. They will tell you if what you are looking at is not a good fit for your tank. I like that. They have amazing products, great friendly service. The owner honesty loves his Job and what he does. Awesome store. And they occasionally run specials. Coral deliveries every Friday. Always worth stopping in to see what they have as you know its healthy and clean. And sometimes it's even worth that higher price tag.

This place is horrible. I’ve bought from this place many times to try and give them a chance. Before I bought from this place I had about 4 fish in my tank and decided to buy another fish from this place. That one fish had a disease called marine velvet and killed every single fish. I acclimated it correctly as well. A few months later I decided to try this place again after getting a new set of fish from another place. Same thing happened and my fish were super healthy and lived for almost a year before this fish we bought from here brought a disease and killed the whole tank again. Very disappointing.

I bought a few corals and a small clean up crew. Been in the hobby for quite a few years. Service was good on our first visitWent back to let them know that during the packing of one of the corals i bought the week before i believe the employee may have tore the base which caused the coral to die on my way home.All the other items i bought did very well. I ask if they could replace it or help with the cost and was told that they dont stand behind saltwater sales. I get that as i have worked in the pet trade service since 1974. But then repeat sales are why worth more then the few dollars it would of cost them to listen and understand that things happen.

This place is the real deal. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable, but they don't make you feel like an idiot if you're a novice. They listen to you, help guide you, and you get the feeling that they enjoy what they do, and not trying to over sell you. If you value service, knowledge, head straight here. The store itself is a really cool experience, they way they have everything laid out and the lighting. Do go check it out.

This is the only local fish store I shop at. Carl is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the hobby and is always willing to help. I love making my weekly trip here. I've been coming here for years and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Always the best coral selection, frags are always super healthy, and always great sizes! The best part is everything is priced extremely reasonable and usually the lowest prices of any other place.Overall, Fintastic is the kind of store this hobby needs more of and you won't find a better store with better management around.
