Nicole, who says she’s the general manager is enough To make anyone not go there again. She is the most classless Customer Service rep I have ever dealt with. Last week we went one evening to grab some floor cleaner and it was close to closing time and I was well aware of that. It was about 953 and they close at 10 but I knew I only had to grab cleaner so I quickly put in and she was standing at the door, smoking a cigarette while blowing the smoke into the store. She looked at me As she puffed her cigarette me and told me Threatening before she shut down her register. I looked at my phone and showed it to her that it was only 1053. She did not like someone questioning her authority apparently and stormed behind me over to the Io where the cleaner was and told me to get out of the store. I looked at her confused and grab the cleaner and walked to the counter. She grabbed my cleaner forcefully and stuck it under the counter and told me to leave before she called the cops for me trespassing. She told me they were closed and she was not selling me anything. she then proceeded to make gestures as if she was a man telling me to do something to her and spouting off things. I can’t even repeat. I hope they have cameras there, but every time I try to go to speak to someone about it, she is there. I’ve tried calling, but she intercepts the phone calls and then she calls me back, threatening to call the cops again lol. That night she put Filed trespass against me with the police that she called that I graciously waited for to explain to them what it happened. They were beside themselves as well, but she was apparently allowed to do so. They told me to go back and just speak with the general manager about it and tell them what happened and tell them to review the cameras. She seems to be working there whenever I can. I stopped in there yesterday, and as soon as I walked in, she aggressively chased me down to the And asked me if I had a sister and what my name was. She then told me to get out of the store. She was calling the police. I have never dealt with someone like her in my life. she would not give me any information about the corporate number or anything, and so I called the Jensen Beach store and the Port St. Lucie store and before I even told them what happened, they knew exactly who I was talking about. Apparently, she is a repeat offender with these classless situation. I will never go back to that store again. Nicole should never be working and I have never gone and made a review, but this one absolutely required it. And I hope that somehow management sees us since she is preventing me from speaking to them. She apparently is management, but come to find out she is not the general manager. But she says she is.

This store is not nice anymore. They treat you terribly. I was yelled at for a tiny backpack purse because of some backpack rule that I didn't know about because I don't steal. This woman actually insinuated I could fit something in my bag, She didn't care I may have lost belongings it was what was is my tiny coach bag. My wallet my cash. I find a Christmas advent calendar and ask how much it's on sale because its way out of season. This clerk had to odacity to tell me a Christmas advent calendar toy was not Christmas and there would be full price charged. First I have cash and was accused of somehow fitting something into my jan packed tiny backpack purse then I was accused of placing a tag on a clearance item. I don't need a deal so bad I am going to touch stickers. I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. I will not be shopping at Family Dollar due to poor customer service and management. Absolutely rude behavior when I have plenty of cash. Enjoy selling your old Christmas items at full price. Just after the holidays. Not Christmas but has a Christmas tree and snowman on the box. Worst customer service imaginable. No more never again

The CLEANEST family dollar store that I have EVER been at and on top of that the employees are outstanding and really helpful. Kristen welcomed me in and helped me find everything that I needed. Nicole is always making me laugh when I am in the store. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

DO Not Shop if NICHOLE Is Working!!!She Verbally Abused Me By using profanity chasing me out of the store continually swearing! In my face threatening me, and then she had to go get another associate and she was taking pictures when I got my video out she wanted to turn around and run in the store. Do not shop here. She is the rudest person I have ever met. Nichole is VERY proud of it.! !I will be contacting the store owners, and she can find another job where she has no, absolutely no human contact!

Shopped at 3:15 p.m. today. Loud blonde woman was the cashier. Long lines. She could not stop talking…loud. Woman next to me asked what I thought she was “on”. When I reached the cashier she asked me if there was something wrong with me. I did not answer as she was so loud and manic. I was asked if there was something wrong with my face. Asked 3 more times if there was something wrong with me. It was all I could do to not engage verbally. Once out of the store, I was approached by another shopper who was in line letting me know how shocked she was and she expressed feeling guilty for not speaking up. This employee represents your store and should be released from employment. I think she was “high”. Normally shopping there is a positive experience. I’ve never seen her before.

Was chased out of the store and chased to my vehicle while being cursed at by your “manager” Nicole Blount all because I used Apple Pay which I’ve done hundreds of times before at the same exact store. When I told her this she got loud and screamed “you don’t have to come back” and I said that’s fine I won’t and that’s when she proceeded to follow me out of the door all the way to my vehicle all while screaming at me. Police report is filed and I will be pressing charges for harassment. I was peacefully walking away there was no need to continue screaming at me or to follow me to my vehicle. I will make sure everyone in Jensen beach knows that this is how Family Dollar treats it’s customers especially since now I see in other google reviews that I am not the only one that she has physically chased and harassed by Nicole.

Very rude employees I won't come back ever I had asked the cashier if she gave me everything she said yes and she didn't when I went back in I told her I still have more stuff she gave me another bag I told her I had asked u if u gave me everything she became very hostile started yelling took a photo of me told me not to return very unacceptable behavior I should've called police but I was in a hurry. Take responsibility for ur actions corporate should get rid of her

Nicole is the MOST IMPORTANT/AMAZING EMPLOYEE you have at this Location!! She is so interactive with kids and everyone that walks in to the store! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND to makes sure the kids/customers have a Fantastic Experience! Cashier working behind register was rude at the Jensen Beach Florida store. She talked to me sharply. I tried to purchase items and told I couldn’t buy them. Then she told they were recalled and tried to show it to in the register. I was not upset until she told me to take my cart outside with the rest of them.

The woman or I don't even know if she deserves that title was very rude and yelling at us because she said we entered an aisle the wrong way. So I told her I guess we're not shopping here and her reply was whatever. So of course I said bite me on the way out the door and she said where. Also followed us out of the store. Will never go in there again.

Usually when I go in here I don't have a problem however the last time I went in there the cashier was rude (even the customer before me told me I should report her to corporate because she was very rude to me). I will no longer go in there as long as she is working.//// Post above was a year ago. Under New Management the store has made a complete turnaround very clean, and helpful

I went in there to go shop for a few things and the second I walked in they told me I wasn’t allowedTo have my mini backpack in the store, which has all my personal belongings and identifications might I add. They told me I had to leave it by the register or I had to leave. I personally did not feel comfortable leaving all of my personal belongings with random people I don’t even know. Not only was them telling me I couldn’t carry my purse with me crazy, but they weren’t even nice about it. The second I walked in they immediately said “you can’t have your purse in here you need to put it up here.”I didn’t even get a hello or any kind of greeting. I set it down and a few seconds later I immediately regretted it and decided I was going to take my money elsewhere. I will never come here again and I advise anyone else to bring their money and time elsewhere too. Not happy with my experience at all.

Beyond terrible customer service. Eva Marie (who claimed she was the general manager) asked me if I was “from the neighborhood” and gave me a hard time for wanting cleaning supplies from her store. I had a house fire and am finally moving home this week. With workmen in and out of the house, I want to clean before having kids there. Like everyone, I can’t find cleaning supplies near where I live, which is why I drove a town over. I didn’t know Family Dollar of Jensen only sells to “the neighborhood” and was pretty shocked by the rudeness and attitude.Like other reviewers, I also found workers smoking in front of the store to be off-putting.

It's a good Family Dollar. Bargains to be had. It's a clean and pretty well organised one. Most of the other Family Dollar stores in the area are old and dirty looking. This one is just a few years old, so it's still nice and management seems to care about keeping it that way.

Like how it,s in my neighborhood. But often they are low in stock. Sometimes the isles are messy. If corporate woul invest in sufficient employees and give them a decent wage, the store would be better instead of high turnover.

Forgot my daughter's shoes at home so needed to pull in and just grab a pair cheap slip on shoes. I found a pair on clearance for $4. The clerk was very nice.

3rd time I've showed up here in the past 2 weeks that the store was closed 90 minutes after opening time, had an employee leave and lock the door with no explanation, and the new cashier complains and smokes cigatettes out front everytime I go there. STOP SMOKING AND HELP THE CUSTOMERS !!!NEVER AGAIN

Good bys when you do the digital coupons stores that bet overcrowded but overall great personality from the employees long lines but it didn't bother me cuz I kept letting people go in front so I can get my coupons together and sort out my stuff but I love Family Dollar awesome place to shop
